  1. Any sort of evidence please, there doesn’t have to be a team of scientists with measuring equipment present. I want to see the difference between pure refined qi and my polluted smelly transfer method qigong broker qi.
  2. He keep getting banned for some reason.
  3. That is a shame because I’ve enjoyed what you have brought to the discussion
  4. Healing Qigong In Texas

If you end up doing Flying Phoenix then eventually like Gerard said you should meet Sifu Terry in person, but that will be well after you complete all the videos. Until then the videos and zoom lessons should be sufficient.
  5. This is my worry. When I first joined this site there were quite a lot of cool threads, but recently most threads have been created by her and even in the few not created by her she has gone in and said their methods are bad, their religions are wrong etc. If I came in at this time I would never come back.
  6. Has anyone here met her in person? Or at the very least does anyone here know someone who’s met her in person? Are there videos of her where she demonstrates the abilities she’s gained from being at such a high level? We have members on this site who can faqi and fajin, I’m sure someone of her calibre will make this look like child’s play in comparison.

  8. 100% agree with you. Unfortunately even when we ignore these threads the same individual will go to others and insult their practices, followers etc
  9. Hello

Welcome! Glad you ended up trying Flying Phoenix. I don’t think I’ve seen a single bad review from people who have tried it, except that they don’t have enough time in their day to do more of it!
  10. Healing Qigong In Texas

If you are open to learning from videos or zoom lessons with the teacher, Flying Phoenix Chi Kung by Sifu Terry Dunn is a very good healing qigong system. http://www.taichimania.com/chikung_catalog.html
  11. Sadhguru on the cause of violence and its solution

Policemen patrolling the streets and soldiers murdering innocent civilians are two completely different things, I hope you can see that. But maybe those innocent lives would have been saved if those soldiers simply directed their energy in the right way. Here is an article about some of his cars and bikes https://www.mansworldindia.com/wheels/four-other-rides-from-sadhgurus-garage-that-can-easily-undertake-his-30000km-journey-from-the-uk-to-india/amp/ Another one of him saving the world in a Hummer H2, such an environmentally friendly car https://www.cartoq.com/jaggi-vasudev-sadhguru-off-roading-skills-hummer-h2/amp/ As for mansion and private jet I can’t find anything, I’ll give you that one.
  12. Sadhguru on the cause of violence and its solution

Were British pilots bombing civilians in Dresden or American pilots dropping the nuclear bombs in Hiroshima and Nagasaki performing their ethical duties? You only have to look at his pictures to see his expensive cars, bikes and watches. He has a net worth of $25 million USD according to this site: (https://networthdekho.com/sadhguru-net-worth-biography/#:~:text=Johar with Sadhguru-,Sadhguru Net Worth 2021%3A,Indian Rupees – ₹182 crore) The question is, why hoard all of this wealth when it can do so much good, especially in a country like India where there is so much poverty and inequality?
  13. Sadhguru on the cause of violence and its solution

Just like Sadhguru’s big mansions, sports cars and jets?
  14. Sadhguru on the cause of violence and its solution

That’s implying there are ethical duties as a soldier. You would be naive to think that war is a noble activity. So the street kid is completely innocent and blameless for their violent crimes? It’s all the administrator’s fault?

  16. From receiving fajin to giving fajin

Congratulations bro! You must be proud after all that hard work

  18. Correct tongue position

    What does your teacher say?
  19. Ars longa, vita brevis

This is the best advice, you won’t know what’s good unless you try for yourself. I would also add Authentic Neigong by Rudi to your list of things to try https://authenticneigong.com/ You can read more about it here: Personally I do Flying Phoenix and Authentic Neigong, it’s good for complete beginners like I was when I started.
  20. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

Thank you for reminding me that this thread exists! I’ve been doing Long Form, Moonbeam, WTTT then one meditation from Vol 1 or 2 that I alternate every day. Might try out one of the routines!
  21. Qi Gong Keeps Making Me Manic

Alternatively, don’t learn any qigong at all but learn neigong from Rudi. This will help you properly develop your lower dantien and keep your qi there instead of it going all over your body. https://authenticneigong.com/
  22. Qi Gong Keeps Making Me Manic

Give Flying Phoenix a try. It’s very calming and slow. Start with the first volume as it’s mostly static standing exercises then like I said earlier, end each session with at least 10 mins of seated stillness and mind focused on LDT. http://www.taichimania.com/chikung_catalog.html
  23. Qi Gong Keeps Making Me Manic

Standard. Don’t visualise the energy going down, just focus your mind on your lower dantien during meditation.
  24. Qi Gong Keeps Making Me Manic

How do you end your qigong sessions? My teacher recommends ending with at least 10 minutes of seated stillness meditation to bring the qi downwards to your lower dantien.
  25. The difference is you don't insult people or other lineages/practices/beliefs
