Hi Everyone, I want to learn Tai Chi and Qi Gong, but I don't live anywhere near anyplace that teaches them. I'm hoping that some of you know some good online resources that I can use to teach myself. It's not ideal, but it's currently my only option. Thanks in advance!

I'm a big steampunk fan. At first I was confused, because it starts out as cyberpunk, but the steampunk eventually comes through at the end.

Ursus mellifera replied to SigmaTropic's topic in Esoteric and Occult Discussion
You can get your own personal practice log here if you ask for it (and if you want one). A ton of bums have them already. -

It certainly makes sense to me. All theologies have prayers and rites, and they all vary from each other, if only slightly in some cases. The variations in those would create variations in the energies produced by them. -
Also, given the markings I can see on the cubs, they appear to be asiatic black bears, so Jesus appears to have been wandering the forests of southeast Asia to have even gotten himself in that position. And who's the dude in the background?! That looks like Jesus, too!! There is SO MUCH going on here.

Is... is that Christ blessing a bear that mauled him? And... is the bear actually feeling penitent?!

I love this concept, and would like to know more, as well. If, for example, I'm in good with Anubis or Hermes, does that work just as well? I know far more about Daoism as a practice than I do as a theology, whereas I know a lot about various theologies, polytheistic or otherwise. -

I don't understand a word of this, but it sounds fascinating. -

It's probably more symbiotic than all that.

Everyone post some favorite quotes!
Ursus mellifera replied to GrandTrinity's topic in General Discussion
It's morbid as &%$#, but one of my all-time favorite quotes is, "Hope is the first step on the road to disappointment."
