  1. Which Qigong/TCM/Acupuncture/ Etc. ?

So I found these pictures and I was wondering; is this how you refine organs (by infusing shen, qo and jing into organs via meridians)?
  2. Which Qigong/TCM/Acupuncture/ Etc. ?

If accepting one part of yourself discard another, then that piece was never a part of you to begin with. Bisexuality is a spectrum between gay and straight, to be more straight than gay doesn't make you more "pure" or less bi. You are not disgusting for liking trans women and even if you were, humans are naturally disgusting. We are literally made of nasty things like organs, flesh and tiny living bugs like things. Animals are disgusting too for doing nasty things like eating shit and vomit + cannibalism (birds, dogs, elephants, etc.). Compared to the animal kingdom you the least disgusting thing that exist. Also lets not think about how gross "clear spring water" is under a microscope. The world is disgusting and so are we.
  3. Which Qigong/TCM/Acupuncture/ Etc. ?

yes, but instead of hating your own sexuality you should accept it. To not accept your attraction, is to deny a part of yourself. This is what we call to be in denial. Once you accept yourself, you can understand and control yourself.
  4. Which Qigong/TCM/Acupuncture/ Etc. ?

Do not want to be, means, you are but doesn't want to be a.k.a denial. Good we can agree about something, I don't know either, hence to why it is a hypothesis.
  5. Which Qigong/TCM/Acupuncture/ Etc. ?

Sounds like a bisexual in denial of their own sexuality to me really.. also Qi & meridians doesn't work like that. As for the "I doubt that you really know what objects/feelings Shen, Qi, Jing, spiritual energy are physically and how they relate to your everyday activities." Neither do you, clearly.
  6. Which Qigong/TCM/Acupuncture/ Etc. ?

Once one has enough spiritual energy of Shen, Qi and Jing, my question is: Which internal art refines what, if infused with the 100 years worth of spiritual energy? (I'm trying to build up more hypothetical possibilities for the Foundation Realm within my hypothesis which I can later experiment with) *BTW acupuncture is said to be able to clear and refine the meridians, as well as, curing serval of diseases within wuxia novels. This makes acupuncture a medical art and when infused with spiritual energy such as Qi or Jing it can become a divine medical art, making the acupuncturist a divine doctor*
  7. Hypothesis of Internal Alchemy

It does, I prefer that feeling of a buzzing energy that feels like it is getting sucked in. It also feels like a really light and comfortable, buzzing cramp but also not really like a cramp if that makes sense. My best way to describe it would be; that feeling when you close your eyes while slowly pointing closer and closer to your forehead without touching it. You feel like the finger is gonna touch your forehead at any moment but doesn't until it, by surprise, does.
  8. I just had this shower-thought! Before our birth, we do not exist. After our birth, we exist. Once we are dead, we cease to exist once more. These things are known to all of us, therefore many of us believes in reincarnation, since the next step would likely be "to exist once more". This is the circle of life and reincarnation that most follow by their own free will, but those who seek to cultivate the three treasures does not follow this circle out of their own free will. My thought is; Those who practice neigong or chigong are like Sisyphus, endlessly pushing a boulder up the hill. Not because what we do isn't real but because we are like a bucket full of holes, what we build up leaks out fast. My hypothesis is that we start with nothing, no meridians or dantians, but we (our soul/consciousness) are a seed. We must use inaction (wuwei) to grow our meridians and then later grow our dantians (similar to how potatoes grow). (We refine our meridians and dantians with Shen, Qi and Jing after storing enough of it). (Shen is spiritual force/energy, Qi is life force/longevity and Jing is vitality/youth.) (Qigong and other exercises could be used to refine the body). To use Wuwei: Get comfortable (meditate). Focus with your sense of touch/feeling (not only your mind) on the acupressure point between your eyebrows (slightly above the nasal bone a.k.a the glabella). Do not actually move (hence to inaction). Though involuntary movements are fine and sometimes putting your focus on those movements, trying to feel it again, is good. Focus on the acupressure points of your temporal bones. Go back and forth between those points. Your goal would be to feel a light buzzing of energy in those areas. Later you must try to spread this feeling down to other acupressure points which would later allow you to feel strings of energy taking the shape of meridians. To spread the energy, you must simply focus with inaction on the next acupressure points. Trust yourself and try to find the right buzzing feeling, as well as, acupressure points for you (a feeling of; that this is the right one to focus on). Good luck and happy cultivation. - Sleepy Bluejay
  9. Hypothesis of Internal Alchemy

