  1. Balance point on foot in Taijiquan and qigong

well in 2005 I stopped training and lost my development in about a year because there was a voice telling me to do stuff wrong. It had nothing to do with erle. Yeah, you may be right, it would be better from me to be silent until I get things right myself.
  2. Balance point on foot in Taijiquan and qigong

I trained in Erle Montaigues three circle standing chi kung and opened my small circle orbit in 2004. Now it is closed though, but thats another story. Erles stuff is ok(although I only learned 1 chi kung from him, and some martial stuff) like (moving forward when attacked, pulling back ears and "smile" to get access to brainstem "reptile brain" etc. One exercise in particular was good, it will make you attack forward when someone suddenly scares you in the dark etc and you will hit them. stand in a one leg forward knees slightly bent and arms in a tree hug pose relaxed. Now Imagine a huge weight dropping on top of you and squeezing you flat, like a tube of toothpaste. At the same time hit a double palmstrike forward, open your eyes wide and breathe suddenly out with a shout. after that do the same but hit your palms inward(not touching each other). This is how I remember it and it worked. It probably is on Erles site still. The key to all chi kung ability in my opinion is found in the leg/hip/heel/k-1 connection and how to get earth chi flowing. Are there any books etc. that address this?
  3. heel or k-1 point for grounding& earth chi?

I practice zhang zhuan as in the link I posted. Now Im looking into some kenneth cohen stuff(downloaded the course). Also I might buy some other stuff I got introduced in, but now im broke.
  4. heel or k-1 point for grounding& earth chi?

ok I saw the video. It was a pretty bad movement, but most of erles fighting applications are ok. There are some of tai chi teachers around teaching horsestance fighting etc..
  5. heel or k-1 point for grounding& earth chi?

thanks spectrum! you gave alot of valuable information could you explain this a bit?
  6. heel or k-1 point for grounding& earth chi?

I also would think, that the angles which the body can bear the most weight, are the angles which support the best chi flow & structure. So finding these angles would be a great benefit I think.
  7. heel or k-1 point for grounding& earth chi?

you may be right, there might be an error in my structure, but still, it does work alot better. I recall some people saying that the coccyx should be pointed to the ground. Like here: http://www.thetaobums.com/lofiversion/index.php/t4804.html
  8. Chi kung and insanity

thank you for help. I am feeling much better now. getting chi to dan tien helped alot also and relaxing the spine vertebraes together helped alot also. ALso that perineum and feet thing helped anlso and pointing coccyx to ground although im not getting earth chi flow still, but I dont feel detached from the world anymore. my interest in getting earth chi first was the reason to this problem, I neglegted dan tien and front channel and just tried to get earth chi and in the end I had no chi at all and felt like crying all the time and afraid. Now I will work with both(although my chi is still quite messed up, but I feel quite normal now).
  9. Chi kung and insanity

    thanks, ill try that
  10. Walking

well I think about having my thighs to bear my weight. But right now my chi is really messed up so Im not sure if thats correct(should be, I think)
  11. Well it most likely goes away after a while when I try to think about a solution and pray. I have had these types of problems before.

  13. thanks everybody for answers. I found now the reason to this problem, thank God. I laid off abit from all chi stuff, chi gathering breathing etc. and just tried to get relaxed and feel normal and then I found that I was incorrectly thinking that watery chi comes from k-1 when it does not. this caused my structure to break. Earths force does not come up like normal chi, but it just strenghtens the base chakra or the perineum channel. Watery chi goes down from abdomen and also to the back through perineum I think
  14. mantak chia?

Vajrasattva where can I find your dvds?
  15. Thanks! I will do that terve thank you, that would be very good. Although its a long time until then, I truly wish and pray I can get better faster.
