I stumbled here while looking for instruction on qigong for those that are overweight, or have mobility issues. Seeing the depth and scope of information and opinion here delighted me. I must admit that, although I have read and interpolated various Daoist and Buddhist philosophies into my life, I am still ignorant of so much. I deal with Anxiety disorder issues and an inflammatory disease called sarcoidosis, and I am looking for physical practice and knowledge of cultivating and "harnessing" qi/chi/lifeforce, as well as all the other knowledge I can gather.
