I would recommend starting with a book, a copy of the text of the Daodejing.* Carry it around with you and occasionally read a bit of it. Just reading somewhere at random, and see how it grabs you. Enjoy. * E.g. Te-Tao Ching by Robert G. Henricks

Iām not impressed, to say the least. E.g. (page 88, notes ch 1, #3) re chĆ”ng åøø/hĆ©ng ę - not even a mention of the taboo on emperors names. Bizarre. ~~~ Also at https://terebess.hu/english/tao/ramsden.pdf

Well you know a lot about mixing eastern and western traditions. Certainly a lot more than I do, lol ā¦ EFT? Google: China exchange-traded funds. ??? No, that's not it. LBRP? Sounds like Lots of BuRPing. Google: Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram. Oh, ok. So definitely no advice from me. But I just thought Iād tag @Nungali and @Lairg here, as they might be able to help you. Wishing you well. Curiosity killed the cat; āpandemicā, which country do you live in? -
