Hi, just watched ancient aliens episode about akashic record in this episode they said aliens can access future and past. Everyone knows by reaching certain stages in Qigong,yoga, neigong, etc person third eye will open so they can predict future and past. So I am thinking by using third eye they might be invented New technology. What you think about this?

I agree with you. That's why I didn't started Ldt meditation by reading books. I think when MCO started if we don't have a teacher it's very dangerous. I understand this by reading the book written by DR yang jwing Ming. Do you practice LDT meditation?

I am having strong magnetic pulling sensation in udt. Can I assume chi is gathering at udt?

The Mantra is Rama Mantra ( avatar of lord Vishnu on of the trinity in Hinduism) I am doing this meditation because when I concentrate on udt I am having strong magnetic pulling sensation. Because of this my thoughts are reduced greatly.

I am doing Mantra meditation. Which is chanting a Mantra very slowly barely audible to the person who is chanting with awareness on the upper dantian. What is your opinion
