Usually I source energy from the heart and that provides a proper direction - for the propagation of life force in the energy body. There are other energy sources for other functions. Often I have found blockages, for example in a joint. Blockage can be symptomatic of external interference or unresolved internal processes. Often a body pain will disappear immediately the local blockage is resolved

It hardly matters to me whether the directions are thought to be related to planetary motions rather than the DNA geometry.

Many of the powers implicit in the human format await: - control of relevant functions of the light-body - discharge of personal karma - right relationships with particular transcendent entities - sufficient alignment with trans-galactic intent. Partnerships and cooperation can then be established and the initiate is delegated limited decision-making to assist the local cosmos.

A regular visitor came a few days ago. When she stood at the edge of the patio looking down into the creek she stepped off the concrete and stood in the river gravel I had put there, consciously pressing her feet into the gravel. I had not seen her do that before. So I tried it too and there was a distinctly better energy in the gravel compared to the concrete. I asked her why she had done that on that occasion. She said the voice in her head told her to do it. I was pleased as I had had such assistance for a long time. It was always valuable assistance - and on one occasion accurate a decade in advance. It took me years to identify the voice in my head. The source turned out to be well known to me and others. Even though she and I were apparently solo in our inner process, we were being supported. It seems that secret teachings can be provided at the right time without a human group process

A modern version

I am not sure how I discovered how to do it, but the basic technique I use is visualizing this (only?) 3D timeline stretching out straight in front of me and straight behind. Then I look for other nearby timelines: to the right and left, above and below. There are lots of useful applications. Timelines seem to exist in clusters - rather like optic fibers in a cable - so there is some cross-talk and some interchange of experiences. Not all cross-talk is good, and the exopolitics site at one stage reported that some Earth humans had been trained to repair local timelines. The interaction between the Montauk work and the Philadelphia Experiment may be an example of improper cross-talk When I have dreams about people I know well but look differently in the dream, I often find them on parallel timelines. Such dreams are used to share experiences and hopefully accelerate progress on related timelines Soft disclosure about parallel timelines is occurring through the parallel universe concept. Universes can only be parallel if they have on-going interconnections. The early Doctor Who shows are also soft disclosure. Perhaps it is better not to know

I had that with my keys that were sitting on the empty kitchen bench when I was the only one living there. The keys were gone and then reappeared a few hours later. I was alone in the house the whole time. I tested for poltergeists but could not find any. Eventually I tested for timelines. The keys were always there. I had moved and then returned I also had that once with a jar that was the only item on that shelf of the fridge. It was back an hour later - with no other person in the house

These days I can feel when the elemental energies change - so I know when I have stirred enough in that direction

I doubt that. Some seem born great and others have greatness thrust upon. Consider the profound souls that appeared in the human race to drive the European Renaissance. Individuals had no trouble in becoming leaders in a wide range of skills and arts at the same time. A new title was invented: the Renaissance Man There were some profound women born too. Consider the work of the woman that also modelled for the Mona Lisa. Did her work produce her enigmatic smile? What then of Mozart who from a very young age did not bother with rough drafts?

If the human has been correctly designed and implemented, it is likely that the human already contains the seeds of all that is needed. For example in the Christian tradition the kingdom of heaven is within. Of course that answer is too hard and we cannot hear it

It is commonplace that dreams usually need to be recorded immediately upon waking as the memory fades very quickly. It may be that while asleep we are usually out of the body, thus operating with the mind but without the brain connection. If the concept of parallel universes/timelines is considered, the brain is largely restricted to this 3D timeline, but the mind may be on several streams at once

The awakening process is progressive. The human awakens to the physical plane and to the emotional plane and to ... Having awakened (become conscious) on a particular plane, the next task is to learn to control the human's body formed from the energy substance of that plane. The next step is to refine that particular body so that it is sensitive to higher energies/light and then align the substances of that body so that the higher light might flow smoothly through it. With some preconditions including karma, proportions of denser substance, and intent, the above work on the physical, emotional and mental bodies qualifies the human for first stage enlightenment Once first stage enlightenment is achieved, the initiate is expected to cooperate with many physical and non-physical beings. I was taught by a dowser to stir my drinking water clockwise then anticlockwise for a bit longer. It seems that the DNA molecule with its two spirals (in the common depiction) has a clockwise stream from spirit to matter and an anticlockwise stream from matter to spirit. Hence stirring the water a bit more anticlockwise Thus the Freemasons traditionally perambulate clockwise to bring spirit down to matter in their temples (for the good of all) while Wiccans (from what I have seen) perambulate anticlockwise to raise their own consciousnesses.

My own perception is that Adepts are very careful about with whom they associate. When another is allowed on-going contact with the light-body of an Adept, the poor Adept is continuously subject to the emotional and mental turmoil of the accepted disciple. Better to be too cautious than too welcoming?

It seems we are somewhat in agreement. I wonder whether awareness is unified in the cosmos. Or can an individual have its own awareness? What is the means of propagation of awareness?

My limited observation of Adepts is that they learn by working - not from classes. Learning by doing is central once the human learns to control the lowest 4 planes of its light-body. The (now ex-human but usually still incarnated) Adept has much to do in the cosmos - cooperating with specialized beings - assisting in the unfolding of the structure and purpose of this galaxy. The Adept attracts supporting spirits that prompt and facilitate as required - while the Adept extends cosmic Intent and finds roles and relationships in the universe. The light-body of the Adept is progressively upgraded allowing wide-band connectivity with universal spirits Thus the nature of Reality continues to unfold as the Adept takes operational and directional roles beyond this cluster of universes. Who can test such a proposition? Perhaps voting would be easier.

I recall long ago living in a spiritual community that often I could remember nothing from the previous week. My consciousness and awareness were changing quickly It seemed to me that the brain memories were being stored using the consciousness of that day. A week later with a different consciousness it was difficult to decode the brain memories. Are recent memories being stored in the brain - perhaps until processed by the mind for long term storage? Amongst old people it is common they remember events of their youth quite clearly - but not what happened last week

I have observed severe forgetfulness in quite a few cases. The mind connects to the brain through an interface that looks a bit like honeycomb. Various issues can cause the interface to be loosened from the mind energy field or from the brain structure or from both. Dementia seems to be exactly that process. Some autism cases are similar. Physical causes include brain impacts and toxins. Where the human repeatedly rejects its state/functionality, the elemental intelligences of the physical body may act upon that instruction. Be careful what you wish for.

In the Hindu tradition we find The Five Electricities. If I cannot find them present, then the proposition/dream/vision/video is not real. There is a proposition that consciousness requires a material vehicle (e.g. brain) so that consciousness is an interaction of spirit and matter. What happens when the spirit is not attached to a physical vehicle? Perhaps that is the state of awareness - not restricted by the need for a nearby physical body I have often become conscious of a sound/sensation that was already in the back of my awareness for quite a while.
