  1. Remove fluoride from water supply

Table salt is acid forming and dehydrating, not a good food even if it contains iodine. Any salt that's white, even what's sold as "sea salt" is just refined sodium chloride.
  2. The Zapper Work?

Desert Eagle, Re. products from orgonecrystals.com, I know that Dennis Griffin is commited to selling high quality products that work. If you have any problem with any of his stuff, contact him. That said, you're not supposed to feel anything when the zapper is on your skin. -Karen
  3. Hi moonbar, Asthma isn't just one entity with one cause - it has characteristic symptoms, but each person who has it may have different underlying causes. So treatment has to be able to address the causative level and not get hung up on the label that only describes the symptoms. The reason it can't be cured is because there is no one entity called asthma to cure. But.. if the real causes can be identified in each case, and those are removed, then that qualifies as cure. And that can be done. When the causes are no longer there, there is nothing left to anchor the symptoms, and the symptoms disappear. Otherwise, you could suppress the symptoms with drugs, but no matter how much you do that it can never qualify as cure. Usually there are multiple causes in any one case of asthma,. Some of the causes can be vaccinations and other suppressive drugs like steroids; various emotional traumas; and inherited factors that can get triggered by trauma. If you know when the asthma first began, there may be clues there. The Heilkunst system of medicine systematically removes these causes on the energetic level, although it's not specifically Taoist but it's based completely on natural laws of healing. I'd highly recommend pursuing that. And as part of that, or something you could do independently, is Buteyko breathing. The book Breathing Free by Teresa Hale is a good read, but you can also find lots of info online. Getting good quality water and salt would be very important. Some people find that salt pipes help. I don't have a reference for that, but you can do a search. These things can ease symptoms, and that's fine, but usually there are also deeper culprits to root out. If you're managing symptoms with suppressive drugs, it's great that you can get needed symptom relief, but there are other ways that can do that without the negative effects of those drugs. Not just the chemical toxicity, but suppressing disease can drive it more deeply into the system energetically and cause worse problems down the road. Fortunately, that's usually not necessary. Heilkunst has a very high success rate with this and other chronic illnesses. Best, Karen

    Sure, but not always consciously!

  7. I've decided to give up diet soda

Yep. "Natural flavoring" is often MSG in disguise. They gotta find a way to get those neurotoxins in somehow! Some really high quality natural foods and supplements that contain "natural flavorings" really are just lemon oil or something like that, but usually not, especially with cheaper supermarket items.
  8. orgonite

Hi Hardyg, Fiberglass resin is technically organic, although toxic - don't think in terms of "natural" or "artificial." It stinks to high heaven. That's why you make it outdoors and if necessary wear a mask. Once it's cured, it gradually outgasses. You keep the stuff outside until it outgasses and then you can bring it inside. Clear resin is more expensive but prettier and somewhat less stinky, doesn't work any better than the regular resin. When you buy the resin it comes with a separate container of catalyst, that allows it to harden. You mix the two together as it says on the label. You can read messages posted on the Warrior Matrix forum for all the details about how to make orgonite, especially this section on device construction. -Karen
  9. I've decided to give up diet soda

Hi IC, I would just add to all the other good responses here, that what you "can" do is a matter of your own choice - what you "will" do. In any moment, you could choose to not have the soda and experience what you feel without it. If you choose to have the soda instead, then you can just notice that as a choice, no judgment. The habitual judgment that having the thing is "wrong" is what gets in the way. If you can take some time to simply notice your choices, that can change your whole relationship to it. A good approach for some people is to just wait an extra two seconds, once you get the craving, before having the soda. Just notice what that extra second feels like. What are the feelings that come up? Not just the physical feelings, but the emotional ones. You can allow yourself to feel that, and notice that you're still okay. Then next time, two more seconds. That sort of thing. You can get some seltzer or mineral water and add it to some fruit juice for a more healthy soda. -Karen
  10. orgonite

Dennis Griffin did extensive experiments with ORMUS elements, no difference in orgonite. His "nano" materials seem to work well, though. http://www.warriormatrix.com/viewtopic.php?t=5400
  11. orgonite

Yes, the methodology has evolved, but the principles behind it remain the same, as far as I can see. The organic/inorganic matrix is what makes it work, and then you can embellish that as much as you want by using specialized materials for specific purposes. But the basic stuff works, because there was never anything wrong with the principle. I just think it's misleading to say that that stuff is worthless.. and I think it's important to be able to make stuff that works, cheaply. Ha! I don't think I'm up for busting satellites, so I'll save my $10,000 Yes, and we're using the precious metals in homeopathy too, moreso now. I'm just not convinced that orgonite, for what it does especially out in the field, needs anything more specialized. For personal use, it's nice to individualize it and use particular metals and stones. Right, more isn't always better -Karen
  12. orgonite

The resin is organic. Screws and washers and things are too large, not enough surface area... that's why shredded metal or turnings from machine shops are used.
  13. orgonite

