A clear question. We know from humans having had NDEs during surgery that mental intelligence continues to operate accurately even though the body-brain shows no activity. Access to the brain is necessary for the mental intelligence to operate on the physical plane - but the mental intelligence has separate existence. The brain is biologically/electrically operated by elementals and logically by nature spirits. Where the brain and associated intelligences are suitable, a higher intelligence often becomes involved. Depending upon the human and its karma, the higher intelligence may or may not be beneficial to humanity. The standard beneficial intelligence is often referred to as the soul or solar angel. Christians believe in a soul. Orthodox Christians do not distinguish the soul body from the soul intelligence. The soul/solar intelligence is also known as the (holy) guardian angel. The solar intelligence attempts to connect the dense human to higher forces by using the soul body (higher mental subplanes) to resonate into the brain. Many brains cannot respond. By 3rd stage enlightenment the human is quite transparent to higher light and the soul intelligence has entirely departed. (When you have seen me you have seen the Father for He lives in me and I in Him) Severe autism cases often involve the soul intelligence leaving the soul body because of problems in the brain. Application of the principles of science (observation, hypothesis, experiment, peer review) can take humans far into the nature of Reality - but who has such commitment?

It is very strange that cultures have different names for the same reality. I suppose we will just have to put up with translations

I seem to get two forms of contact: - a voice in the head when I ask questions - concepts/ideas/images appearing in my awareness without preamble The first I would classify as lower telepathy but the second is probably a mixture of higher mental (non-verbal) telepathy and intuition (heart knowing) Such contacts are common when I am doing (or available to do) something useful for the greater system

""This person practiced "shikantaza" four hours a day for seven years, as well as Daoist energy work for the last year and half, without - in his own words - being able to cut through the existential doubt" In my experience of working with humans over some decades, when they learn to control physical and etheric desires, they then know without doubt that they themselves exist beyond the physical world. This is typified by the statement: I am! My test question for them is: Do you know that existence has meaning? Or do you believe? The highest of the physical-etheric energies is characterised by the desire for power. Once the human has controlled its desire for power, it is ready to enter the spiritual worlds.

Quite so. In my observation it is not until the second highest mental subplane (5.2) is under internal control that the human is consistently able to distinguish home-grown thoughts from incoming thoughts. 5.2 is the mid-point of the Christian soul-body also called the Neshama in the kabbalistic system of 5 souls https://www.chabad.org/kabbalah/article_cdo/aid/380651/jewish/Neshamah-Levels-of-Soul-Consciousness.htm http://malankazlev.com/kheper/topics/Theosophy/bailey1a.gif

Many years ago, when my wife was 8 months pregnant, we sat down to meditate to find out the name for the coming son. We asked an angelic being. My wife heard Richard and I heard Riccardo. So we called him Richard. The immediately previous life in which I knew him was in Spain. Perhaps that is why I heard a spanish version of Richard. We did the same when my wife bought a new Honda Civic. We both got very similar sounding names. And I ask my Mazda before choosing/putting in fluids etc. It always gives a clear emotional response. It is quite fussy about fuel.

It may be worth considering the various bodies of the human and the patterns from previous lives. For example I see a lot of women with past lives in nunneries. They are much more used to emotional relationships with women than with men. And they need quite a lot of practice to find suitable male partners. Also, Western education is based on male thinking processes. That is quite disturbing for more intelligent women. So your question perhaps is better placed in the context of recent past lives and the processes of unfoldment. Then we come to nature spirits passing through the human race to learn voice and intent. For example, tree spirits when they enter humanity typically have tall thin bodies and ambiguous sexuality. And there are spirits from outside the galaxy coming into Earth humanity for quite specific tasks. An example is HP Blavatsky whose Master said that she was the only Westerner in a suitable body at that time - even though somewhat emotionally crippled. After 1000 pages in one volume, her Master repeatedly refers to her as "he". So each situation needs careful analysis and not a lot of judgement
-
It might be worthwhile to consider why you want to fight. There is always someone better. Are there other ways to achieve that objective?

My own process is: - I push light from my heart to the difficult organ - I look for adverse energy flows anchored/hooked into the organ - I look for past life issues and give them heart light This process works well with others I know Sound can work too, but it is better projected from the heart

Being spontaneous is natural for the refined entity that is in the cosmic flow. On the other hand, some refined humans work to alter the cosmic flow, at least locally. Their spontaneity is constrained so as to propagate their intent. Gardeners are a relatively trivial example

The human can develop sense organs on each subplane of each plane. Use of the more subtle planes requires more subtle humans Timelines (including parallel) can be accessed for travel into the past and into the future. Parallel timelines/processing may accelerate and focus galactic unfoldment I have been shown that some timelines interact improperly and need to be separated.

Years ago the owner of an esoteric bookshop said that the sales of Golden Dawn material was quite small after about 1995. My own observation is that many religious/spiritual/esoteric groups declined rapidly about then. I also observe that most spiritual practices occur within the aura/energy of an overlighting being. When such a being reaches the end of its tour of cosmic duty, the effectiveness of its practices declines rapidly - and a new group of overlighting beings expand their influence. This tidal cycle may operate at all time scales.

