Im unsure if you're disagreeing or not, but idk the reason I said that is because lifespan is very dreadful. I would imagine it would take hundreds of years for a human to become a Mage, maybe a full lifetime to make progress with cultivation in a world that is mundane. Time is just something I at least battle everywhere, efficiency is so important on this world.

Has anyone tried listening to the loudest sound? That feels like the best practice to me, it takes awareness and effort even outside of Lotus/other poses.

Yes, everything is the teacher. The teacher is blamed for everything and the student is not. Maybe this makes more sense with an example, when one starts to follow the teacher, the fault lies entirely with a teacher. i once trained with an imaginary Yogi and the Yogi was still blamed for everything. It’s really refreshing at least when the strictness that is expected in learning isn’t there.

I don't think a Student is meant to take any attitude. The blessing is that the Teacher does what they do so the student can step elsewhere or further. Lifetimes are wasted on the efforts here. There is some ignorance, and more frightening things than that, but the hope to nurture a seedling that does not drag the same regrets really does go somewhere. Even if it all it is, is just a difference in how one moves a pebble. I find it harsh to realize, because one is really playing with delicate strings; everything is blamed on the teacher, the student is never at fault.

I think the idea of spirit stones that comes up in Wuxia Novels is fascinating. Maybe they can be accessed through shady means? Like advanced runes and so on… I’ll let people know about it in due time, how it works for me. Spirit Stones may be one of the answers for fast cultivation: obviously the main issue today is that cultivation is too slow and cannot keep up with the process of aging Any accurate rune can encrypt resources though. A vivid imagination may be the first step.

I'd say its a difficult relationship, one that is one sided and entirely reliant on the other person. I suppose purity eats through that sturdiness like acid splits metal. One should never deny any practical gain from worship/idol placement but at the same time there is need to hold reverence so that thing above you remains in the Sky. So many things that turn a statue back into a statue, and gold eaten into dirt once more. Apologies for the adrupt/painful rhetoric; not my intention to hold disrespect.

This is in regard to a story told by Nan Huai Chin (maybe someone else), where in Early China there was a Merchant who would pluck the Yin of women and then throw them aside. At one point they died, throwing up a large amount of Silver Liquid/Life Force. But technically they still achieved longevity and a gain that is not considered natural to a Daoist today. The Yin of Divinities is very different from humans, it's very odd. Taking Yin from Kali is such a different example then from a Mortal Woman. Even through Idol worship the gain in resources is very soft. Even if it is just an Idol of Kali or another Destroyer, somehow the Yin can still be reached or accessed. Its a difficult dichotomy because being able to do things to what you worship almost collapses the healthiness/sturdiness of an Idol. Going from some omnipotent origin to instead being some reachable force. An Idol really is just an Idol, but Karma plays an integral place in worship. Some people can really steal Yin from a Goddess and still communicate as if nothing had happened, but what are they really causing for themselves? There is a weight to things done or have been done that ignorance holds as a burning battery. But its a interesting dichotomy and moral test to worship a God when it is entirely reliant on your own vision. Things like Karma, and how you treat a Goddess in Idol might change if you had performed some evil tune or worshipped without reverence. I think in some sense the worship of an Idol is to make it more Potent In the Real World. Obviously an Idol of Kali contains no physical resources, but to allow that to happen is something people consider impossible when it is not. Most people go to Idols for guidance, my expectation for Idols is reach for resources or consumption.

The book had it right, it was my own understanding/memory. To be fair maybe there are different understandings than the initial. Like I am more oriented with fire in the mix, so that may be the reason as to why stone came up instead of water. Regardless my understanding is that humans do not own water, when I look at the ocean I am not comforted. My Ego deflates and the friendless of Earth is entirely gone.

There are certainly the opposite truths which have no blend with other ideas. Try a cult that worship Ravens, the goal being domination over others/ritual sacrifice and a language which progresses in understanding through faith. The God in question, is known as the Rat King and revels in Sadism. One can argue its not spiritual, but I would think that worship of any kind is a spiritual plateau. Definitely lots of Sorcery that deviates from the self/brahman or even universal idea of truth as well. Demons also enjoy difference of information, like the opposite of the self(union, no differences, clear puddle). The kat kat kat sound in Hell is very painful with how different the tones are. At least for me, it appears very agonizing compared to the light of consciousness.

