The problem is that this has been going on for a very long time. That's kind of why I felt it best to be a bit more direct in certain places. If its been happening for this long, and there's been no let-up, change isn't a suggestion, it's a necessity

This really isn't fun, and I do understand. The problem is, there is something you dont understand, and thats related to just how much prior attainment you need to even approach the kundalini. There is so much previous work to be done. I am not saying it is Yang Qi, I said its possible. I am telling you it isn't kundalini Now that you've mentioned the practice, I'm fairly sure its Prana you released. Kind of like Yang Qi, more subtle however No they don't. Anytime ive seen this its normally been either related to one specific lineage, or else disturbances manifesting from the subconscious mind. Famous teachers tell people complete nonsense all the time. Take Mantak Chia as a prime example. If a teacher was qualified enough to tell you this (as in having awakened the Kundalini themselves) they'd have the ability to have done a lot more than tell you "this is whats wrong". Please don't waste your time on charlatans There are literally a handful of people on the planet with this achievement (as in 1 hand). None of them are in the public sphere as far as I know I don't think you quite understand. A person who has awakened the kundalini, is for all purposes a demigod. You absolutely cannot do this from a pranayama practice alone, it is pretty much impossible. You can send an abundance of prana into the system, which it sounds like you did, but you need certain milestones reached to even start with the kundalini Do you actually understand the process for activating the kundalini? Or any idea just how unlikely it is to wake it up? It is a neurologist you need to see, who can book these tests. There are multiple causes for the type of neuropathy you are mentioning. You need to actually get evidence (not an opinion) that these are either not the cause, or a contributing factor. You rule out everything at the physical level first. Funny, I had neuropathy for years. Several of my cranial nerves were involved, and caused complete chaos in my body. I wont even get into it. Heres a few highlights . My head felt like I was having orgasmic contractions inside it constantly , Tingling and burning everywhere, sharp electric shocks Feeling of something tangible rising and dropping My entire torso would spasm. I also developed photophobia I tried to attribute all sorts of causes to it...entities, karma, practice, destiny. Most of what I was experiencing, had nothing to do with those things A lot of it is healed now thanks to some advice from my teachers, and a bit of diligence, and understanding what was happening. When I tell you that you need to take control of the situation, I'm speaking from a place of experience. The more you convince yourself of the story you are telling yourself, the deeper into it your psychological state will dive. You are causing yourself extra suffering here without good cause. You may not be able to fix your physical ailments, but you can start getting your mind right. You dont realise just how problematic your approach is yet. You came on here looking for help, and yet when people are trying to tell you anything that goes against what you believe is the issue, you cannot accept it. If you really want to get better, it starts by letting go of what you think you know. Let me remind you, nobody gains anything by writing long winded replies to you, and it isn't for their benefit

The issue is that, almost everyone who thinks they had an awakening did not. It is usually a movement of Yang Qi See, the thing is, you have to go through a series of stages before you ever get near kundalini. These take years to do. Its not as simple as yogic breathing and so forth. There are stages you need to pass through, and milestones you need to reach. Based on what you are saying, if that was Yang Qi that was trying to move, and you were using intent trying to force it down, that can lead to some pretty bad outcomes. This could be things like like nerve damage, stagnation and so forth. If you pressurised the area using improper, contrived breathing practice, then that will also multiply the severity of it several times over, and could permanently damage nerves in the area via compressing it. This is especially true if you just released a large latent pocket of energy. (and it could be worse, people have legitimately fried and killed themselves) But given the rest of the situation and head injury, its hard to say. You've got quite the list of things that preceded this...and the head injury is a lot more significant than you might think, especially if it gave rise to a form of epilepsy This is what you need to do at this point. Find a good neurologist Arrange an MRI to see if the Pudendal nerve is trapped in the first instance. Following this, Id be requesting a nerve conduction study of that area, and the dorsal penile nerve also, and have your spinal reflexes tested. Id drop the assumption this is a kundalini related issue until everything else is ruled out. You dont know that to be the case, and it sounds like even though its giving you a framework to work within, its destroying you psychologically. Forget about kundalini, forget about being any spiritual/energetic phenomena for the time being. Start with this, and the advice freeform gave you. You can work backwards from that (I would not worry about the snake dreams, feelings of moving energy or OBE's. There were several students on here who had those symptoms when training under Max Christensen, along with some other non favorable outcomes.) Im not trying to belittle your experience or anything, but for you own sake, you need to get your hands around the situation and grab hold of it. That starts by dropping the external locus of control based upon supernatural phenomena, and taking charge of it

