    this woman is incredibly helpful with things like this and more. She has blended western psychotherapy with entity depossession which sounds like it's exactly what you need. Long distance sessions are available, 80$ for a depossession is a good deal for how good she is. If she's started a depossession but you have to leave due to scheduling, she'll stay at it until it's done, she told me about an 8 or 12 hour session she had a week before my appointment.     Thank you all. I'll re-read this post. Zhan Zhuang does lead to contact with the Tao, currently my body is too weak to reach that state while in horse stance, maybe I should continue with horse and dragon but then end standing like a post. I may be biased towards, or at least definitley lean towards physical, intention, and emptiness based tools. no i'm about normal weight, i weigh about 158 at 5'10". I'm into fitness, as in, bodyweight strength training(I get a fairly thorough body workout), zhan zhuang. I'm thinking about starting to run, at least jump rope for my heart. I understand it'll take alot of work. But that's what makes a man right?

When I do my horse stance, i go for about 7 minutes. but there are moments that last for about 3-4 seconds, where I raise my body and ease up on my legs. this happens about 4 times when my mind becomes distracted. How imparative is it that I don't rest at all? Also, my friend saw Nicolas Cage doing push hands in a movie, and I told him that i've done a little bit. Anyway, we both have fun with it, but I know it's not right. He's very very rigid, and it never feels like the flow that occurs when I do it with someone more experienced then me. Is there anyway that I can get us in the flow?

    Sounds true. So since I don't see anyone from the class currently, and my friend does not practice standing or form, should I wait to practice push hands?

    Thank you. That helps. That is a very good description. This (yang-yin) is what happens when I practice with a student of my ex-sifu. My pushing partner has never practiced martially, just baseline strength. I will try to help him feel it. thank you

    thanks man. I love the drills, and there's always room to push yourself more within them. no imbalances or overuse problems. Just simply trying cultivate the discipline to push myself infinitely.

    nah i weigh in at about 73 or so kilos(160lbs) Everyday I start with the thomaz kurz warmup(started doing kurz for whole-body flexibility in hope for rehabilitation and.....whole body flexibility) then, pushup variations. While standing as if bending at the waist to touch the floor, legs extended, I put my palms on a towel and slide across the floor till my whole body is parallel with the floor, arms extended, abs contracted. then slide back. Then I stick a pole in the corner of the room, and climb down and up it while my feet stay stationary on the ground about a body and half length aways from the corner, legs completely extended, back straight. forearm and finger work. zhan zhuang in horse riding, then dragon. Kurz's stretching scientifically routine. then I rest. stretches and pushups and dragon stance sporadically throughout the rest of the day.

  14. by chance are you a fellow mycotopiate? ... look into grounding. Eckhart Tolle's "The Power Of Now" or " A New Earth" will make life easier for you while you are on your path. start physically. I used to experience this very fatigue you speak of. Zhan Zhuang (standing) has contributed to the retainment of vitality I experience after orgasm now.     I only do standing meditation in extremely demanding physical postures. It unifies my body and mind, so as a whole, I am at inner and outer peace.
  16. Last night, someone with 16yrs of fighting experience sparred with me. He's trained in muay thai, taekwondo, and jujitsu as well as training under one of the UFC fighters, I forget his name though. Anyway he was using self taught Praying Mantis. His strong fingers jabbed a flesh wound under my eye, bleeding occured. This was a great experience because now I have much more motivation because it was a reality check of where I am at. any way, Gregory Fong has put up some of his zhan zhuang and I-chuan articles that are very good. The Zhan Zhuang article is the only place that I've found in writing the best way of standing (for what my goals are), and i've read Lam Kam Chuen's books. Coincidentally both Gregory Fong and Lam Kam Chuen have learned from Yu Yong Nian for some time. any way check it out. http://i-chuan.net/articles.php I suggest "Zhan Zhuang From An I-Chuan Perspective", is totally different than anything i've heard besides from Sifu Fong himself.
  17. I believe Sifu Fong does zhan zhuang for development of power, health, mind, and spirit. also this article is only a portion of the way he teaches it. I was only in his class for a few months, but I learned how to use my intention, as well as use my muscles as if moving into the 6 directions. There was still more for me to learn, all I want right now is to be able to go back and learn more.

    I don't know about australian law. I'd shoot for the Spirit Molecule if I were you. The one big and popular study on DMT, ran by Dr. Rick Strassman, who now believes that DMT is what on the physical level allows us to experience energy/life force. We've got people leaving their bodies and hallucinating creatures and just plain experience complete synesthesia sound-light-touch-taste all as one energy..... closer to the source. The question of it being particularly helpful in life....... that's subjective.

    In writing, I am a wordsmith with a flow without pre-meditation. In speaking, I mumble and waste air. Why can't I speak the way I write? any diagnosis? is zhan zhuang in 2 postures (horse riding and dragon according to Lam Kam Chuen) a complete enough system to relieve me of my jealousy, introvertedness, lack of trust in some others, in myself, and will I be able to speak my mind again?

    the tip, and the inside began to burn when I stopped wacking it. couldn't have been more than two, maybe three weeks till it went away. I would strongly advise standing in horse stance till your legs are shaking and your quadriceps catch on fire. It instantly took the pain away from my male obelisk and put it into my leg muscles, then on relaxing everything felt perfect.

    I used to jack it about once or twice a day, everyday too. and when I stopped, yeah, the burn sucks. It was exactly how you described it. What I did was, I stopped masturbating completely, and endured the burn and it subsided. a year later or so, I started masturbating all the time again, it was an addiction for sure. Anyway, I stopped completely again, the burn began again, and I found out that there was a way for immediate relief of the pain. Standing in horse stance, and when your muscles started burning, endure the muscle burn for 20 seconds and then slowly stand up. The burn in your penis will be gone, and you'll will have an amazingly good feeling in your legs. Now I don't ever have the burn. It worked for me it can work for you.