"(I read in your link that) in Mahapralaya the ‘void’ is total darkness. “.. there is pitch darkness …” In Daoism the ‘void’ is total light only." Long ago I "saw" a black unicorn approach this solar system. The unicorn was black with a white fringe. My understanding is that its energy was too high for my seeing - except where the energy frequency dropped at the edges and I could see it The white unicorn seems to be for the healing of planets and the black unicorn for the healing of galaxies. The Romans thought the galaxy to be the milk from the left breast of Juno. In one of the Arthurian traditions the grail maiden suckles a unicorn

My own view of the origin of Daoism depends upon the Hindu concept of the Mahapralaya. I suspect that Daoism carries over the spiritual practices of the previous solar system when our god was a god of intelligence and energy. Thus Daoism is not suited to all humans https://www.wisdomlib.org/definition/mahapralaya

The objective of spontaneity seems to be that the human cooperates effectively with the flow of divine light/intent I still carry some trauma from this and previous lives that distorts my thinking, feeling and actions - to avoid situations that might cause similar trauma. I also contain internal intelligences that are not properly refined and therefore repeat out-moded actions. For example if I have been looking for a particular item at a reasonable quality and price, I tend to continue to buy beyond my current needs. Thus the habit has been engrained and now needs to be released. There is much to be done to become spontaneous in a pure sense

Can someone simply explain the concept of the pure land to me
Lairg replied to Tianzun's topic in Buddhist Discussion
Shambhala is known as the pure land, but Shambhala may be etheric rather than physical - hence difficult to find/approach by non-enlightened humans. -
The core issue is whether the chakra spirits are traumatised. A traumatised chakra spirit has behavioural patterns to reduce activation of past trauma and avoid new trauma. Such patterns are usually somewhat limiting for the human. A refined chaka spirit has discarded lower subplane substance (and the stored trauma) and is therefore primarily sensitive to life-supporting flows. The human at first stage enlightenment has lifted its consciousness so that the physical, emotional and lower mental processes, having been refined, now can mostly be left as subconscious. This frees the consciousness to engage in more cosmic processes. Obviously some chakra decisions affect several planes of existence so that the human will watch those more closely.

My own practice is to open the fridge and touch various foods to see if my body wants them at that time. I have noticed patterns. For example, if I have some cheese at lunch, then my body almost always will refuse that particular cheese at dinner. Then I will test other cheeses in the fridge. Similarly with red wine. My body rarely likes two sequential glasses of the same wine. I use a very small wine glass - partly to allow that. Sometimes my body does not want even white wine and I have to drink a couple of glasses of purified water before my body is ready for wine. The climate is quite warm so dehydration can be an issue for the body. With practice I have not needed to touch. I just put my attention to the item and my body (sacral chakra spirit) will tell me.

Long ago I was in a group in the Netherlands and the hosts had put on a nice meal but with no vegetarian options. From politeness I ate the meat and at the same time sent love and apology to the group soul of that species. I quite clearly had a positive reponse from the entity. Thus politeness worked in both directions
-
Not all humans are well-suited to being vegetarian. My ex tried for some years but eventually discovered that biologically she was not getting all the nutrition she needed.

I can feel emotions in humans and various other intelligent entities.

Where I currently live it is commonly felt that "country killed" meat is better than abattoir meat. This may be because the animal is not terrified during the days before it is killed. Fear hormones may be relatively similar across warm-blooded animals and thereby affect the humans through consumption. I became a non-meat eater because I thought that meat was too expensive. These days I think that there were other reasons. One of ethical difficulties is eating animals that aspire to be as humans spiritually. Dogs, cats, horses and elephants are often given as examples. Certainly some of the old ladies living near me tell me that their dogs think that they are humans too. There may be some karmic issues in eating our junior brethren. Plants can get unhappy too. One time the woman next door was heavily pruning a bush but the bush was not upset. So I asked the woman what was happening. She said that you need to talk to the plant as to a child - explaining what is happening and why. Generally the group souls of animals and plants understand that humans have needs (even if distorted) and will not object to respectful and moderate consumption of their members. Insects are a bit tricky. Killing ants often produces an emotional blow-back but killing flies apparently never does. I have checked this with various sensitive humans. I need to investigate further. The objective of this solar system seems to be right relationship. Even apparently inanimate objects need respect.

a very simple question. Everyone is welcome and encouraged.
Lairg replied to Yang's topic in Group Studies
In that case it seemed that the girl had inherited the emotional chakra intelligence of her grandmother. Such inheritance makes the new human more acceptable to the host family. -

Years ago a co-worker told me about his daughter - who was born a couple of years after the death of her grandmother. When the girl was about 2years old she was driven for the first time to her grandmother's house. She seemed to recognise the streets as they got closer. When they got to the house the girl immediately cried out: What have they done to my curtains? From how many layers of delusion was the girl suffering? -
What do buddhists mean when they talk about "realms"
Lairg replied to Tianzun's topic in Buddhist Discussion
Realm seems to be the same as a plane: physical, emotional, mental, buddhic, atmic etc. By tradition the substance of each plane is the body of incarnation of the Lord of that plane - hence the plane has a "ruler" from a human perspective. The Lord of the physical plane is sometimes called Kshiti. The Lord of the astral plane is called Varuna, and of the mental plane Agni As you might expect, the Lords of the Planes experience the karma implicit in the substance of those planes
