  1. The phrase "you are what you eat" makes even more sense in the context of spiritual teachings and internal cultivation. The kind of information and practices you ingest/work with over the years change who you are. OP had over 9+ years of "training." I doubt he is happy; his life quality has improved, and it is hard to imagine someone wanting to have similar results from training. Being irritable, angry, desperate... trying to find keys to his future "training" in public books.
  2. Some teachings and methods require specific skills and abilities that most people do not possess, such as soul awakening, a permanent state of emptiness in the mind, or the ability to see energies with the eyes. Trying to bite practices outside of your scope of comprehension or ability is a time waste. You can spend your lifetime and future 10000 lives as well trying to find a 4-dimensional object in 3-dimensional space, but you won't succeed. You are making a lot of assumptions, moving responsibility from yourself to tradition several thousands of years old and some books related to it. Keep us updated how it goes.
  3. You are not seeking the truth; you are pulling the wool over eyes. Seeking and picking out information that fits your perverse paradigm. What's worse, you are propagating this publicly, spreading false and dangerous practices. While doing so, you also attacked nearly everyone who came to this thread, even those who were loyal and supportive of the idea of cultivation from books. Being sexless or sitting on a raw vegan grass diet like a cow (bigu - breatharianism courses) is not a spiritual attainment or a valid self-development path. We already had a chance to interact with some other students from your "famous lineage school." It turned out to be more like a schizophrenic and destructive cult obsessed with Chinese texts. The other guy was talking about Earth/Heaven immortals and infinite engines; you don't get any more delusional than this. Even people talking about Goku and tanking a nuke seemed to be closer in touch with reality.
  4. There is a straight line correlation between Arrogance and Ignorance. They also make a big assumption that Everything is known and written down somewhere. Also, that the path to divinity/godhood/immortality, is as simple as sneezing - just the easy method is hidden by someone. It is the same as believing there is a secret cheat code in life, if you say it out loud it grants every wish possible. Most people get over this stage of development when they stop believing in Santa, around the age of 6. Non-schizophrenic and authentic teachings throughout centuries only showed the general direction of development and showed the way you should explore. You would still have to walk the path yourself and gain experience you can. It is not the same as reading books. There is no secret knowledge book you can read, that will turn your physical body instantly into a greek god statue, with perfect muscle-fat ratio. The world is complex, the more you develop, the more there is unknown and unexplored. Even if we take the most primitively defined physical three-dimensional space, and tiny object in the universe such as our planet, less than 1% has been explored after thousands of years, of not one, but billions of people exploring the world. Almost nothing is known about ocean depths, or the things below the Earth's Crust. Now, compare it with spiritual development that is not 3 dimensional, but lets say 12 dimensional, and never had millions of people exploring.
  5. @Yae You joined the forum in 2013, so we assume you started practicing cultivation around that time or a year later. As you said, at least nine years have passed. It is sufficient time to achieve something, some inner qualities, some practical abilities, some positive results. Even if there is zero talent and very little practice per day, at least mental stability, peace of mind, and more vital energy in the body can be gained. Somehow, after ten years, you come here posting dubious methods based on public books and planning to start cultivation from the beginning. Meanwhile, acting irritated and fuming, raging at everyone passing by. We prefer to look at the results from training rather than empty words. Could you kindly remind us of your teacher's name and the school you attended for nine years? We are not interested in methods of achieving impotency. I have no interest in "internal alchemy" or "daoist" cultivation. It is amusing that you believe everyone seeks the same thing as you do. A tiny bit of "neigong" I practice has significantly boosted my vitality, body energy levels, well-being, and potency. Getting to a level of electric qi has positive therapeutic effects on the body. Similar results/effects are reported by other people who practice this stuff.
  6. If human development practices were that easy, we would be living in a land of immortal deities and levitating buddhas, and everyone would have abilities beyond imagination. I am not sure if there is a book written on door opening or if you have read it in your life. Imagine a child in a kindergarten sandbox building a space rocket to travel to other planets - "But it is easy, just use sand." If practice improves your life quality and transforms self than it is never a problem to be paying for years, same as going to the gym, and if it does nothing, then why bother? I doubt some evil masters are gatekeeping the knowledge. Still, it is sensible to avoid wasting time on people who are not serious or capable of learning, who are disrespectful to the tradition, who have a mentality of leecher or larper. Hopefully, you don't come around years later asking for help with issues developed through those methods. How much time have you already spent practicing this?
  7. Have anyone here been part of an esoteric society

