no problem, in fact I do like acid fruits like oranges and grapefruit. It is just that I prefer the taste of a well ripened and sweet peach, but don't get me wrong, apricots are very good too!

right, in facts nectarines are a type of peach, as it is the case with the flat peach. But I think peaches are superior to them. Nectarines are a little bit more acidic

Wow, these last days I am eating peaches like there is no tomorrow. I had forgotten how good they taste, they are very very good, and in season now Can I say that they are better than mangos? Somehow they taste and look a little bit as mangos, but I think they are even better (and much cheaper). And I see also that the chinese consider them a very good fruit in their traditional lore.

Not exactly the same as full moon, but tomorrow we have new moon and next wednesday we have the season change to summer. Two periods in which there is also strong energetic changes that we must adapt to. Many people believe it is a good moment to fast and detox too. -
Once you understand what happened with the covid scam these last years then you can understand many things about how the world is run. I studied this event quite a lot and I still can't understand how so many people could be so easily deceived by a common flu and a useless vaccine

Finally I am going full fruitarian. I have been eating only fruit for the last few weeks and I feel quite well. Although I haven't healed all my issues so far. Anyway I prefer this than to fast for long periods of time, and eating only fruit is probably the most similar thing to a complete fast. And although I feel quite well, perhaps better than ever in these last years, I am losing a lot of weight. I am becoming too thin, for the standard view, but I guess this is the price to pay for healing myself after years of nutritional errors and abuses.

Recently I have heard from some nutrition and health gurus that the dark colored fruits are more "powerful and cleansing" than the light colored. Fruits like black grapes, black cherries, dark berries, pomegranates, etc., are thus considered better than oranges, apples or pears. I myself am not sure about this idea. Even though I consider the color of the fruit to be very important, I think it is probably better to eat a variety of colors, but I don't know if the darker varieties are better as they say. David Wolfe even says that this idea is in accord with the daoist teaching that the dark food is the best source of energy. What is your opinion about that? do you think the color of the fruit is important too? do you think the dark and black colors are "stronger"?

many fruits are named after the apple, pomegranate being just one of them. there are more (custard apple, pineapple, etc). It is like it is the most basic of fruits

yes, both full moon and new moon days are said to be the best days for fasting and detoxification. -
sorry but this is not true. if you feel so bad when fasting it is because you are weak or full of toxins, as simple as that. we have evolved to fast, missing a meal shouldn't be a problem as a rule. And be careful eating a high purine diet, even if you don't have pain now, you are slowly accumulating toxins that can give you a lot of problems in the future. Furthermore, if your blood is too acid that is bad too, a bad symptom that means your body has many accumulated toxins, which acidify your blood, due to a improper diet. If you feel so bad while fasting or eating a light or vegetarian diet it is because when you fast or eat vegetables/fruits your body cleanses itself of the accumulated toxins. When the toxins are in the circulation for elimination you will feel miserable, that is the problem, not this different metabolic types, that is a joke. In the first place you should ask yourself WHY your blood is acidic, and that is because the heavy diet is causing a high toxicity inside your body. If you need to eat heavily it is bc otherwise you would start an elimination that would make you feel bad

Why did nobody say that their favorite fruit is an orange? a good navel is one of the great fruits, specially when the weather is hot. So simple and delicious (and cheap)! Also it is a very healthy fruit, rich in vitamins and mineral salts, specially vitamin c, calcium, potassium and magnesium.

I have eaten dragon fruit for the first time. Indeed a very good fruit, maybe not my favorite but very good. It is soft and nice, like a young coquette girl. Do not expect hard sex from her, as she has not experience yet and is shy, but she will be tender. A clean fruit, easy to digest and palatable. It is just not strong enough, its taste isn't "powerful" but soft like a sweet well made cream.

the color of the dragon fruit is very beautiful and impressive. Some say that the color of the fruit is important too and provide benefits. Phytonutrients are the chemicals which give the color to the fruit. But the color can not be measured like the mineral salts or the sugar, so it has not been as studied by scientists. I am of the opinion that is more important than many people think. Also the taste is important of course, there are so many intangible things which are worthy of attention although not easily measurable. One strong argument fruitarians always have is that the highest apes, which are the mammals most closely related to us, eat largely fruits. I think it is an argument to bear in mind, as our teeth and digestive organs ressembles theirs. what are your thoughts on this argument?
