    Just introducing myself. I'm Paul from Brisbane, Australia. Over the last two years I've been taking steps to try and get my life in alignment with what's in my heart. It's been a long journey to get here, and certain occurrences keep pointing me towards Daoism and energy work. So here I am, trying to experience and learn what I can about this way of living.
