The effects of full moon on your practice and energy levels

Wise words indeed. -
Laozi cannot have been referring to TaiJi. Laozi lived approximately 6th or 4th century BC. That was approximately 1500 years before the invention of WuJi and TaiJi. https://www.thedaobums.com/topic/53840-yinyang/?do=findComment&comment=991382 https://www.thedaobums.com/topic/53840-yinyang/?do=findComment&comment=991500Lll

Yes, thatâs important too. Keep a strong base in reality.

We are part of âCreationâ, so can know through our own bodies.

I think so yes. My God is omnipresent, so is also inside me. Thatâs close enough for me.

Sorry for the empty posts, I was getting a bit off-topic. I moved them to https://www.thedaobums.com/topic/53840-yinyang/?do=findComment&comment=991386

This seems unlikely. Thereâs only 1 mention. Thatâs in Ch 42, halfway the book. Seems far too late in the book for it to be a guide to something else thatâs pivotal to the whole book (Wu Wei). Whatâs the connection between YinYang and WuWei?

Enough said.

I think it is important to distinguish facts from imagination. And I think it is important to call out people that confuse the two.

I think the postmodernity view may have originated here: âIn Taoist metaphysics, distinctions between good and bad, along with other dichotomous moral judgments, are perceptual, not real;âŠâ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yin_and_yang

This is possible. The one use of YinYang in the Laozi is a form of âsunny & shady side of the hillâ. This meaning is in the è©©ç¶ shi1 jing1 , at the latest from approximately the 7th centuries BCE. https://www.thedaobums.com/topic/53840-yinyang/?do=findComment&comment=991383
