But I hardly think that the nature of the physical, emotional and mental planes varies across such a short distance. I certainly did not notice that in my travels

Visualization requires accumulating mental substance and forming that into sense organs - in this case for sight Mental substance is conventionally classified into 7 layers of increasing subtlety. Thus to make visual an energy/entity requires substance of the same (or higher) frequency as that of the target Some professions require development of visualization skills such as architecture, mathematics and engineering. Others require accumulation of subtle mental substances such as philosophy and quantum physics It is often useful to practice visualization with a friend - as the joining of the light-bodies often extends skillfulness

It may be of use to distinguish the brain from the mind. For example, awaking (returning to the body) from a dream usually results in very little memory of the dream. Is the dream in the mind and the physical memory in the brain?

Most human attention is rather mixed with selfishness. So the first stage is for the spirit functioning through the human format to give attention to the functionality and alignment of the persona (mask). When the persona is clean and aligned with the local Cosmos, the spirit of the human can build right relationships with other humans and other life forms. At that stage the enlightened persona attracts greater beings and establishes partnerships that work within the Cosmos

I would start by considering the qualities of the collective imagination and whether adverse influences needed resolution Also "for all" may include entities that should not be present at this stage of planetary process

Visualization, with practice, becomes actual seeing. When I am demonstrating some inner plane energy work, I will visualize it myself, and if the person I am with has mental energies compatible with mine, s/he will easily see the energies also When the energies are seen, they can be managed more easily, using intent, and observing flows and obstructions. Energies range from life force in the human body, to life force connecting universes, to the origins of life force.

That is an energy flow anchored in the stone. There are two types of energy sword: - male sword that is shown (held aloft) and the energy does the work - female sword that penetrates the heart of the user while it is pushed through the heart of the target. Only the pure of heart can use such a sword. This is an interesting proposition. It suggests that humans are functional in more ways than they are taught. Perhaps the intent of humans is more powerful than publicly admitted - hence the need for censorship. I recall a friend who discovered that plants that she ignored, did not flourish. So she made a point of looking at all the plants in her garden. Could it be that human attention is valuable to other life forms - beyond the physical?

Now oil tankers are so huge that that explanation is obviously false. In any case, what happened to all the dinosaur bones? Now the explanation is that oil is the remains of plankton - but what happened to all the minerals in the plankton? Who cares so long as we can explain away and avoid testing the explanation. Perhaps unfortunately most humans are fixed upon the outer worlds: physical, emotional and mental. Belief in the unity of all can reasonably be designated as religious. But any humans that directly experience the unity of all, do not operate on belief. Can there be a religion without belief?

I and some others can see the energies of personal karma and group karma. We often work in pairs - one acting and the other observing. Group karma follows lines of least resistance (like electricity) so can sometimes be diverted elsewhere in the group when the Lipika Lords are willing to cooperate. When that happens the karmic energy around the target human usually shows clear changes and relationships change

It may be more accurate to say that the human race is gradually lifting its frequencies and thus becoming more aware of Reality. As you know the ancient Egyptian civilization was at its height at its earliest stage. From this we may deduce that the civilization was formed elsewhere. The same is true of Sumer. Once I showed a friend a scene from 56 000 years ago with a procession from the Great Pyramid of Giza. She was in the procession. On her left was a child who is also her child at the present time. On her right was the one called Vishnu. When she saw him she burst out: Oh he is my favorite! So I wonder if your interest is in what Earth humans living in Egypt have done, or whether it is what the founders of Egypt etc still do

I am not sure that is quite correct. There are various accounts of wars in the heavens. Are those purely physical wars or are there more subtle levels? For example, perhaps 1 in a 1000 Earth humans can control its thoughts. If so, the 999 may be manipulated to do things contrary to their own well being

It seems to me that some energies are low vibration and therefore dark to my observation. Some energies are so high in vibration that they are beyond my seeing and therefore also dark in my observation The first time I saw that was a dark unicorn approaching this solar system. Its body was very dark with white fringes where the energies dropped down into the range of my vision (Unicorns I see as white seem to work with the healing of planets, and the black unicorns seem to work with the healing of stars)

I often observe parasitic entities with tendrils into parts of the target humans. Rather than refer to a "parasitic entity with tendrils into energy vortices .." it is easier to call it an octopus. Usually people find it easy to match what they sense with the offered paradigm. I once observed a friend visiting her parents. She was immediately ill - with various parasitic entities attached. Normally I would tell her to get rid of them using heart light - but on this occasion I could see an armada of octopuses waiting to take the place of those dislodged. My friend recovered quickly when she finished her stay with her parents. I suspect that Lovecraft wrote about what he saw.

Traditionally mother's cooking is best. That is not because your mother is a better cook, but rather that she is putting intent and love into the cooking. Long ago I lived in a spiritual community that baked its own bread. There was a roster of bakers. One baker's bread produced a warm tingling in my stomach. I asked her about that and she said that she deliberately put energy into the bread. I do the same when kneading my sourdough. My bread is popular too.