All will be healed in the temple Full video below if people want a bit of context Haha there is a lot to unpack here to be honest... Im going to hazard a guess that the same thing making the human Slinkies bounce around is the same thing making these folk thing they are being knocked out by qi With the whole teacher student thing. I do think there is something here related to Fajin (this is more of a Taiji thing), It could be familiarity with a persons physical structure? The quality of the opponents tissues I believe also make a difference. So you might not get an identical result from different people. There are far more qualified people than I who can talk about that. I'm not into it other than some drills for Song It is a fair degree less esoteric than qi manipulation, but looks equally fantastic from the outside I understand what you mean, though when the brain isn't in gear and the mouth moves, a few knuckle sandwiches tend to help people come back to reality in terms of their ability very quickly

Its quite sad to hear you are suffering. I do hope you recover. Freeform gave you some really good advice 2 years ago, and again now. Have you been following it? However there are a few things I think we can discuss For a start, I'm not fully sure what makes you believe this is Kundalini. I read your old posts and this one. This was all I could find as evidence Who exactly did you speak to. And how exactly did you assert they knew what they were talking about? On another note...what medical tests have you had done? Be detailed here Have you had MRIS/CT/MRE Nerve conduction studies? What medication are you now taking? There's a reason I'm asking you that last question. Weed, benzo, alcohol abuse, epilepsy...a very bad head injury, improper practice. There are far too many variables here to just say " my kundalini did this" Aside from the fact that there maybe a handful of people on the planet who have had a kundalini awakening, it takes a momentous effort to do it. The chances of it just "deciding to rise" because you did a bit of practice is highly unlikely I think the label you are putting on this is quite damaging (psychologically), and not helping what you are going through physically. This might be something else, and might be manageable. I would distance myself from the label for now if I were you. I'm not sure you see the damage its doing. You sound as if you are defeated by an opponent that may not actually be there.

This is a good point...It goes a long way from having notes scribbled in a pad. Though I also do this I don't think any of them advocate this as a replacement though? To be fair, the teachers in question are very supportive in terms of adjusting peoples postures within the limitations of their ability from a distance, and definitely engage and answer their students questions pretty much all the time. You may/may not have done some online classes before? From my own experience a skilled teacher from what I can see, can get someone to pretty much the right point, and tell them when its just right ( I say this based on having my own posture adjusted which gave rise to something quite specific I was struggling with). The biggest issue I would see, would be in the 3rd point you raised, but that would probably depend on where someone is at in their practice. However, that issue isn't limited to video, language barriers can cause the same, if not greater issues (Mo Pai for example). The onus really is on the student to visit the teacher at this point. There's just no way around that But then, this type of teaching has really opened the arts up in a way that just wasn't possible years ago So I do think, a model of what we are seeing combined with intermittent visits will be the way forward, and for those who are dedicated, may get access to deeper teachings/introductions and so forth, those things which require full time in person instruction (most people never get this anyway). I would view it more as complementary than supplementary (with that balance shifting over time) Personally, it feels like it would be tough to have been doing this 20/30 years ago, where you saw you teacher, left, returned 6 months later only to find out you'd been doing it all wrong for the entirety of those 6 months Sheesh would that suck

Im assuming that he will integrate them into his teacher page on cinnabar, and offer them to his students at a cheaper rate, which I am all for. I would hope that 1100 would be the price for someone just coming along and saying hey that looks interesting Ive always found Nathan to be a nice guy, and his prior offerings were much cheaper so that's why I was a bit surprised I wouldn't have given him a free plug otherwise

Personally, I find it a bit much. It doubt it would work on its own merit...it needs proper foundations @freeformis far more qualified than I to speak on longmen methods. For another few Gs you'd get a retreat with WLP...and youd get a lot more for it Now if he said 200-300 id say ok fair enough...but 1100? Other teachers offer substantially more for less imo

