What kind of pr0n are we talking?
-
I stayed a couple of weeks in NYC with Max back in March of 2003, hung out with Plato a few times then. We talk on the phone sometimes. I've been thinking about going back up there.

Cam, that's still funny.

Dunno. i have noticed that since changing my diet, I can ejaculate quite often, and have no real loss of energy, I'm not tired or weak anymore when I ejaculate. The changes I've made include cutting out most cooked and processed foods, and eating plenty of good-quality raw animal foods.

I have a Vietnamese Buddhist monk friend who says that one male physically contacting the semen of another can lead to "Dragon Yang", where you have too much energy, kind of like the same energy state that comes from eating too much sugar. High highs, and then crashing later. You eventually can get addicted to it. He says there is nothing similar with women, if I recall correctly.

2012:Return of the "Q Bird"... anyone still interested in discussing?
agharta replied to myheadisbrokenwideopen's topic in General Discussion
I dunno about the giant birds, but the Tibetans, Hindus, Chinese, and I have read even groups like the Aborigines talk about the reptilians. I have also heard of groups of humans that live underground as well, including underneath Mt. Shasta in California. -
Start by learning to move your tailbone independently, as if tucking it under. Put the tip of your finger on the tip of your tailbone, and squeeze the muscles in the butt area until you feel the tail bone move. Practice that for a few months, and add in perineum lifts. Also add in the anus lifts, as if you are drawing upwards with the anus rather than pushing out/down. Finally, cultivate the strength of the urinary sphincter area by practicing often the ability to start and stop the flow of urine. Add all four together.

occasionally I'll sneak off to the men's room handicapped stall for a little qigong action. I used to do that a lot more at previous jobs. I practice pelvic contractions all the time while I'm working. My semen is noticeably whiter since I've started doing that, a sign that it is less stagnant. I also have pretty awesome orgasms from the pelvic lifts. I have like 15 orgasms a day, and 1-2 really powerful ones a day, just from pelvic contractions.

I have seen/heard of many cases of people going 100% raw, and then having terrible B.O. for the first 2-4 days, and then suddenly none at all. I suspect the clays work about the same. I notice that they tend to make me detox through mucus in my nose, and my girlfriend seems to have a similar experience. I eat coconut oil every day. The Barlean's is the best kind I've found, I think I'll be sticking with it for a while. I also use palm kernel oil for vitamin A. I love the taste, ,but that's an individual thing, probably. My girlfriend hates it. I also use a lot of raw animal fats, fish eggs, etc. Where are you getting your liver, Keith? My girlfriend is trying to get us on raw fresh liver more, and we're looking for sources.
-
That sounds tasty, keith. My girlfriend has been re-introducing me to raw eggs lately, in blended drinks, and straight as well. I used to eat them a lot, but got more into raw liver and other organs. It's all good, you go back and forth. I really wouldn't suggest anyone use the clays as heavily as I do, unless they are eating very large amounts of water and excellent-quality raw fats and oils of all types. I was already drinking tons of water and eating huge amounts of raw fats and oils before I got on the clays. I never realized how important they are for clay-eaters, particularly the fats. I thought they accomplished the same thing, pretty much, to stop panic attacks and generally be very grounding. However, you're convincing me that they are best used as part of a combined program, together.

That's what I've heard. I don't doubt it at all. I wish there was more research on this sort of thing. B arry CArter's friend Jim had 4 times the lethal limits of lead and arsenic in his system at one point, and he managed to survive it. He also was exposed to an unheard-of dose of Ormus at the same time he got the heavy metals, and Barry thinks that's probably what kept him alive. The water extraction sounds great. Let me know if you get a buzz. I'd back off the dosage on any clay that gives you a headache, until the symptom goes away, and call that a maintenance dose for about a month, then try to up it again, to see what happens. My girlfriend can get headaches from too much Redmond Clay, but backing off the dosage helped her. I kind of wish everyone would all try each of the clays, so when you start talking about all these trace mineral supplements you've tried, you can compare it to something we all understand. But, whatever.

