My name is Aitor and I'm a simple mortal with a "regular" job, a partner, a dog and a "regular" life. I have never had a rich spiritual life, but now I am here, seeking to learn from all the conversations, and to start incorporating meditation into my daily routine. My end goal is not to become a superhuman mo-pai practitioner, but to improve my quality of life, to be more aligned with my true interests and reprogram my mind, which has been deeply intoxicated and immersed in a western system for +34 years.
