I'm a woman seeking a neigong and medical qigong class in-person for grounding for self-defense and self-healing, and distance healing safely, all without draining my own energy or causing qi sickness/deviation, if that's possible. SF, CA, USA, preferred without costing my arm or leg (or soul ). I also welcome native Chinese teachers that also teach key phrases in Mandarin.
