@Taoist Texts Almost all DDJ translations use the Wang Bi characters (e.g. ctext.org, James Legge), and Wang B was a Confucian. Do you think the Guodian was also written by a Confucian?

[I havenât read the thread] No need to give it up! Laozi in Ch 67 says âcompassionâ is the first of his three treasures. Maybe the DDJ is more Confucianist than Taoist! Almost all DDJ translations use the Wang Bi characters (e.g. ctext.org, James Legge), and Wang B was a Confucian.
