My doubt is some people meditate on agna chakra which is upper dantian. By meditation on lower dantian we refine jing to chi. So person who meditate on agna chakra what is he refining?

But normally it will be around 34 min some Times it will come and go ( Magnetic pressure). Can you please tell me how long it will take to see light.
