There is a vortex of elemental energy - therefore intelligent - that coordinates the internal functioning of that energy body (e.g. etheric, emotional, lower mental) The vortex typically is used by a lesser deva (nature spirit) to achieve external functions e.g. search for food Some chakras have higher devas in order to handle incoming energies e.g. cosmic. Where there is excessive trauma or toxicity the devas may abandon the elemental. This is relatively common e.g. severe autism and severe dementia Much trauma can be healed by sending light from the human heart.

That is not my experience across quite a number of humans

It may be that there are various modes of human incarnation with some spirits coming from other systems to enter the human race. Such spirits take quite a while to learn how to pass for an Earth human. Meanwhile they may carry beneficial or adverse payloads that they are keen to discharge - regardless of their imperfect humanness. When an Earth human stills its mind, it may be able to test/measure such non-standard humans. Judgement is not required, but wise perception is the basis of right relationship with such entities

It may be useful to consider that stilling the personality mind may allow entry to the Cosmic Mind. What great intentions might be manifested when the human is permitted to work within the Cosmic Mind? But is that the heart of human unfoldment?

I was educated in the one true religion. Unfortunately I lost the faith. I wonder where I put it.

The more heart-light I give to my chakras including the sacral chakra (lower dan tien) the happier they are and the more life force they naturally acquire. If life force is low, it is possible to breathe in life force (chi) into particular organs (e.g. kidneys), leaving the life there on the out-breath. After a while the intelligence of the physical body (lower dan tien) performs the exercise without needing any mental attention. So the process is not about transforming jing, it is about encouraging organs and chakras to absorb life force directly from the cosmos. Thus the human consciousness is freed for higher functions

Fortunately our legal system disagrees. Citizens are required to control their passions. Refinement is optional

How can a human refine an uncontrolled persona? Control comes first and then refinement. Refinement involves the discarding of denser energies from the persona since these are no longer used.

First control the physical desires. Then control the emotional desires Then control the thoughts. At that point the human persona (mask) can be still. In that stillness of the persona, the Cosmos can manifest Itself in the human heart.

If your original Self is cosmic then right relationship with your Self is the entry to the Cosmos

That is the heart of the matter

It may be that, for now, in this solar system, right relationship is much more important than pushing energy

I had never tried experiencing the space between breaths, but when I had a go after reading your post, several times there was an intake of cosmic energy just after the in-breath stopped.

The space is not physical but rather metaphysical. Put your attention in the turning of the tide of the inhale energy and perhaps you may find the "space" So close eyes, breath in gently - not too deeply, hold breath and look/feel out into the cosmos. Does your energy change?

The experiment is very easy. All you have to do is walk into a crystal shop and go around touching crystals with your attention in your sacral chakra (lower dan tien). When you find one your body likes your sacral chakra will suddenly cheer up. Most of the crystals in such shops are traumatised so it may take a while to find a good one. The same method works in supermarkets. Again most of the packet foods are traumatic for your body

Generally the best method is to push light from your heart into the crystal. Light from the heart, in many humans, originates in a particular star

I diagnosed them over the planet. When someone posts a message there is an energy link between the posting and the poster. I can follow the link and have a look No doubt you recall the famous line in Shakespeare's Hamlet: "There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than dreamt of in your philosophy"

The elemental of the large crystal, when the crystal is broken, naturally forms into smaller elementals. The breaking can be traumatic when done by humans whose consciousness is not suitable. For billions of years the mineral kingdom of this planet was quite stressed - having been separated from a great being to which it was very attached. In the last couple of decades the mineral kingdom of this planet has become reconciled to its situation and is now more peaceful. This is easily tested by becoming aware of the feeling in a hill you know well, and then going in back in time to the year 2000 and comparing the feeling in the hill at that time. Localised trauma in the mineral kingdom can often be resolved by humans giving light from their hearts to the traumatised crystal or mountain.

Long ago I had an interesting experience with a piece of quartz - experiencing its etheric connections throughout the galaxy. It appeared to have instant communication with all other quartz in the galaxy - but not outside this galaxy.

It depends more on the elemental of the crystal than its chemical and geometric qualities. Most crystals I see in crystal shops have traumatised elementals - since larger crystals were smashed with a hammer to produce smaller crystals for sale.