Who could argue with that now? I tend to agree. My assumption is if you sign up to his platform, this should be heavily discounted. For example, I know Damo has a YJJ course coming up this month, thats 100 euros for 10 hours. Thats about the price of any martial arts class you'd take, and far more reasonable Regards the online teaching, I think it came out of COVID, which was ideal at the time. Its great that its available, especially for those out of reach, but at a certain point its just going to require a teacher interaction beyond a video or words on a screen. There's also a far greater amount of lies, deceit and charlatan activity that can take place with this medium, which is really bad. Like anything, I suppose discernment is key The reports from the last retreat were overwhelmingly positive, which I think gives more people the motivation to train in person. Fortunately those facilities are being put in place now and the onus is on the student to go and visit now.

For the effort you took to write that message, you could have emailed and asked him yourself Also for the effort it takes you to write you next message, the same applies If you want the answer, ask him If you want some non-useful interaction...proceed as always

Nathan now has 5 courses available on his platform...including lesser reverted elixir and celestial eye practice (which can be prebooked) https://online.nathanbrine.com/ Im a bit surprised at the prices of the 3, 4 and 5 being honest. I know he has integrated some of this into his new cinnabar platform How much of it I don't know

Zifagong strong energetic movements, blockages and traumas being dislodged come up in all manner of behaviors This type of thing also happens with a good purging/moving practice Laughing, crying, screaming, spasming, singing, running, jumping, you get the idea. Sometimes the body will manifest mudras and mantras to aid the process. I've known one individual to start singing in a very interesting, beautiful voice, yet another was snarling like a demon A good teacher might gently try to veer someone towards laughter as a means of dealing with the process, which would make it less difficult.

Your worst enemy can be your best friend given the correct approach Many people are often drawn towards practice due to either seeing a deficiency in the world, or...in themselves (or both) Its a curious thing that the things we so often think are destructive and hell in our lives, are sometimes catalysts for change, or directional shifts and a reorientation towards something higher. We just rarely see it when we are in it.

Chidragon literally just admitted to being Mango As for Neirong/Xiangong/GSmaster...would you like a PM?

You need to be exposed to the facts before you can give them any thought The problem is, you haven't been. The post @Earl Grey copied and pasted from your older writings makes that abundantly clear

Be safe man, jeez, you guys really don't get a let up with the weather there All is good as it can be given the circumstances, and I hope the same goes for you (unsafe weather aside that is) Someone has to say something, lest we descend into the whole Qi = ATP thing again Rather off topic, however...I have concerns regards the whole science and spirituality thing. As far as I can see they do not compute. There is a somewhat well decorated neuroscientist ( https://monasobhaniphd.com/book/) who went down this rabbit hole recently, and is now promoting the frameworks of those like Michael Newton of the New Age "belief" (https://www.newtoninstitute.org/) I appreciate her attempt to challenge materialism, however...I think there's a lot wrong with this picture

Oh don't worry my friend Im all too familiar with his ways It just took me a minute to catch on that it was him behind the pseudonym of a rather delightful fruit

My goodness, it actually is him What the hell have I created with this thread Zombies everywhere

There's a lot more he's not saying...but the explanation the it is vital to building the Lower Dan Tian is something you may have overlooked...thats not overkill, its extremely important Im not going to list a big list of things here, but the kind of isometic tension of wuji is inseparable from the YJJ process... Wuji properly should not just be felt on you legs...you should a feel a "kind" of tension (like a stretch) basically everywhere...from your feet to the crown of your head, and everything in between will be under tension and changing (the right type of tension). When you pressurize yongquan, the bones in your feet spreading apart have a very important effect upon the Huang Some good posts in this thread

Foundation I think you will gain more from this explaination though 32.00 - 37.00
-
Well I was actually talking about Wuji. Wuji and ZZ are not the same thing, they have different functions I've spent quite a bit of time in Wuji, it is certainly not to build strong legs...it did build something else though

I think theres a bit of a misunderstanding here...who told you this?
