I once ran a workshop on meeting the Personal Will. The Personal Will operates the human personality for its own purpose: self-esteem. No one in the workshop managed to meet the PW. They were given illusory experiences. They saw themselves in a mirror, met the Christ, had "streets paved with gold" experiences, etc. I stopped the workshop. That was on the Friday night. One woman was aware of her failure and told me she meditated for hours each night to get past the illusions. On the next Wednesday at 2 am she saw her PW and realized that all her life, her many good deeds were done to make her feel better. The PW was investing in its self-esteem. The PW is very valuable. It requires the human to learn to control its environment - to make the PW safe. The PW drives the human to control its physical desires, emotional desires and lower mental processes. The PW must be tamed before first stage enlightenment as that requires controlled access to higher mental functions - above the level on which the PW exists Approaching first stage enlightenment the PW must be transformed from running the human self-defense systems to becoming creative. In Western esoterics the PW is sometimes called The Dweller on the Threshold.

At the risk of stating the obvious there are some other preconditions to first stage enlightenment: - personal karma resolved - minimum proportions of higher sub-plane substance in the physical, emotional and mental bodies - control of the mental body - alignment with specific higher beings - intent to move from isolation to union - other factors including cosmic cycles and group karma For second stage enlightenment there is also a requirement for control of the heart

When the human baby learns to walk it does so without using the mind. It is another intelligence that operates the physical body energies for balance, digestion, blood pressure, healing, eye focus, swimming ... If that intelligence is traumatized the human is often accident prone, or jumpy, or has low energy, or cannot sleep easily, or uneasy with intimacy, etc. The intelligence that operates the physical body is anchored in the Dan Tien. In my case it remembers some past lives. When young I used to faint whenever a needle was pushed into me. Being annoyed at physical failures/deficiencies may exacerbate the problems. In most humans that intelligence is a lesser deva or nature spirit. Quite so! Human incarnations are part of cosmic parallel processing. Parallel timelines are used to accelerate the fulfillment of the Intent of The Source of All. From what I have seen, the neighborhood's timelines are extruded from the body of a great entity that manages time for this arm of the galaxy. The timelines are bundled. Sometimes there are improper connections between timelines. I was shown a mature Arthurian/Grail timeline that was improperly connected to a successful Nazi timeline. It was not good and action was being taken. Some alien sources report that the Time Force that deals with such matters around this planet is now largely in the hands of humans. Apparently the friendly aliens got fed up with dealing with our mess and trained some humans to do it. But how complex do you want this thread to be?

In more refined humans, sexuality is not only elemental, it is also cosmic

Just as refinement of physical, etheric, emotional and mental bodies is carried over into the next incarnation, so is damage. I recall long ago when I commuted by train, I used another train line for some reason. I was shocked at how unrefined were the physical bodies of the passengers. In the Theosophical writings there are Seed Atoms - by which the quality of the abandoned bodies is carried over into the next incarnation. There are data of alleged past lives that show physical injuries of that time appearing now as "birth marks"

I follow the flow of Light from the heart through the body. Where a body part is dark, there is a problem limiting the Light. The problem can be: - an incoming energy line (e.g. a hook), - missing etheric substance (e.g. has let someone else do the thinking), - parasitic entity, - adverse karmic energy, - adverse entity seeking control, - adverse earth energies (e.g. living in wrong place), - giving of authority/ownership to another (e.g. giving one's heart to another), - adverse internal relationship (e.g. hating an arthritic hand), - adverse external relationship (e.g. not forgiving/moving on) - spiritual oppression (common for positive visitors to the human race) - timeline issues - lots of stuff I do not know about For a while I used to go to charismatic churches to watch the healing. It was usually not permanent. The healer channeled some energy into the person, temporarily restoring proper light levels, but the cause was not addressed. One time the Earth would not absorb the light thus preventing a circuit through the patient. The healer could achieve nothing that day. It seems to me that causation is central to permanent healing by intervention. The alternative is for the sufferer to raise permanently his/her vibration/frequency above the level on which the problems exist.

I wonder if some usages damage the etheric and astral bodies. It seems that such damage can be carried over into the next incarnation

It seems that psychedelics can rip apart various veils in the standard human. This can be good or bad depending on how spiritually mature is the human and whether the veil can be repaired. The usual process is that the veils get eroded by the gradual increase in vibration/quality of life experience. Sometimes another entity can intervene to remove a veil. Thus a carefully managed psychedelic experience can be valuable. Ignorant experiences may be like Russian roulette

Don Juan tells Castaneda that it is necessary to establish a proper relationship with the beings that overlight the psychedelic plants before using them. I am not sure how to do that with pharmaceutical products. We are on our own in strange worlds

At one life stage, when having an orgasm with a woman, if I was lying face down, I would get about a dozen cosmic energy lines anchoring in my back. That would not happen when lying on my back. When I look back at such events, with the woman sitting on top, it may have been that the cosmic lines anchored in her back at my orgasm. Perhaps geometry is important

Some years ago a local journalist with no known psychological issues decided to try anti-depressants. Within 2 weeks he was suicidal. So he stopped taking them and produced a radio show about the results. I had a close female friend taking anti-depressants. She became emotionally remote while on them.

It seems that there are veils/barriers in the standard human to prevent experiences before they are due. For example there is a barrier between the physical and etheric subplanes to prevent experience of etheric energy. When the human starts to discard the lower subplane material the veils are dissolved by that process. Long ago, when I was recently separated, my sons came to stay overnight. My elder son, mid-teens, was a fervently rational materialist. For some reason, after he went to bed, I decided to remove the veil to the etheric. In the morning he said he had not slept all night and had decided to become a Golden Dawn magician. As it happened he turned into an anarchist some years later - until he came to visit again. Then 6 weeks later he had a job at the Department of Defense - with security clearance!! Be careful when you choose your parents.

Imagination can refer to both passive and active experiences. When I want to see something inwardly, I will usually imagine it until I start to see it. Then I will look rather than imagine - seeing details that I did not expect and interacting with the players. The faculty of inner sight can exist on all of the 7 planes and 49 sub-planes, depending upon the accumulation of appropriate substance and the formation of that substance into sense organs. Mostly that is hard work, but occasionally some refined substance will be shared by another party thus enabling much clearer sight - usually temporary Imagination can work with other senses too.

Being a mystic is an optional stage between being a self-centered human and being an enlightened operator in the local cosmos. Mystics see and feel whatever comes their way - depending upon the frequencies in which their consciousness lives. Eventually, to progress, all mystics must become doers rather than watchers.

Locally some of the very tall trees seem to spend all their time looking at the stars. The smaller trees are happy to look at humans. A friend with a dementia husband was quite unhappy so I pointed out the trees across from her yard that were looking at her - liking her - and suggested she invite them (their energy) inside her house. I had an email a week later saying how pleased she was with the (emotional) results of inviting the trees.

Is parallel processing a human invention? Do humans exist on a parallel timelines to accelerate learning? Using dreams for learning transfer? Would that indicate non-locality of consciousness? One of the signs of such dreams is meeting people that you know well but in the dream they look quite differently. In my observation of a dementia friend, his mind energy hardly connects at all to his brain. He recognizes his wife but keeps looking for his younger wife as well. His physical wife is also his wife on another timeline where she and he are much younger - at least at the interface of the two timelines.
