thank you all, I am a 23 year old male. Before things started go wrong, I was doing some cultivation by inventing stuff.

I have done cultivation based on my imagination.in the beginning I had good results. But now my dan tien has risen and is trapped in my chest giving me fear and depression and im unable to express feelings well. also the energy from my kidneys is leaking down leaving my kidneys and lower back sore. the jing from my spine is also in wrong place in front of the body. I have depression now and my body is getting weaker and my movements are like an old mans movements because the strenght is gone from my kidneys. I just want to get back to normal and leave this stuff behind.

is this possible? I mean I have a little trouble feeling my legs and I just drove home and I have difficulty in walking

How can I advice a woman, who is having mental problems(she is uprooted and in her head, not quite "on the ground" anymore) how to root? thank you.

Or would advising a simple horse stance/three circle chi kung help?

Thank you from advice. I lowered my structure so it contacted with k-1 point. I feel better now.

not anything special, just focusing on pulsing jing with this http://www.kheper.net/topics/chakras/Perineum.htm and focusing chi on dan tien " How could your throat chakra go below your stomach??" its the small thing that rises to the throat, its stuck down

Also there is a problem, I have my throat "chakra" or whatever the thing is that is in throat, floating over my penis and below stomach(perineum) and cant get it rise up. part of this problem was that I tried to open my heart "chakra" too much. Because of this, I have lost the chi in my dan tien. When I tried to correct this, I accidently lifted the jing that forms dan tien to inside my chest. This resulted in some breathing problems and anxiety.

Hello, I think now, that the root of all chi kung skill is sinking the weight to dan tien. If the center of the weight is properly in dan tien, channels will start to open up themselves and the back rises properly. This could be the solution for anyone training in chi kung and getting in to problems. Any drills/techniques/tips to train this? Right now I have some problem in having chi in dan tien. Thank you!

This is good advice, I do this also. When my governor channel was good, I used to be able to live without porn and sex and did not even have to fight against it because my body was cool enough. Also there might be a spiritual bondage to sex and porn, if it feels like you are somehow forced to do it even if you want to stop(I had this type of thing what I overcame by becoming a christian). I feel that nocturnal emissions are enough to take the the pressure out, also they do not seem to drain power.

Try to connect a line between your heel and tailbone, and sink the spine and let "water" flow down your legs. You will feel something immediately, but with k-1, nothing. Still everyone talks about the earth chi and k-1, why?

well if you visualize chi flowing in ways that interfere with its natural flow and then it will start to flow unnaturally. Its good to train standing/moving meditation in my opinion also btw. or physical exercise also.

I have had similar problems, but when I out breath, I visualize something cool (like water) moving from front of the stomach to the front of the thigh and front of the shin and at the same time relaxing tensions from upperbody down to waist. But be aware if you try this since Im certainly not an expert so it might or might not be good in the long term.(visualizations can mess up your chi and it can be a long road back)
