    Hello New DaoBum but long time seeker. I’ve been interested in the Eastern ideas around energy and qi forever, recently my focus has been on TCM and acupuncture. Really looking forward to learning and discussing these ideas with you all. Im looking for a simple Neigong practice to complement my studies in TCM and to increase energy, any recommendations would be appreciated. 🙏
