Humans tend to take a bottom-up view of their existence - as if they were the center of Existence/Creation, as taught in some religions. A top-down view may be better: a Cosmic Spirit has put down a myriad of lines of light into various universes and species to carry out its Intent. A standard human is the tentative anchor of one of those threads. Fortunately there is much redundancy in the anchorings.

NDEs in an operating theater have the added value of often recording zero brain activity. This may indicate that the brain is a receiver of mental process but not the process itself. More esoterically: the physical plane is an effect and not a cause

As we know from NDEs in operating theaters, when there is no brain activity, the mind can record everything happening, often from up near the ceiling

Willpower in common parlance refers to application of lower mental energy while the heart energy is noticeably higher in vibration. Control of the heart energy commences with intent and later becomes subconscious as the initiate has its consciousness on yet higher planes. The enlightened human progressively extends the frequency range of its competence. Subject to planetary karma and various other conditions, (some) energy-substance on each plane of Existence may be managed (or at least influenced) by the intent of the enlightened human.

Just as there are various states of the physical (solids, liquids, gases, plasma, quantum states) so there are different states at a higher level (body, emotions, thoughts, heart, intent, ....) As the human learns to master those (potentially: body by age 7, emotions by age 14, mind by 21,....) by the age of 42, according Jung, a human may be ready for a mission in life. Of course almost all humans take many lives to accumulate such mastery. These levels of existence can be experienced as vibration, and with practice all the senses can be developed on each plane. Thus the enlightened human is able to see, smell, feel, hear on spiritual levels and thereby act and observe results - eventually becoming competent in the Cosmos

So what are the designed capabilities of an enlightened human?

So the enlightened human is pretty useless except for menial work? That might not be an efficient use of resources

Is body-mind a male approach? What about emotions-heart? Perhaps females find that appealing

When a human is enlightened, does it do anything?

I have read that many of those abducted by ufos, under therapeutic hypnosis describe being examined and operated on by aliens. When taken to a deeper state of hypnosis they report that the ufo occupants are actually humans - that speak German. Is that why the US government is determined that ufos are alien? That is where I make a decision and go forward on the timeline to see if I like the effect of the decision/action. If not I make another decision and test that too.

Just along from me in the complex there has recently been made a creek-drain filled with large rocks from a quarry. The rocks are unhappy - having been brutalized with explosives. I have given the woman living next to them the task of rehabilitating them with love. I will observe her progress.

Visualize a hill/mountain you know well and slide your consciousness back to 2010 to sense how it felt then. Now slide forward to 2018 and sense its feeling then. What is the difference?

In humans functioning as designed: the Light from on High descends as a white line through the brain (making a consciousness anchor there) down to the heart where it anchors generating life force and providing access to divine intent. (Many humans have interferences to that flow and its anchors) The Light anchored in the heart is commonly "seen" as a flame. If the human works well with that Light, the flame it will increase in size. The colors in the flame are significant. Eventually the heart flame may extend to merge with the flame of consciousness in the head. Then the human will have united the head and the heart Some humans have two vertical lines and those lines have slightly different frequencies. When I notice humans with two lines I ask them if they have an irregular heart beat. So far they all have that. The line of light drives the heart. Having two lines produces a pulsation in the life force in the heart. The Light from on High may come from a star rather than the planet. Some humans are under two stars. Too much information?

Quite so. Until third stage enlightenment, the heart is the center of human functionality.

I drive a 1989 Mazda wagon. It is a most obliging car. If it must break down it does it at the most convenient places. I bought it used and have owned it 31 years so far, and other than regular maintenance it has cost about $3000 in non-routine repairs. I always ask it what it wants.
