  1. What made YOU laugh today/tonight ?

  2. David Verdesi

There are better and cheaper people to learn off than David
  3. 戴氏心意拳 Dai Shi Xin Yi Quan (ask me anything)

    Who has been misrepresenting here?
  4. hello!

    Welcome!
  5. Physical signs that your practice is working

I also find my eyes are more white now than before I started practicing
  6. Video as an acceptable form of evidence

If it can be observed with any of our five senses, then it isn't real
  7. Thanks, will read that
  8. Interesting, I've heard this before from other people
  9. Ancestry DNA

Plus these companies just want to sell your genetic disorder risk data to health insurance companies. Don’t fall for the scam
  10. What made YOU laugh today/tonight ?

Drew really wasted his O at a D powers at KFC
  11. Searching for qigong teacher

Better to learn this properly from Sifu John Dolic
  12. Video as an acceptable form of evidence

把大麻粘在屁股上怎么办? What about sticking marijuana up bum?
  13. Video as an acceptable form of evidence

Funny how it’s always windy when they do it
  14. Video as an acceptable form of evidence

Jiang’s students are more open that you think and actually give a yes or no answer about if they can fa qi or burn things with their hands. Funny how that works, it’s as if they actually learned how to do what Jiang can do, not just shove copper wire up bum or sit in a tent with a hole cut out for your arse to touch the soil.
  15. Video as an acceptable form of evidence

Wait, so the couples in porn don’t actually love each other???
  16. Video as an acceptable form of evidence

One person voted yes, I wonder who that could be 👀👀👀
  17. Passionate and disorganized

Don’t worry, we all learn online here. We just mean learn from a proper teacher, rather than doing meditations that random people post in forums. Check out the teachers I posted for good online lessons.
  18. Passionate and disorganized

Yup, a trusted teacher who learned from a trusted master is much better than someone randomly telling people what to do on the internet.
  19. asanas,qi-gong, tibetan rites for youth and longevity

Blah blah blah let’s get back to the main topic of the thread. Constantly having the same argument about WESTERN Mo Pai is making us all age faster. Can anyone recommend a meditation to regain these wasted hours back?
  20. Video as an acceptable form of evidence

I voted no, because a video by itself can not be considered acceptable evidence since it can be faked. BUT a video is good for leading people to seek out whoever performed whatever feat was shown so they can experience it for themselves to see if it’s true.
  21. Passionate and disorganized

The best thing you can do is find a good teacher, not listen to random people even on this site. For stillness and neigong I would recommend Rudi‘s Authentic Neigong, and for qigong I would recommend Sifu Terry Dunn’s Flying Phoenix Chi Kung. Check out these links for more info, they are good teachers with very potent systems: https://authenticneigong.com/ http://www.taichimania.com/chikung_catalog.html The way you have been meditating with your focus on the lower dantien is fine. Another reason to get a teacher is so they can help you out if you manage to do the wrong thing and get a qi deviation or worse and can correct your mistakes. If you do it solo just following random advice from strangers you might not be able to fix yourself.
  22. Hello everyone :)

Have I been talking to you on Reddit?
  23. asanas,qi-gong, tibetan rites for youth and longevity

I honestly don’t care about a demonstration. I don’t care about proof. I just want a simple yes or no answer. If you can’t even answer that why should I take anything you say seriously.
  24. Electric feeling during meditation

10-15 mins of meditation per day is fine, it takes a while to build up to doing long sessions so take it slow to begin with. I would suggest you do one 10 minute session when you wake up, and another 10 minute session before you sleep. It will help you start and end your day well, plus gives you the whole day to do anything else you want without worrying where to slot in your meditation.
  25. asanas,qi-gong, tibetan rites for youth and longevity

Based on this thread I think we can safely assume that no western student of Pak John or Mo Pai has any worthwhile siddhi at all. I’m sure the Indonesian students do however.