Anyone can spend half an hour and buy a ticket to become a member of Masonry Lounge, the Rosicrucian order, or a few other "secret esoteric" organizations. It has long stopped being esoteric and is just name selling business or tourist attraction museum. https://www.rosicrucian.org/rosicrucianism Life is not so easy, and joining any genuine esoteric organizations/circles would be a considerable challenge. It has always been so throughout the centuries.
  8. It is possible to become a renowned professor worldwide, cited for his scientific research and works. Without ever going to school or university or belonging to any academic society? Transmissions are just a way the schooling process functions in esoteric circles. It is still similar in the academic background; you will learn much faster and more in-depth if your source knows what he is talking about and not just reading/citing the book. The problem with esoteric knowledge is that it cannot be written or explained in human words. We may use the same word, but it could have 100s different meanings. To embrace real meaning, you need direct experience or transmission from a living teacher. Help from other realms is possible, but what is more likely and possible is abuse and manipulation. People seeking "free cheese" or asking for help end up being victims of malicious beings. Some of those use inherent character flaws of a person, desire to feel important, valuable, special, powerful etc., telling all kinds of lies. It is actually surprising how naive and easy going can people get when dealing with things from other worlds.
  9. Have anyone here been part of an esoteric society

First rule of any esoteric society would be: "Don't talk about esoteric society". Esoteric means concealed/hidden, the whole idea of those organizations and groups to not be open to the general public. If you find a lot of people talking about some "esoteric circle" in public then it is not an esoteric circle.
  10. How do you stop the leakage?

Become Magus, laser focus is probably among the very first things we are training inside the tradition. Always trying to stay in control won't work. The place where you want to be is a permanent condition, and the way you want to achieve it is through temporary means. Evolving to a stage where you don't need to meditate or do anything, to have full clarity and full control over your thoughts and mind. Where it becomes the norm and baseline of existence rather than some momentary enlightenment achieved briefly after 168 hours of continuous effort during a solitary retreat in the depths of the mountains.
  11. Variations of Microcosmic orbit?

Heard that phrase, spiritual development (practice) is a chance to have a chance. If you are not trying, only then your probability is zero. If you are trying it does not mean you are guaranteed to succeed. Deterministic approach does not work here, reality is nothing like an online game. It is possible to fail few thousands times, before you succeed once. Most seekers give up before reaching the turning point for themselves and their life. Even more out there, don't even bother to try. A. nobody guarantees them that they will succeed, and weak mind cannot handle uncertainty. Some want guaranteeed results, and want them today or tomorrow (end up getting scammed). B. they are too busy talking and discussing things, instead of bothering to practice. Reading books endlessly also falls into this category. Usually people build up energy first before working with the flow, it has to exist in substantial amounts for circulation to be meaningful. Orbit is a basic circulation practice, it can vary by direction (straight flow vs reverse flow) and by the type of energy flowing through it.
  12. Spotting a fake master

People commonly believe that ancient population was crazy, and made up fantasy and myths to entertain kids. This is an easy excuse of a sleeping mind. They think crazy people passed those stories for centuries/thousands years since the earliest days for no other reason but entertainment. The stories that commonly describe vampires, werewolves, life sapping, succubus/incubus, and many other "fantasy" beings. Only if any "researcher" actually had made any real research and exploration into the energy worlds, they would find out that ancient people were not crazy. Those things exist, and they are not a part of broken insane imagination, but more like a part of our planet. There are higher and lower realms of existence beyond physical, those realms are populated. Nations across the world having similar folk stories is not a coincidence, but rather, a result of interaction with some of those beings. Some of the astral beings can be feeding on humans, like you feed on chicken and vegetables. They do treat you as "battery source" or a "lower lifeform". P.s. Some of the folk stories, are not only describing things outside of physical dimension, but also talking about biology, medicine, sciences etc. Dead and living water, when you first disinfect/cleanse with dead water, and then replenish life/rejuvenate with living water. Stories are only slightly adjusted for preservation but are based on real practices/generational wisdom.
  13. Spotting a fake master

Nothing special, it comes with training. Like many other abilities. If you don't develop any skills/abilities after years of commitment and daily practice, then you should change teachers/move schools. Empty "spirituality" talks and self-learning can only get so far.
  14. Spotting a fake master

It is impossible to hide accumulation if it exists. People who go to the gym, possess different kind of a body compared to a regular person who does limited to no physical activity. The same thing is true with energy and upper mental bodies. Spiritual and mental development can be measured and evaluated, usually it does not require more than a glance to see through the general level.
  15. Is Buddhism a complete path?