About 95-99%, I'd say, on a monthly basis. I feel great, particularly since I started eating a lot of raw animal foods, and coconut oil and palm oil.
-
I have a raw animal food eating buddy (he's close to 100% raw, used to be vegan, but not anymore,) who swears by some humic shale product or other. It may be the same one you're talking about. I definitely have noticed calming effects from trace mineral and macro-mineral supplements, but nowhere near what I get from the clays. I'd say taking some of both is probably good, and trying a little of everything would be good. I don't worry about the heavy metal content of the very popular clays I eat. People eat clays to get rid of heavy metals. But, hey. To each his/her/its own, in the moment.

According to Barry Carter, owner of the main Ormus website, his hair goes gray regularly. Every time it happens, he has Don Nance do a sodium burn on some copper, and he takes the Ormus copper, and it turns his hair brown again. I also noticed that my graying hair reversed when I went 100% raw about 6 or 7 years ago, and has not returned since. Dried fruit was what had caused the gray hair, and I know of many raw foodists who've gotten very sick on the dried fruit. I do not trust it. Barry Carter eats lots of dried fruit, I've seen him do it, and he admits it's probably not good for him.

Pascalite: "Tests confirm PASCALITE consists (as oxides) of: Silica 50.78% Aluminum 15.30% Magnesium 4.16% Iron 2.60% Calcium 2.10% Sodium .20% Potassium .17% Phosphorus .17% Titanium .16% Manganese .10% and (in trace amounts): copper, barium, chromium, cobalt, boron, nickel, gallium, zirconium, strontium, cadmium and vanadium. Variances can occur, as Pascalite is a natural substance." That's what they sent me when I emailed them. In the amounts that I take, 3-4 tablespoons a day, that's a decent-sized, though not huge, source of mag and cal, and an excellent souce of iron. I'm guessing, though I don't know, that some of the calcium, iron, and maybe some of the aluminum is actually ormus masquerading as those metals. I think the others have their own ratios. I can't say it'll make everybody do what it has apparently allowed me to do. There's a special connection between me and the Earth element. However, I think there's a significant portion of people who will find it nearly irreplaceable.

I've been taking and making Ormus for years. I see most Ormus products as being ideal for very sick people whose diets have been very much less than ideal, and who have never cultivated much. The healthier you are, the less you need them. Colloidal/ormus silver is a great anti-microbial agent. I trust it for that. Some people have gotten excellent results taking it long-term, but it does return to metallic state easily in the body, and can turn your skin gray. Internal hydrogen peroxide would probably stop the gray skin, although I've never heard of anyone experimenting with it who actually had argyria (gray skin) from internal use of silver. I wish I could say that I think clay's effects are entirely due to the macro- and micro/trace minerals....but I don't. I think the magic of clay is three-fold. The drawing of the silica and the building of the other minerals, as well as the qualities of the ormus, all seem to contribute. Are you an Earth Monkey? I'm a wood Rabbit?

I think that cosmetic-grade is fine, short-term. Anything you'll take daily for years, better be something that's been used by many people continuously for decades, ideally. Redmond Clay and Terramin have a very long track record, and Pascalite does to some degree, as well. Long-term use--none of the clays I use are high in heavy metals, and since I rotate between them, there's generally no issue of getting a mineral imbalance. I really recommend rotating between clays regularly, and studying the symptoms of mineral imbalances, and taking a look at the main minerals in each clay. For me, rotating seems to get the job done, although for a while it seemed like the Redmond Clay gave me a little diarrhea if I ate a lot of it. Then it suddenly didn't, and hasn't since. I didn't change my diet or anything. Totally weird.

In China you could find plenty of people practicing in the park in the mornings in Beijing or other cities who do this better. He's very average compared to that crowd.

"There's a category in the Chinese herbal materia medica (link) of herbs that "anchor settle and calm the spirit" and they're almost all minerals of some sort (fossils, oyster shell, pearl, magnetite, etc), though no clay listed." Absolutely, although I've taken mineral supplements before and experienced a calm that is only 1/10 of what the clay brings me. "I think that the bentonite is doing a bunch of stuff. The one CM-like phrase that came to me about it is that it "clears fire poison". It leaches powerfully; put it in your mouth and you'll pucker .. I don't know that I'd want to take it every day...." I like to take it with lots of water. I think that probably makes it easier. Also, the calcium bentonites like Terramin and Pascalite are not sucking/drawing clays. They kind of just...hang out....and make you calm and stuff. They are great mineral supplements.

