It seems that grains and fruit often protect themselves from predators by including toxic substances. For years my body always chose white wheat flour instead of the wholemeal that I was taught was healthier. It seems that wheat has lectins in the outer layer to poison predators. When I was a child I would see cooking shows where the Italian cooks would blanche tomatoes - then take off and discard the skin and seeds and just use the pulp. Apparently tomatoes keep their lectins in the skin and seeds. How did the Italian cooks know what to do? She said: my elder son. So she sent heart light to her son and two minutes later the pain was gone

I was taught that humans are the center of Creation. It turns out not to be true. There are many beings that are more powerful: physically, emotionally and mentally - but sometimes less powerful spiritually Some stronger beings like to program humans so that they do not use their spiritual power. The heart is the immediate anchor of higher purpose and life force in the human. Those that develop the heart easily connect to more profound beings and more profound levels of Existence

It is better to leave kundalini as a natural process. Pushing the kundalini is likely to rip holes in various webs that are supposed to protect the human until it is ready Psychedelics often do the same. Better not to accrue karma by facilitating damage to the light-bodies of the foolish

I knew a woman from NYC that would steal money to buy cigarettes for her friends - and 5 minutes later would have forgotten the theft. She knew she was possessed. The possessing entity used nicotine to soften targets She told me that the possession occurred when she was in bed with a possessed man.

Personally I see the Cosmos as coherent and intelligent. It seems to encourage my experiments And I have had a few data points that indicate that there is more of me than I see in the mirror

That seems adverse. Mostly I like to keep the energy in my body

There are some apparently alien accounts that the concepts of good and evil, and religion itself, are specific (unique?) to the Earth humanity Perhaps it is all about learning. Some learn in more difficult ways Maybe the "sinners" provide more intense and therefore faster learning for themselves and others. That would be useful if the Earth were a training ground I suspect a top-down view of this solar system gives a quite different perspective

The germ theory of disease has often failed experimental testing. Some prefer the terrain theory of disease. Still others look more deeply - into trauma and relationships Others consider karmic influences to be greater still

Alternatively, the humanity living on the surface of this planet has yet to reach design functionality

Does the human race have a role in balancing light and dark in this galaxy?

It seems that humanity is a very recent organ within the EM. Who could have imagined that growth could occur in the Cosmos?

Unless the Earth Mother is alive In which case our human forms are cells within the body of the EM

The experiment is not hard

It is the end of an era so it is natural that many social and power structures fall away - including those of surface Earth humanity. Stand outside this solar system and have another look. There is a galactic process that is doing well. And it turns out that this planet is more useful than it appears from the human bottom up view
