The heart chakra in some western traditions has seven levels/sub-planes. The lower 4 subplanes are used for the personal heart and the higher 3 form the cosmic heart. It is relatively common to have a dark barrier/layer near the top of the personal heart. That barrier may be caused by external interference or by accumulation of personal karma. Often both are present - and it appears so with you. Spend much time withdrawing adverse energies from family relationships and replacing them with higher heart energies. It is of little consequence if you have trouble visualizing that process - as visual sense organs are formed by practice at each level. Your intent (spiritual decision) is active regardless of your lack of clairvoyance on that plane. Forgiveness is important as the first step. I had a neighbor drop in yesterday with all sorts of energy problems despite the relevant dark entities having stepped back. At one stage I asked: can you visualize a rope around your neck. She could, so: Who is holding the rope? My father! So I had her first give heart light to herself and then to her father. Then asked her forgive herself for having had to be hanged (in a past life) and forgive her father for having had to hang her. Then: Is your father still holding the rope? No! She took a deep breath, stood straighter and was more at ease. And we went on to the next issue.

In the DK writings there is a statement that in 1825 at the regular centennial meeting of the spiritual government of the planet, it was decided to allow the human race for the first time to make direct contact with divine will. The result was a polarization in which humans were required to choose between light and dark. The polarization worked out through much conflict including the two world wars. Even then the polarization was not fully resolved. So were the world wars good or evil? Perhaps good and evil are human perspectives What decisions were made in 2025? Stand by for more out-working.

It is common to distinguish between brain consciousness and the awareness that extends far beyond the physicality of the human. Awareness can include relationships within the local Cosmos and beyond. The sense of spiritual identity continues to expand.

This second manifestation is learning right relationships - love is a subset The third version of this solar system is expected to learn right intent The task of the fourth version is not in the literature - but I suspect it will learn right action Why does duality have to progress? Why do humans feel obliged to progress? It may be that the duality of the non-dual and the dual is an oversimplification. What a horror!

Is it possible for the non-dual to achieve some development or purpose by manifesting then penetrating a duality? Are there stages/progressions within non-duality that are exercised in a duality? More simply: why do humans exist? Not how, but why! Long ago I had a dream that I later re-entered to experiment within. The dream showed me a complex interaction between the non-dual and the manifested duality. I knew intelligences that were within both.

There has been so much interference in genetics on this planet that there may be no evidence of evolution here. For example humans are supposed to have descended from apes. Why do apes have more hair on their backs while human males have more on their chests? What is the biological advantage? HP Blavatsky maintains the opposite: apes descended from humans. On the other hand the original dogs appeared 50,000 years ago. How did so much diversity appear in such a short time? That looks like genetic manipulation. It is likely that evolution occurs somewhere in this galaxy. We just have to get out more.

My observation is that Life Force penetrates much higher levels than mind - as does the enlightened human

It may be that good and evil are human constructs. Perhaps the process of galactic unfoldment is cyclical with a phase of organization being followed by a phase of disorganization. No doubt many predators facilitate the destruction of the old - but is that evil or does it accelerate development of the new? For example, across this planet humans are losing faith in their forms of government. This is likely to lead to a period of disorder while new formats are developed. Is disorder evil? Perhaps it is necessary. How to smooth the process? I suggest good-hearted humans recognize each other and join together to generate new social and spiritual systems.

You might want to work on that. Seeing organs can be developed on every plane. Notice how what you imagine changes slightly when you look closely. Why is that? More practice may help. It is not necessary to reincarnate to deal with some aspects of karma. Go back on the 3D timeline to the appropriate time-place and change the relationships with the players. Use heart light and forgive all participants, particularly oneself. Then send heart light to the relevant Lords of Karma and ask them to release the karma as the lessons have been learned I have watched various friends to that quite successfully. They have been very pleased with the effects on their current relationships with those players
