In my experiments, the self-aware human has more options than that For example, the human spirit operates across parallel timelines. Parallel processing occurs in nature.

In the ancient Egyptian and Kabbalistic traditions the human has 5 souls. The middle soul (anchoring in the higher mental body) corresponds to the Christian soul

This allows outer action and inner action in parallel. Chop wood while considering the flows of the cosmic ocean

Most religions write in their own interests. My repeated observation of souls (solar deva/angel) is that they care for quite a few human incarnations in parallel. Thus the human spirit may lose its over-lighting soul during an incarnation - but that usually is restored for the next incarnation I have observed cases such as severe autism where the soul has withdrawn. Sometimes the cause of withdrawal can be addressed.

On the other hand Christianity is introducing the concept of being a co-creator with God. Hopefully co-creators are not random in their actions The Hindu concept of Atma is interesting. In the human context that operates as spiritual intent - setting a direction. In most humans spiritual intent rests upon outcomes without specifying process. Process is delegated to other intelligences.

The central precondition to first stage enlightenment is control of the personality. That means control of physical desires, control of emotional desires and control of thoughts Men tend to achieve in that order. Women can sometimes control the heart before the mind Control of the personality allows stillness

In my youth I encountered the concept of: Entering into the Silence. Eventually I discovered that the Silence is not empty, it was merely that my inner hearing had not developed.

No hope for humans?

When a performance attracts the Muses, the performance is music. When the Muses do not come, Wagner called those tonal performances When a Mage does something with intent, the action is magic.

How do I get past the hallucination?

It seems to me that the core spiritual practices change with the unfolding of Earth humanity. For example, when I was brought up in Christianity, the human was so inferior to God that it needed to be saved. These days the concept of co-creator is creeping in. Perhaps humans are partners with The Source of All.

Yesterday I was looking at an internet friend who had complained about spiritual difficulties. I could see a blockage in his heart chakra ( half-way up the personal heart) so I pulled on it, but he would not release the blockage. Later he posted that he had unresolved anger. Hopefully he will deal with those relationships

It may be better to consider that both options are true. If so, proper (clean) relationships may be required with all parties relevant to the proposed actions.

In my view that is an entry to right relationship. The human starts by learning right energy and graduates to right relationship and then to right intent. With right intent it is possible to function cleanly within the Oneness. Right intent, in my view is the primary precondition for the third stage enlightenment

Humans like to think that they are the primary intelligence present.

My observation of the pre-creational is that it is structured and intentional - otherwise it would produce chaos I tend to agree with Pythagoras when he told us that numbers are alive. Certainly I felt numbers were unhappy when misused in equations. My own observation of this universe is that it is not chaotic. Energies belong to entities and the entities have purpose - even if misdirected. A chaotic set of practices is likely to make few friends in the Cosmos

In the standard human format, the flow of Light anchors in the heart, providing life force and spiritual purpose. In this version of our solar system, the goal of the Light is right relationship. Accordingly when a human pushes heart light to other beings, those other beings tend to behave better. A friend who is a supply teacher has learned to do that when she steps into a class where the usual teacher is on stress leave. Heart light makes an immediate difference across the class. Put your attention in your heart. Visualize a flame in the heart and push light from that flame into your body and into any entity that you consider needs to improve.
