Fortunately I test energies for quality and intent before entering. Occasionally I am fooled but a bit of time reversal has always solved that so far

Decades ago, each morning for a week while I was meditating, a new technique was shown to me. The first was the most important: controlling the levels of consciousness. As each higher level is brought under control, the human becomes more reliable and hence invited into more cosmic processes I use levels of consciousness as the basis for spiritual/metaphysical experiments. In my view, every belief is an hypothesis awaiting experimental testing

Does reality always fit human concepts?

Spiritual reality does not always fit into human categories

There is an important issue in techniques: do they progress the local cosmos or do they slow it down

I am not much into schools. Thought/techniques appear in my mind and I have a go

There are of course levels beyond the mind - although technically they are better referred to as awareness rather than consciousness. Recently I have been connecting to (approached by?) an energy that traditionally has been called avataric. I was talking to a friend and with a little sharing of our light-bodies she was able to see that energy flow too. So I had her do an experiment: Visualize particular words next to the energy flow and watch what the words did. When she tried that avataric name, it was directly absorbed by the energy. Then I told her to stand her light-body next to the flow. She reported it was absorbed directly into the flow. I was watching her process I have tried such experiments with the same flow with another friend and had very similar results. Both friends were able to lift their awareness to a plane suited to the task. There are lots of other experiments such as moving along this timeline to do before and after experiments. It is always good to have trained observer. The experimenter is often in the center of the events and not looking for tangential changes

It looks like group karma. Better to deal with causes rather than symptoms

When an out-of-sequence or odd-seeming thought appears, I examine it carefully. Sometimes the thoughts are useful and other times not

Humans mostly have a very narrow perspective of intelligence - although quite a few talk to their automobiles. Mine have always been very cooperative - only breaking down in the most convenient locations. If we recognize that intelligence can use a wide range of structures as bodies, we may be wary about developing AI systems. Can an external intelligence use an AI system for its own purposes? There are quite a few reports that many alien craft are self-intelligent so that operating systems consist of a connection between the brain or even the mind of the pilot and the craft. If humans can be possessed by a spirit, can the same happen with AI systems?

The reason the plant is called holy is that there is a higher deva over-lighting the species. Give the plant light from your heart every time you look at it, and the deva will take you into its care also

Perhaps it is better to rise above the evil. Many parents rise above the tantrums of children. This allows dealing with the situation is a broader context A girl, aged 7, that I know kicks up a lot of fuss. Really all she wants is more attention. Her mother now sends the girl heart light each day and the girl is much better behaved Much of what passes for evil is the result of unreconciled trouble in the past. Fighting on the same level perpetuates the problem

Is feeling a mental process?

Intelligence is found everywhere. Intelligence is not restricted to minds. Minds are not restricted to brains

It may be worth distinguishing brain thoughts from mind thoughts. In some humans most of the brain thoughts are externally sourced. There is technology for propagating brain thoughts. How else are humans to be managed? The trick is to move mind thinking to more refined levels (subplanes). Densest level thoughts are like concrete - needing to be pounded with hammers to be changed. The more subtle levels of thought are like gaseous swirls seeking companion swirls Beyond those are live thought forms that carry out the intent of their creators

Consider the densest planes of Existence: physical, emotional, mental, intuition, intent,.... The energy that is called intuition flows strongly through the heart, producing heart-knowing. The more the heart is cleansed and open, the easier it is for transcendent beings to communicate with the human. Mental communication is often established earlier - with words, voices, images perceived through the brain. It is important to have a pure mind that attracts only pure beings. A friend was visiting and instead of standing on the patio, she stepped forward on to the river gravel and half buried her feet. I asked her why she did that, and she said: the voice in my head told me to. The voice was quite right. The energy in the stones was much better for her than the concrete.

Love is perhaps a bit narrow as a concept. It may be more accurate to consider "right relationship". The usual human anchors Light in the heart. That Light generates life force in the human and contains spiritual purpose. The Light conceals flows from before Existence. The concealed flows carry the Intent that produced Existence. The unfolded human then can manifest "right intent" and thereby contribute to Existence outworking its purpose As some background: - the previous manifestation of this solar system was to learn right energy. Various spiritual practices carry over from that phase - the current manifestation of this solar system is learning right relationship. This requires inducing appropriate patterns in disturbed intelligences at all scales - the next manifestation of this solar system will be to learn right intent. A few brave humans are pioneering this. Their families have to be very brave. Once this solar system has a coherent light body with right energy, right relationship and right intent, it can be used for trans-galactic functions. Early signs are occurring such as the Artemis Accords signed by 56 nations so far.

Is it possible to achieve total control without controlling each human? Is there technology for controlling individual humans? Nano-scale implants might be the way. Nano-scale items could be absorbed through air, water, pharmaceutical items, .... Then self-assembly could occur. That is a natural progression - moving to higher energies as the spirituality unfolds

I have spent a lot of time dealing with heart energies including my own. Those that I deal with find their relationships improve radically when they project heart energy into situations It is natural that the heart energy expands. This usually occurs earlier in women. Regular attention in the heart accelerates the process. The heart anchors life force and, increasingly, spiritual purpose

Loneliness is common in early stages of spiritual unfoldment - but this passes as the human learns to love itself Isolation seems to me a different matter. Thus as the human establishes independence of thoughts and feelings there is a sense of separateness. The separateness continues until the junior initiate moves from being willing to be at one with all - to intending to be at one Intending to be at one with all is a precondition for first stage enlightenment. Often there is much past difficulty to be released before that decision is possible
