Many years ago I was clearly having two sorts of dream. One type seemed contrived (e.g. like standing in the middle of the filming of a James Bond movie) and the other had complex detail involving people I knew that looked a bit different in the dream (e.g. wrong age with somewhat different features) So I learned how to distinguish fake dreams (similar to re-enactments for a documentary) from genuine dreams. I would go back into the dream and test for the presence of the five electricities. I was shown in a dream various human spirits (that I know well in this life) that are from before Existence (universes). Not all humans were formed within Beingness so it is worth testing whether they belong only in the Sphere of Existence.

Is the human virtual? Perhaps the spiritual human occurs before Existence. If so, the human has leverage on the virtual game we call Existence. That is my experience

I suspect that desire is not the lowest motivator nor the highest. Maslow had a go at a hierarchy of needs. No doubt it could be refined to include spiritual will and perhaps to sequence some of the components on particular levels. For example self-esteem might be more refined than the desire for status.

Next time you are meditating you could look inwardly at your throat and perhaps find an energy issue

Not all causes are physical - hence physical medicine is not always the best path. The other day I was speaking to a woman I know well. She has been swollen in the belly for years. Recently a couple of strange things happened so I had a look at her situation. It seemed to me that she had had a miscarriage so I asked her. She denied that, so I said: between your first and second son. She remembered that she had certainly felt pregnant then but the tests were negative and there was no child. I pointed out the dark cloud in her uterus and the energy line going from there to her left hip. She could see those. Then she could see the personality that had wanted to be born. It was still there at her left hip and her body was trying to get ready. She sent the personality away and the swelling in her belly is starting to reduce. Not all causes are physical

Before and after Existence comes and goes, there is Beingness. Is the human part of Beingness?

The brain issue is a mechanism and not a cause.

Many years ago I lived in a spiritual community with a building for 100+ guests. Members living in that building were put on a kitchen cleanup roster. I ran the Sunday crew. Pot wash was 2 deep sinks in a dark corner. The job was 90 minutes or more of scrubbing pots. After a while, anyone that wanted pot wash had to be there 15 minutes early. The crew had discovered that the harder you scrubbed the pots, the better you felt, no matter how unhappy you were at the start. The 100 year old tile floor in the commercial scale kitchen was only mopped in a cursory fashion. So I got out a deck scrubber and scouring powder and away I went. After a few weeks women in the crew would come and take the scrubber off me so that they could do it. They got joy from bringing orderliness and cleanliness to the ancient floor. There is a deeper layer too, with the feng shui of the placement of furniture etc. There is a yet deeper layer with the human consciousness progressively transforming the energy of the building and its parts.

There is a difference between personal karma and group karma. Karma follows lines of least resistance. With personal karma there are not a lot of options. With group karma, others may provide less resistance to the flow

Your back pain and energy depletion look to be the result of parasitic entities across the lower back and across the liver, also on the head limiting brain thoughts. I suspect the entities have permission. Perhaps you have done bad things or stayed in bad situations and not properly dealt with the results . Meanwhile put your attention in your heart and push heart-light to each of those sites/entities twice a day for a total of 20 minutes Let me know how you go.

The other aspect to consider is if there are permissions that attract/allow adverse energies. For example staying in a house/job/relationship when you know you should not, is an invitation to every passing adverse entity, Often the adverse permission has been forgotten.

What thou wilt is not the same as what thou want. There are levels of will. In the Hindu tradition spiritual will is a plane beyond spiritual heart. I saw AC a couple of times in his post-mortem state. He was stuck using personal will when I first saw him. The second time I could see that he had learned that the heart is the way forward - not that he had got very far - only a subplane or two.

When the sexual energy is refined in a stable way, it is common for the voice to become more cultured as the energy moves from the pelvis to the throat - the higher center of creativity. The husky sexy voice becomes noticeably smoother and more pleasant

In this solar system, right relationship is the primary objective. Thus if right relationship is established the karmic energy is often no longer required. The energy does however usually remain to be worked through. I was with a woman who can control her emotions and denser thoughts. She was dealing with a karmic relationship (with her ex as I recall) and had resolved the problem but the karmic energy was still in place. Removal usually requires a request to the systemic (local) Lords of Karma https://www.theosophy.world/encyclopedia/lords-karma I was determined not to intervene in her family karma (because I have been embarrassed before) but I told the woman what needed to be done. So she put in the request and to my astonishment the karmic energy was immediately removed. I am taking her more seriously now.

It may be that karmic energy is focused on the plane on which the karmic deed was done. Thus doing emotional damage to a child may most easily play out in later emotional relationships (internal and external) My observation is that karmic energy flows along lines of least resistance. These days I tend to avoid groups with obvious karma. A couple of experiences were more than enough. In the cosmic arena, there are many planes and groups. This solar system has its own karma, some imported by arriving entities and other generated locally by tensions in the systemic families. For example, for a billion+ years the mineral kingdom of this planet objected to the Being that uses this planet as its body of incarnation. Only recently were they reconciled.

Light/Spirit/Chi/Prana is closely related to electricity. Thus heat arises from resistance to the flow. It may be better to release the resistance so that the flow can become more natural

Baldwin's book was the best I ever read - and I have read a lot. He certainly introduced the idea of demanding the light be shown. As I recall he did not teach movement of heart light around the body - nor its origin.
