Fair enough. We're good. The reason I posted the links was to provide, hopefully helpful, information, so people could be better informed and make wise, honorable decisions. http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw?url=s...amp;x=0&y=0 Take care.

Well said. We all need to be better informed about nutrition, especially nowadays, considering pollution, soil erosion, over population etc... Check the "The Blood Moon" links I provided for clarification. Also have a look at http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw?url=s...amp;x=0&y=0 Take care.

Drew, the reason I posted the "Lotus For Tummo" link, and the "Proper Orbit" link, was to show how real people (like yourself) have had amazing journey's , testing this stuff out to see if it works. Benny has studied Western, Eastern and Native American teachings and has had some interesting experiences , to say the least. I thought you would appreciate his sincerity. Your study and admiration for Bushmen culture, combined with your study of Taoist yoga and Spring Forest Qigong, while some might call eclectic, or even eccentric, I on the other hand, think is along the same lines as what Benny is doing. Finding what works. Scroll down left side to highlighted parts...http://www.littlenineheaven.com/gallery/1991/index.html Also check the "Proper Orbit" topic for clarification on where Mantak Chia got his source material. It's amazing when things happen like that, isn't it?. Thanks for the personal response. The more we can all learn about real Qigong, the better. Feel free to post anything more you'd like to share. Take care.

You're most welcome...please check the "Honest Food Discussion" , " Food For Thought", and "Fiber: Friend Or Foe" topic postings for more information. Take care.

Many people are lactose intolerant , and/or, have soy allergies, not to mention severe gluten sensitivity(Celiac disease,Crohn's disease, or Ulcerative Colitis ). Providing heartfelt, considerate information about ethical farming and human nutrition is hardly something to scoff at. Feel free to provide links to other material you feel represents your nutritional choices. Maybe you'll reconsider, and appreciate that other people who have made different choices then you, are also interested in living healthy lives.

Taoist Yoga:Alchemy and Immortality by Charles Luk (K'Uan Lu Yu) is a great book. To get a broader perspective, I also have The Secrets Of Chinese Meditation by Charles Luk (K'Uan Lu Yu). I got it to clarify some of the more esoteric concepts he wrote about in Taoist Yoga. Well worth it. http://www.amazon.com/Secrets-Chinese-Medi...7123&sr=8-2

Nightwatchdog, well said on your part. Milk and eggs are very nourishing. However I'm severely lactose intolerant and eggs (very high in sulphur) cause painful digestion. So I've had to make some very real decisions regarding my nutrition. Soy is not an option, the only thing left is powdered pea protein. That isn't an option either. Check the links (in full) that i'm going to post in "Honest Food Discussion". Feel free to chime in.............................On a side note, great pic for your avatar, Hsing-i (Xingyi) Drilling punch right? (looks like it.) Pretty cool, nontheless. Take care.

WYG, The avatar is Seraph at the teahouse in the Matrix Reloaded.( Just google matrix avatars, there are plenty.) Glad you liked it.Take care.

Interesting group of people here. My interests are in Hindu Yogic, Tantric Yogic, and Orthodox Taoist Qigong methods. M/Canada. Thanks for letting me join. Take care.

Forums are for sharing. Everyone seems hungry...in a good way...so I decided to bring some food to the table. Hopefully some of the links I've provided have stimulated peoples appetites. (And yes Drew is good in my books as well.)

This link shows how the communist Chinese government is attacking the Kagyu school. http://www.karmapa-issue.org/history/controversy.htm It clearly explains Tibetan internal politics. Ancient Tibet was an amazing place. The Sakya and Kagyu schools still have their integrity.http://www.kagyu-asia.com/l_golden_garland.html
