  5. some random thoughts: if person keeps as truth that he will be punished for his actions, he may not do those actions. So this punishment idea could be handy to repress other parts of self (lie to other parts of the self) from taking certain actions, like killing or stealing. Those certain parts desire to kill or steal, but the inner self is not interested, so inner self provides those ideas which the outer self can grasp to prevent killing or stealing.

    the point seem to be valid, but this post should be reported to moderators, because of "Mr. sub-planes". also, not worth to share certain things with random insulters who seem to have lower level of consciousness.
  20. I did not find it strange, actually I did not think that this is important at all. One of the reasons might be to drive information/message to viewers more deep and provide context, because I guess most of the people do not read descriptions and will not understand the social context of the footage. It adds the feeling of seriousness for me. I do not know.

    Hi, my opinion. Maybe those people are wrong or they equate their subjective experience to be objective truth - it feels good for me to meditate in sun, therefore it is good to meditate in sun. Or you do not need yang chi and energy more than have already.
