Using any substance from within this solar system (e.g. mental and emotional substances) necessarily engages the user in solar systemic karma - and of course mental and emotional processes tend to flow in the pre-existing patterns of that substance. The usual way out is to lift the operation of the light-body/aura beyond the most contaminated planes Others may assist the out-working of the karma through their lives and relationships Many years ago I visited Clava Cairns at just the right time for the sun to shine exactly along the passageways to what was the dark center of each now collapsed cairn. So I stood in the centers to feel the energy flows. For some reason in the third cairn I tried to recite an important spiritual verse that I knew very well. I found I made mistakes in every line. I tried at another cairn and had the same problem. I visited the cairns a year later, again accidentally when the sun lined up with the passages. This time there was no problem in reciting the verse perfectly. So what is the nature of the urge to keep eating well beyond necessity?

My own view is that multiple wills exist in the human format. For example, many have difficulty stopping eating a favorite food. Others are greedy for power. At a more abstract level, it is useful to distinguish the personal will from the transpersonal will

It is my observation that on each plane on which it exists, a being (e.g. a human) has substance that is made coherent by an elemental natural to that plane - thereby forming an active body That body may be enlivened by a higher intelligence, commonly a nature spirit, that manages the actions of the body in the broader context - thereby developing skills and forming relationships If the now useful body appeals to higher intelligences, one such may over-light/ensoul the body. In the case of humans, a solar deva may ensoul the higher mental, heart and spiritual will bodies. The ensouling may continue as long as the higher intelligence finds the process useful, and/or until a more appropriate intelligence becomes available. The more appropriate intelligence may operate on a higher plane within the natural structure of that being. Thus there are different stages in the unfolding of the human.

Some of those lives are on parallel timelines. Often I experience those while dreaming. A common sign is dreaming of people I know well, that look a bit differently in the dream and are the wrong ages or in the wrong relationships compared with this 3D timeline In one dream I was with a cousin. She looked a little differently so I asked her if she was my cousin in the 3D timeline and she said she was. My long-passed mother was also in the dream and much younger than I ever remember her.

Is the human race unsuited to progress? How large is your sample? Has evolution bypassed this planet?

Has the human race progressed spiritually in the last few millennia? If so, some of the older texts may be more useful to the late joiners. If not, some of the older texts may be deficient

Most religions write in their own interests. My repeated observation of souls (solar deva/angel) is that they care for quite a few human incarnations in parallel. Thus the human spirit may lose its over-lighting soul during an incarnation - but that usually is restored for the next incarnation I have observed cases such as severe autism where the soul has withdrawn. On the other hand Christianity is introducing the concept of being a co-creator with God. Hopefully co-creators are not random in their actions The Hindu concept of Atma is interesting. In the human context that operates as spiritual intent - setting a direction. In most humans spiritual intent rests upon outcomes without specifying process. Process is delegated to other intelligences.

It seems to me that the core spiritual practices change with the unfolding of Earth humanity. For example, when I was brought up in Christianity, the human was so inferior to God that it needed to be saved. These days the concept of co-creator is creeping in.
