Yoga is always welcome here, but some strains catch interests others for some reason don't translate. There tends to be resistance against some traditional Guru style traditions. If yours doesn't I hope you still stay active and find common ground and points of discussion about other things spiritual.

Welcome aboard. Your practice sounds pretty tough to me. It takes awhile to build up long standing times and routines. Often people start at 10 or 15 minutes and build up slowly. Training is a marathon. I think you'll find lots of people to discuss it with here.

Welcome. Ah, the Rainbow body, put in search and stand back. I wish one day in the future, it'd be Rainbow Body, everyone'd doing. It's been demystified, just follow these steps, in 5 years bam. Sadly, imo it isn't that way. The reality of it, is rare as unicorn eggs but that's my opinion, other people are more knowledgeable.

You'll get advice here, but take it all with a grain of salt. Ofttimes people who are very energy sensitive, do best with a live experienced teacher, who can give proper instruction, feedback. One who starts with fundamentals and much grounding first before getting into anything esoteric. Without close knowledge people on the internet are somewhat shooting in the dark. Good luck to you and Welcome.
