  1. I have that book too. Is that a standalone book? How is one supposed to tread forward in this series? One book after the other? Daoist Nei Gong (6 book series) Paperback Edition (amazon.com)
  2. Is Damo's Neigong Program for Me?

  4. Damo Mitchell Free MCO Course

What did Damo mean by "preliminary flow", in this MCO-series? He didn't elaborate it further.
  5. In regarding the Damo Mitchell's MCO course, is the breathing the same with men and women? Thank you.
  6. About Damo Mitchell's MCO and women

thanks all. I am a man but I was thinking about if I'd teach that breathing technique to my mother. Since I told her to breath from all four sides of her midsection in 2015 and she has now intense back pain. I regret greatly teaching her that, but she seemed weak from the back at that time and I wanted to help. So I am thinking if I should teach her that method, maybe it could help her. Doctors can't. She is in agony most of the day. I didn't plan to teach her anything else, just the breathing method.
  7. Hi, In Damo Mitchells "a comprehensive guide to daoist nei gung", there is a photo where Damo is doing wuji and the pathway of k-1 and the lower dan tien is drawn, but it doesn't go through perineum, it seems to go straight to the lower dan tien from the legs. However i have come a cross a lot, that the perineum is the root. Can anybody explain?
  8. Filling up the lower Dan Tien- How and Why

I followed some instruction in Damo Mitchells MCO course but when I have succeeded to gather some type of chi in the LDT, I feel a little sick when I direct it to tailbone and spine, as Mitchell teaches that accumulated chi should be directed there, but it feels much better to just let the chi go upwards the body by itself. Am I doing something wrong? It feels now that the accumulated chi is starting to go to the spine without any effort by concious mind, so I feel a little sick even now.
  9. Sexual Jing: Is It Really Limited (?)

freeform: It's ok not to continue. I'll do some further reading. If someone else wants to comment to my posts ,however, feel free to do so. Feng69: Good advice, do you have any specific methods in mind? I have been trying to be selibate for a long time now with varying levels of success.
  10. Hi, why does Damo Mitchell say in the MC Orbit video series that the (lower) Dan Tien is between Chi Hai and Ming Men in the middle of the body above perineum, and in his book, A Comprehensive Guide to Daoist Nei Gong, he pictures it at the level of Chi Hai in the middle of the body above perineum. It's a subtle difference but in my eyes a quite major one, at least for me it feels different. I'm guessing that Damo Mitchell hasn't changed his opinion and both are correct, am I right? If so, what is their difference?
  11. questions about alchemy

I don't have an answer to your question, but please be careful in your training. You can damage yourself seriously if you take these things lightly. I know, I am in permanent disablity pension for mental problems which is mostly due to damage of incorrect practise and experimenting with internal energy.
  12. Differences on Dan Tien location(Damo Mitchell)

Im a beginner as well. I think I located my qi hai too low and thus located my real dan tien too low. Today when I focused just a little bit higher than before, what I thought would be on the level of qi hai, I started to get sensations of sparkling type of energy in the place of focus and pleasant lively sensation(like something is activated) in the k-1 points. About the ming line: I thought today that when the lower abdomen is deflated, then it could be that the ming line goes to the dan tien actually during that time.
  13. Differences on Dan Tien location(Damo Mitchell)

But I get different reactions when I focus on these different heights, which should I choose? It could also be, that I have located the qi hai incorrectly.
  14. Differences on Dan Tien location(Damo Mitchell)

thanks, yes, the other one is slightly higher. but even if the ming men is a region, surely it should have a center point from which the line should be drawn to qi hai?
  15. Differences on Dan Tien location(Damo Mitchell)

Here is the other one of Dan Tiens, which is not an exact line at the level of Chi Hai, as it is said in anshino23:s quote. Also there can't be a horizontal line between Chi Hai and the Ming Men, since they are not at the same level, I think. sorry I made two posts by mistake. The photo is below.Zoom to see more clearly.
  16. Differences on Dan Tien location(Damo Mitchell)

Actually there was one sketch in the videos as well which showed the other location, I just remembered. I have watched all but the two last ones in the series.
