In the women I have examined for this, the solar plexus chakra starts at the navel. Are women emotionally more refined than men? If you really want secret chakras look above the head. I think that using exercises that overpower the body is asking for trouble. I do not let my mind dictate to my physical body. I mostly ask my body if it likes what I am about to do - including food and drink. The intelligence that operates the physical body is anchored in the sacral chakra. In this solar system the human needs to establish right relationship with all the trillion intelligences within the physical body. So why are practices promoted without proper context? Whose idea was that?

Many years ago I did a Tibetan breathing exercise through alternate nostrils timing by heart beats. I kept the practice secret. I was getting pretty good at it when one day my body refused to do it. It suddenly went from stopping breath flow for quite a long time to being quite unable to hold. So I stopped the practice completely. A week later a Rosicrucian woman came to tell me I had damaged my subtle nervous system. It took about 3 years to heal

When I first saw AC in his post-mortem state he was stuck at the top of the lower mind (5.4) furiously using his personal will for decades to move beyond the mind. The internal contradiction may not have been obvious to him. He was such a grumpy sod that I did not tell him what to do, but I must not have veiled my thoughts properly because when I looked at him a couple of weeks later he had moved up just a little but out of the personal mind - in the bottom edge of 5.2 - the love petals of the soul body. When I look now he has moved up to perhaps 5.2.4. Not far at all.

This is pretty close but rather too physical. There are various webs placed in the human between specific subplanes to prevent premature contact. There is a web on 7.4 to prevent the physical body from feeling energies until the human has done enough work to discharge the substance of the web There is another web at the top of 5.6 to prevent higher thought entering the lower parts of the personal mind - until it has been refined. This web is commonly anchored at the top of the philtrum - depending upon how the mental energies are connected to the head. Among other things that web limits conscious memory of past lives. The emotional and physical bodies do however remember quite a lot. For example, I did not die too easily in past lives and used to wake up in the coffin. My physical body is still uneasy about being inside coffins. So I have left instructions: cut an artery and cremate the body.

Religions tend to incorporate teachings etc from earlier religions to allow transfer of their followers. So with John, I wonder about Jonah. Also John is Johannes so I wonder about Oannes - who was an amphibian in Sumer and given the task of clearing the mouth of the Euphrates River for commercial traffic. Jonah in the whale. Is that a concealment of an amphibian. Now according to the Greeks, Oannes with maybe 6 other amphibians, used to come out of the sea at dawn and spend the day teaching civilization to the Greeks, going back into the sea at dusk. More generally we know the amphibians as Annedotus. A friend once saw an amphibian show itself to her in the ocean. So I asked her: was he repulsive. She said he was so I showed her a picture of Anu as the cup-bearer (for Alalu). She said her amphibian looked just like the statue in the image. So was John a man sent by god(s)? Perhaps so.

Long ago I belonged to AMORC for perhaps a decade. I recall reading in an early AMORC manual description of an oblong cube of energy that had some property (forgotten by me). So the field of energy was generated by an AMORC senior for some purpose. At time that I read that, I looked up the passage in the manual current at the time. It was gone. I deduced that AMORC management of the time was no longer able to do what was done by a previous generation. This was supported by the movement of AMORC texts to a more philosophical approach with less technical expertise shown. This is a common problem with esoteric organizations. They are rarely able to generate new leaders of the caliber of the founder. From this I deduce that the founders of esoteric organizations have instinctive or supported abilities but do not know enough (or have the authority) to pass them on.

Long ago I did a course in Transcendental Meditation. At the end of the course there were some questions. One was: - What does the person say that has experienced pure consciousness? The answer provided in the course was: I am! The human has experienced existence beyond created worlds and therefore states without qualification, context, or received teaching: I am!

This is a topic of some interest as it touches on any purpose that might exist for the human race. Options include: - humans only/mainly exist to provide bodies so that spirits/souls can have dense plane experiences - humans are decorative and provide play time for higher beings - humans, individually or as groups, have functionality/purpose in the cosmos - the existence of a human species is illusory like a video game - human existence is a once-only code - etc The mind within the human personality, by its nature, may be unable to prove or disprove these or other options. If the human had faculties that transcended the personality (persona = mask) those might unveil the cosmic (or trivial) nature of the human race.

Why ever speak to other humans - other than to buy food?

Knowledge (rather than belief) that Life has meaning is the result of the first major spiritual achievement of the human. Having learned to control all the physical desires (more or less continuously) the human knows itself as beyond the physical world. And if there is existence beyond the physical then the physical world must derive meaning from what is beyond. I had a friend at work who was coming to this point of knowing. I saw him in the street one day and it was evident to me that he had stabilized at this point of knowing. So I asked him an appropriate test question: Do you know (as compared to believe) that Life has meaning? He replied that he did not know that but that he had stopped hoping to be lucky - such as winning the lottery. I took that as a yes.

Some females are very drawn to intense sexual energy in males. I am not sure that is the basis for long term or monogamous relationships. Also too great emphasis on elemental sexuality may indicate the presence of adverse influences that feed off human sexual energies. Personally I prefer females that are interested in higher functions.

The word information is what is called a reification - a quality or process is turned into an object and thus allegedly exists independently of actors. When I have data (givens) it does not become information until I have used it to inform a decision. Thus the data from the other person may come into the form of my consciousness - informing the consciousness. If the input is high quality (light) energy, then my consciousness may well be lightened by the receiving that energy. The process of receiving light may be called enlightening. Where there is a permanent state of connection to the light of higher beings, the human may qualify as enlightened. We see there that the concept enlightenment regarded as a state is itself a reification of an on-going process that proceeds through unstable stages to stable stages. Reification is very common in our society. Perhaps education is not effective. Educare - to draw out from within.