As I don't see auras unless I try, and I'm not usually looking at my feet, I couldn't say. I also have never taken a Kirlian photograph of myself. I'd definitely say it affects the aura, but what ingested substance wouldn't, to some degree? Unfortunately, because the clays are so cheap and are not patentable, there's not been a lot of good research on their use. However, Redmond Clay was discovered by the Native Americans "...Fremont Indians living in what is now rural Southern Utah once told tales of the healing properties of this clay deposit, which the legend holds was discovered when the natives noticed herds of deer frequently gathering to nibble at the soil around the deposit..." Animals all over the world eat clay. Several bird species eat clay to bind the toxins in the nuts and seeds they eat, which are quite poisonous. In Africa, even today, a brisk trade in termite mound clay goes on. Apparently, the termite mound clay has extremely high amounts of certain minerals, etc., and pregnant women take it as a nutritional supplement.

The lower jiao is the lowest of the 3 parts of the Triple Warmer. It comprises the lower third of the torso, from the navel to the perineum. My dosage will vary from day to day, but I take about 2-3 tablespoons of one clay on an empty stomach with water after waking up, then probably another 1-2 tablespoons of a different one right before bed, with water. I do much better if I have them on an empty stomach, but I hear with some people, it's the exact opposite. Sometimes I have eaten them dry, and let my spit wet them enough to swallow, but not as much anymore. However, for some people, eating them straight and dry is the best for them, according to at least one person I've spoken with on the Eyton's Earth yahoo group. That's a great starting place for any questions you have in a general sense, although some of the folks there are not quite as well-versed in Chinese medical theory, as far as I can tell. Shocking, huh?

I get terramin over at this site. Here's a hint--don't go cheap and get the stuff that's sold for animal use, if you buy the powder form. It doesn't taste as good. Probably you should get the tablets. They are easier to deal with than the dried powder, which does not taste great. I also get pascalite fromthis site. I also recommend the tablets. It tastes better than the terramin, but the tablet form is easier. the Pascadent tooth powder is extremely finely ground, and it's what I recommend if you use the powder instead of tablets. Finally, of course, I get Redmond Clay, which is easy to find. Jason Eyton's page is a good place to start for other clay links. I hadn't had sex in 5.5 years this December. Prior to this year, I had a total of 2 sex partners. I had oral sex with several women over the last 2 years, but that's all. In early February I started taking the clays. IN two weeks, I had vaginal sex for the first time since 2001. Since then, I've had 3 more sex partners. My only thought on this is that my long-term raw fruitarianism damaged my brain somehow, and made me so afraid that I couldn't function well in relationships. (I had terrible, terrible anxiety and panic attacks as a raw fruitarian. I could barely function.) Somehow, I have no idea, the clays brought me back. It didn't even take very much clay to bring me back. I wasn't taking it every day in the beginning, but the effects with women were almost immediate, in a couple of weeks. As far as them being a kidney tonic, absolutely. I've read that the Chinese have clay deposits they use as well, although I've not seen clay mentioned prominently on any comprehensive herb list. I recommend them highly. Animals are known to eat them as a mineral supplement, general healing agent, and to bind toxins in their food. I've heard excellent things about Sonne's #7 from the Price-Pottenger folks, although I haven't tried it yet. Keith, if you try all of these compare them with the Sonne's, and post about your thoughts on the different effects between them. I'd be curious to see. The ones I eat are a lot cheaper than Sonne's, and that's why I haven't branched out beyond them.

I have come to enjoy the taste of the clays I eat. However, it did take weeks and, for Terramin, months, eating them every day. I agree capsules are probably better. I swear by daily clay usage. The mineral supplementing action is tremendous. My teeth feel so much better, my mood is much more even (it's like Prozac), and my digestion is much more regular. I love the clays. My faves are Terramin, Pascalite, and Redmond Clay.