Have you seen or can you show a single living Buddhist practitioner who has reached enlightenment? (a photo will do) I am not criticizing, but I have not seen anyone so far, and we know that many millions practice and follow those teachings worldwide. I think a working (complete) path/tradition should be able to produce at least one enlightened being out of tens of millions of practitioners.
  16. How does it work?

Classical example of discussions here. "Hey, guys I got completely scammed and this practice is a waste of time" - "Yeah, how?" "I bought this stupid device for 1500 euros, and it is less effective than a 2 euro tool from a local shop" "Can't you all see that 2 euro hammer is much better at hitting nails in the wood, than this stupid iPhone device?" "Only delusional people waste so much time and resources to acquire iPhone, when they can get a simple hammer, and have all they need in life, in real world" Whole next year arguing what is better at hitting nails and why factual evidence of nail piercing the wood is the only thing that can prove value of a tool.
  17. astral projection

It is a time waste when you don't know why you are doing it.
  18. How does it work?

I can give a simple answer, which is also hard to swallow for most. Any legit practice/tradition has a chain of prerequisites/steps to be made. Legit practices are never written in public books - you have to find a living tradition/teacher for transmission Even with that it takes many years of hard work and effort to build the necessary qualities and skills. A kid goes to kindergarten to learn, then to school; an idea to skip directly and go to university and write Ph.D. work when you have not even learned the alphabet and cannot write? Yes, a kid can scribble some symbols on paper, but it won't be a masterpiece of intellectual work. While those prerequisites may vary from tradition to tradition, based on the focus and goals of the art, they exist everywhere. Looking for shortcuts is a fool's endeavor, and it ends up being the long path. The early path, when you have to train and discipline your mind, is usually tough for most, as it is a striking difference from the mundane lifestyle of a monkey whose goal is chasing desires and going with the "flow." A person with a rattling mind and low energy won't have the same ability to cultivate as someone who attained a permanent state of samadhi, a dozen siddhis, and cultivated a massive energy field. When people do not have level required to cultivate properly, they start playing "Batman" "Goku" and imagining themselves cultivating, playing a role. An ego wishes to bend the world to its own limited understanding.
  19. FUCK my technique has HUGE downsides

Cultivation is not a belief, it is a science. You either know or you don't, you don't believe in things like Santa Klaus. To gain real knowledge you would have to spend decades in training, research, and it is highly unlikely to do that without guidance. Self-initiates are known to come public every once in a while with something embarassingly stupid or with inventing a wheel.
  20. Jing Replenishment: The Rooted Path Revelation

You are neither of the two. Roleplaying/larping does not count as belonging to a certain tradition or path. You will have to eventually realize that in few years, overcome immense Ego, find yourself a teacher, because there is not a single book in public outlining proper training process. Train 6-10 years daily, develop at least some skills and abilities, then come back.
  21. Jing Replenishment: The Rooted Path Revelation

Earth is the most important factor that keeps us alive and gives us birth in the first place. Notes of isolation from the Planet by rubber soles for the sake of cultivation, etc.. are ridiculous (dumb). If anything, connection with the Earth is highly beneficial, and while humans may need to walk barefoot to reap those benefits, practitioners develop a powerful energetical connection with the Planet via core channels. It can further be divided between the flesh of god and the spirit of god, with earthing being a connection to the body of the Planet; there is also a connection to the mind of the Planet. The benefits of the second connection far outweigh the first and are less known in public.
  22. FUCK my technique has HUGE downsides

It is definitely not dangerous, it is simply worthless. Like his non-existent friend with "remote viewing ability" who confirmed everything to be excellent quality before. Nothing you can do even matters. You don't know how internal training works and the most basic principles.
  23. Jing Replenishment: The Rooted Path Revelation

As expected of a "rogue cultivator", zero conviction, zero loyalty to his path, trades sides based on opportunistic petty thoughts. Betrays his master. Has no morals or principles, basically a thug looking to rob some books and teachings, believing he will find there some cheat code for free, but instead, ends up picking up some dirty schizoteric waste. Claims it to be great achievement nontheless.
