  1. Regarding Shaktipat

    My link
  2. That was awesome. (The exact history of Tung Hai-Chuan is still un-known, he may have been very old by the time he came to Beijing and transmitted Bagua.)
  3. Wu Dang is a big mountain range, there may still be some hidden lineages - China has not revealed all its secrets.

The number 84 is not based on any historical evidence. .

  9. Taoist Problem Solving Methods

Stating that the majority of shamanic traditions believed in reincarnation is too simplistic , the commonality amongst shamanic traditions was binary soul/shen doctrine. I'm well aware of the roots of Taoism.
  10. Collar Broke

I feel your pain. I broke mine twice. First time I was pissed and fell off a bike, bad taoist. Second time was playing footy(rugby) got annihilated in a tackle, bad ref. Medical Qi Kung may help but SFQ 1 requires the arms to move to stimulate chi flow, as per yin-yang hands. You could try the sword finger exercise but the healer would have to have a powerful chi field. Bone setting is also worth looking at, its originally a shamanic form of healing, some Chinese martial arts (southern preying mantis) specialize in injuries associated with war, like broken bones. No meat ? I would advise eating some lean meat to help the healing process and strengthen your bones. Bajiquan practitioners had a special diet to stimulate tendon and bone development, they were very efficient body guards. Chow.
  11. My Dantien is < 2% full

What is 'overflowing with function' ? What is a meridian?
  12. My Dantien is < 2% full

Chia's work is some of the best when it comes to laying a Taosit foundation. Dao Yin, Inner smile, Embracing the Tree, Tai Chi Chi Kung are not neo-taoism. The petty ego trips of matial artists piss me off. Compression is unavoidable in authentic Chinese cultivation. Westerners are very well equiped for dealing with emoitional purging. Bye.
  13. My Dantien is < 2% full

Psoas muscle is a gym for you belly neurons, they don't call it the soul muscle for nothing. Use it or lose it as the saying goes. I will post more later.
  14. Anyone got the time to elaborate on the kabbalah thingy and the above diagram? I have read this somewhere else as well. Would like to hear some input. (Particularly because I can see a tree in me).
  15. trekcho or thogal?

    No niagra! No Fun!
  16. trekcho or thogal?

Taoist used dark cave retreats. Methinks it would balance the brain chemistry particularly pituitary gland and hypothalamus gland. Maybe has applications for treating mental illness? Maybe it might intensify the results of chi kung. The Taoist who developed the yin yang symbol spent a lot of time lucid dreaming.
