  1. Your thoguhts about a YES/NO oracle (like tossing a cion) ?

For me, I've kept extensive records of all my i ching use, and while rolling the coins is almost always accurate, doing single yes/no coin flips has not been. Much like pendulums, for me, single coin flips seem only to reflect whatever I believe at the time -- whereas full coin rolls very often give me answers I don't expect, that later turn out to be true.
  2. Reading interpertation (what is this sticky floor substance?)

Not sure about 43>55, but the other two definitely make me think of foodstuffs on the floor. I used Huang's multiple changing line interpretations, which means that 43.2 is all I look at -- and I kinda wonder if you're spilling food while sleepy/sleepwalking at night and not noticing. Thanks for the interesting question, kind of a fun mystery lol. I find with questions like this, the lines tend to be more literal in answer. Like 27 = food. 50.1>26 = food falling out of an overfull bowl. That's my guess, anyway.
  3. Hi!

Hi all, I've been perusing Dao Bums casually for about a year, and figured I'd better make an account. I'm a spiritual seeker that most closely identifies with Taoism, but I'm also enjoying Buddhism lately and have been visiting a local temple -- I wish there were more Taoist places of contemplation in the US. I've studied the I Ching for about a year now, and am a little obsessed with it. By trade, I make art and do customer-type work but am hoping to make the move into a helping profession soon. I'm what the kids call neurospicy. I also have a cat I'm allergic to but I love her more than life itself, so what can ya do. That's me! ~wood elf