Wood, Earth, Metal, Fire, Stone Wood Pacifies Earth, Earth Softens Metal, Fire is built upon Stone, and Stone is the nature of the Universe. I'm not sure if I'm wrong somewhere. I read a novel once and it had a cultivation manual called Five Yin-Yang Phases Secret. Its really fascinating trying to bring things from fiction to life with the same seriousness that one may get from a real method like Zhan Zhuang.

Technically I would disagree. Some people have an affinity for Ghosts and the Realms of Ghost Kings. Yin helps with this, and lots of Yin (close to the point of overdosing) makes certain things possible and greatly increases the efficiency of Cultivation. I will say this though: Yin tends to lead one towards a path where Body is capable of doing everything without you, from Chakras to Spiritual experiences or even the Painful process of Meridians opening. Like you will progress quickly, but you'll probably never be told about your own progression or experience anything other than the accumulation of Yin. Very different from people that need meditation/spiritual technique or have strict practices. Very clear results because of their own effort, and there is no string that can take away the personal might of even restoring Jing in one's own atmosphere. If someone with strong Yang stops their practice, it's fair to say their efficiency will be damaged. Unlike with Yin, which is almost the opposite.

I really like this video and general vibe of things getting out of control. I'm not an apocalyptic person, no I would never want that. Just how things ended up were described, along with the good narrator. Like not even that topic specifically, but something of the color of something like slowly getting out of hand and spiraling out of control. I had a similar dream about a disease that would reduce the IQ of an individual by around 60, but the rest of their intelligence became some kind of autism spectrum; an optimized thought form almost. So it was very hard to notice, sometimes the changes in intelligence were so small that the only thing different about these people was that they were just infected and that was it. It was called Blue White. Around a majority of the population was immune to the disease, but sometimes it would just show up. Someone or a Person of incredible strategic importance just subtly changing. It was hardly noticeable, but there was this dreading sensation that even though they maintained the same behaviors and importance, they had become like a shell of themselves in a way that was hard to explain. As it progressed, they developed various small obsessions, outbursts and weird thinking patterns that seemed subtly painful to consider. The disease was strange, it was a pathogen, but somehow the behavior or sporadic ideation of social behavior would also cause it to spread. It was a disease that started in Korea, but had since become a plaguing part of various countries. Still there was good quarantine, but it was impossible to stop the spread due to the modern need of transportation of flights. In either sense, a Korean family where the father who was once a General in the army and used to maintain control of Quarantines and Martial law was long since affected by the disease. It was called Blue White there, but due to the familial sadness the two siblings who cared for their parents never brought it up. Of course, the country knew of the Generals, their fathers, condition but he was still allowed to keep his position and his practice. At times his sharp intelligence would still shine through or he would spend time lessening the divide and organizing the sectors brilliantly. Their mother was the mother of the two children, but there were unspoken worries that she had also contracted the disease; suddenly becoming strange. Not demented or unintelligent, it was nothing that serious, the disease was just sometimes a slight alteration in intelligence that even seemed to occupy boredom. The dream goes on though, this is a world where that own virus is starting to spread and other countries had their own variations of it. Somehow by the spread of the disease, it mutated quickly but due it its non lethal nature it wasn't a horrible problem, just a strange one. Europe and America were completely clean of the virus however, they had long maintained strong quarantine practices. For Europe this was easy, but America which had become the center of the world since the practical decline of Asia was somehow masterfully maintaining perfect quarantine. Even with flights from Korea or Taiwan, their vast bureaucracy had kept the virus at bay. That is until a slight error happens, like a nick. Out of thousands and individuals and flights one slipped through. The government agents found and caught the diseased patients, but it was too late; they had walked through the airport. Then there was a passing of time similar to where the American government kept trying to isolate cases and in their secrecy even put Europe at Risk. But Europe somehow did well. It was around 20 or so years later, where the disease had mutated developing violent tendencies in behaviors. Whole suburbs crowded with gunfire and warlords appearing across the country. Bunkers and civilians holding through till they themselves somehow became insane. No one knew how it was spreading anymore then, the disease was changing everywhere, like a psionic implant spreading between minds and some other psychic predominance. That's when the dream ended, there was hope that what they thought was the disease was actually the process of humans slowly experiencing a psionic awakening; albeit a horrid one that was chemical at its root and required time. Frightening to see how societies fall in color, or things spiral into madness. But I can't deny it, I love the color and the setting. Imagining this is very not a Daoist thing to bring up lol, plus my own writing is very psychotic and probably hard to understand.
