Hi, everybody!
I registered just today, and I am excited to learn and join this community. Here is my intro.
I've been intrigued by spirituality for quite some time, but I have experienced little about meditation and qigong, almost all by myself. In the last few years I have beeen into Asian novels, expecially chineese ones, where the shift of focus or point of view of the protagonist about their everyday problems was key to growth and to confront life head on. In this regard, I am trying to change my everyday mentality and I think knowing better the Daoist word would be a breakthrought in this field.
I hope to find some tips on my journey here.