My thought of meridians and dantians come from the fact that most practices doesn't work. The thought was: What if it doesn't work because it hasn't been created yet. What if the first stage is to grow the meridians and dantians from the soul like a seed sprouting roots and potatoes. I agree that they are similar which is pretty cool i guess hehe. I don't use a map of the meridians because they are all different, so my thought here is that everyone has their own map of the meridians and you gotta feel it through like if you were a yellow slime mold.
  10. Hypothesis of Internal Alchemy

That is because I have my own personal practice discussion (a PPD). Within my PPD I leave a few more hypothesis related to my cultivation, as well as a log of how for I have gotten within my cultivation. I named it "Hypothesis of Internal Alchemy" because it is my hypothesis (my guesses) to how to cultivate. My goal is to see it to the end and then report my full experience now and then.
  11. Hypothesis of Internal Alchemy

I don't know what an external ssd is but I would hide at a remote farm like the manhua "I am a Cultivation Bigshot".
  12. Can jing be replenished?

Maybe this will work, though I don't think jerking off is doing anything negative, but rather the opposite since "Masturbation helps you both mentally and physically. It relieves you from stress and physically speaking it prevents your risks of erectile dysfunction." according to google.
  13. Title REQUIRED

I came up with a few hypothesis of internal alchemy which I'm still exploring, but I have had positive results so far. You are free to take a look. - A sleepy Bluejay.

  15. Hypothesis of Internal Alchemy

*Just edited the "To use Wuwei:" step 2. in order to be more specific of the nasal bone/the glabella acupressure point * fun fact; the glabella acupressure point is also known as the third eye (I just learn that today btw, kinda cool).
  16. What are you listening to?

because it was Halloween and I'm not ready to let it go. Buhu my Halloween...
  17. Hypothesis of Internal Alchemy

Foundations of Internal Alchemy by Wang Mu and personal experimentation.
  18. Personal Practice Discussion Thread Request

Hi @steve I would like one of those PPD if you got any left, please!
  19. What is your purpose for your practice?

I can relate to this analogy! I too sees the beginning of ones practice as a type of seed. In my case I use potato seed instead of acorn because a potato seed sprouts its roots, then later grows its potatoes (the roots of the plant to me symbolizes the meridians, while the potatoes symbolizes the dantians).
  20. What would be wisest to do?

The novels (web novels) can be found under the genre "Martial arts". Yes, for an example: If the cultivator is in the 1st realm they will live for 150 years, when they reach 2nd realm they may live for 300 years etc. At some point they will reach a realm where they ascend and becomes an immortal, in the sense of that they will no longer die from old age and will be forever young and strong, but can still get killed by other cultivators. The end of their journey will most likely be to become a true god that can create new realities, only to end up killing themself and enter reincarnation. Basically they level up to max, once bored they delete character and make a new one with no memories of their past life as a god. That being said, maybe we all were gods/goddesses in one of our endless amount of past lives hehe. As for heroes and villains, yes and no, it depends on the novel you are reading. However, there is demonic cultivators and righteous cultivators. Righteous cultivators are those who relies on nature and spiritual herbs to cultivate, while demonic cultivators behave like vampires and drain others energy or souls for their foundation.
  21. What would be wisest to do?

I didn't mean to be rude, sorry. I get that immortality is more of a curse than a gift. Immortality alone would be living forever but still gets old. Immortality + eternal youth would just drive you insane. Immortality + eternal youth + spiritual energy (mana or magical powers) is soon or later gonna be boring and torment you. So I get where you are coming from. However, an immortal cultivator's goal within wuxia novels is immortality and ascending to godhood/heavenly realm. For each realm/level they reach, they gain more life force which allows them to live longer (so yeah, both longevity and immortality). Their meaning with such long life is to understand the great Dao of all things. This type of immortality is different than what you might be thinking about (like the deal with the devil thing), therefore I could not understand what that had to do with the debate that I was trying to start.
  22. What would be wisest to do?

What? What does that have to do with anything? ...Anyway, I think it would be good to teach everyone immortal cultivation because: illnesses influenced by spiritual energy could mean that only spiritual/divine herbs/medicine could cure it, while cultivators may be immune to it since they have a refined body.
  23. What would be wisest to do?

What if farming crops with spiritual energy from the Shen dantian result in spiritual herbs, fruits, crops? What if the byproducts can only kill mortals (diseases/illnesses)? What if insects eat the herbs/fruits/crops and becomes "Gu bugs"? if the solution to these things were that everyone cultivate immortality, would it not be best to teach/tell everyone how to do so? it could become the beginning of a new era if done right! Also if humans can do it, who says that aliens haven't already mastered it?
  24. What would be wisest to do?

Immortals in wuxia novels can be killed or die from old age, they just gain more years/centuries of life force and youth for every "Realm"(level) they reach, therefore live longer while having magical powers and super strength.
