My name is Michael, and I live in East Yorkshire, England. I have joined this forum to engage with other practitioners as I don't know anyone in my circle with the same interest. I have been interested in QG for many years and have been practising daily for a couple of years after starting with the very accessible Qigong Meditation channel (Thich Man Tue) before moving on to Lee Holden and then the wonderful Yoqi site of Marisa Cranfill. I am keen to continue to learn and broaden my experience.Â

I find my practice to be a great balance to Western life, and I look forward to engaging with others on this forum.