Smile, can you say why you prefer those particular metals - I don't see that Reich made any distinction, as long as it's inorganic metal, and even aluminum shavings qualify according to that principle. Sure, there are lots of ripoffs and people selling poorly made stuff. But I've made orgonite using shredded aluminum foil, resin and crystals - we used that for our cloud buster and it worked, and over the years I've heard a multitude of confirmations on that. But besides the empirical evidence, I'm interested to look at the principle behind it, whether something is being overlooked. -Karen
  14. I wanted to bring up this issue that seems to creep in to just about every situation that has to do with the application of some form of healing, everything from energetic healing to nutrition. And that is, what do we mean when we say that something "worked" or "didn't work?" I'll start with this example. I used to have a lot of migraines. During that time, I got a blood infection and went into septic shock. I was in the ICU with tubes everywhere. During that month, I had NO migraines. I had never gone that long without them. Did the antibiotics, the trauma, the infection, "cure" the migraines? Hardly! But the symptom did go away. And the reason it went away is because the new trauma superceded the root cause of the migraines, and the migraine symptoms quieted down for a while when my life force was preoccupied with this other life-threatening situation. The point is, the symptom went away. Now of course, there are also many instances in which we do something truly health-promoting, which causes a symptom to go away. But in both cases, the symptom goes away. So, doesn't it seem important to know why the symptom went away, not just that it did? Or more precisely, what happened that resulted in the symptom going away. And even more fundamentally, what a symptom really is, because we want to know whether removing a symptom is a true measure of success. I would say that in my first example, the migraines being gone was NOT a real indication the cause had been removed (and the symptom did return sometime later, as the cause was still there). This is all based on the understanding that mostly when we have health problems, we're talking about symptoms that we're experiencing, and symptoms are the effects of something, not the cause. When we say we have a cold, we're experiencing certain symptoms that we want to go away. If I take a decongestant drug, the symptom may go away. But the cause of the cold is still there, and will find a different means of expression at some later time. Sometimes the different means of expression look so different that we don't recognize it as the same essential thing. So, the cold went away. The heartburn went away. What exactly went away? We're glad to be rid of the symptom, of course, but wouldn't you feel uneasy if you killed a messenger, knowing that whoever sent the message is still out there? (and probably even more pissed off now!) How do we know that we got to the root of it? That's why I think it's important to know precisely what all of our "lotions and potions" are doing, when we apply foods, nutritional supplements, herbs, breathing techniques, energy healing, acupuncture, bodywork, etc. to try to treat a certain symptom or condition. Are we treating the symptom, or the cause of the symptom? How do we reliably identify the cause (diagnosis)? And what about multiple causes? Many health issues involve a complex interaction of causative factors. What about the fact that one person's headache could be caused by not drinking enough water, while another person's is from emotional issues, and another person's is from eating wrong foods, and another's is from structural imbalances - and the structural imbalances could be secondary to eating wrong foods. Then if all those people take the same remedy "FOR headaches," is that rational? And if the headache went away, do we know that we were "successful?" What is success? Dr. Hahnemann showed that there are several different things that can happen when you use a particular remedy, and that we can objectively know which one we're doing in any particular case: 1. It might remove the underlying cause (cure) - in which it might take some time before we even notice a change in symptoms 2. It might calm down the expression of the symptom temporarily in a benign way (palliation), without affecting the cause 3. It might remove the symptom in a harmful way (suppression). He also taught how to know exactly what we are doing when we give a certain remedy, whether it's #1, 2 or 3. Much of what we do when we're using natural remedies only empirically, is #2. We're not usually using powerful drugs that suppress the symptoms so that they are pushed deeper into the system. And we're not usually hitting ourselves over the head with a hammer so that the hangnail symptom is forgotten . But still we're often only working on the surface level of effects, not causes. When we feel better, we assume the treatment is successful. I'm not knocking feeling better! But to approach natural medicine rationally, we have to think beyond the surface appearances.

Depends on what you mean by success . It does what it does, and the effects are subtle but real. It can be seen on a large scale, where this one couple is cleaning up all of South Africa and bringing needed rain. Orgonise-africa.com.
  17. Gout help please!

Good point - raw meat (from grass-fed animals, we should qualify), doesn't contribute to gout.. but we also have to remember that gout is just a symptom that can come from other causes, not only from eating cooked meat. I know a strict vegetarian who has gout. -Karen
  18. NW - great, challenging questions as always, and I think I'll reply in my private practice area, soon. Apepch7, good point. I would agree that the false ego is hogging the attention, and to shift the attention can help. (NLP, Ericksonian hypnotherapy, and Vipassana come to mind). Still, there are often force fields (disease entities) causing the symptoms that can't be destroyed that way, although the energy fields can be worked with.
  19. Thanks, Mat. NW - yes, healing effect without electrical power. (even according to my definition of the term "healing" . The modern orgone generators we're talking about here, developed originally by Don Croft, work continually. They don't need to be "cleansed" or recharged in any way - they transform, not accumulate. I don't know of any expiration date on them . I started using them about four years ago and those seem to work as well as the newer ones I've acquired. The ones for "field" use are pretty basic, but the prettier ones for personal use can vary in energy feel depending on the particular ingredients, and certain stones can be used to personalize them. As for making them, there's a bit of a learning curve, but I'd say it's about as challenging as learning to bake bread. If you're familiar with the properties of resin, it's easier, but wasn't hard for even me to learn . The prettier personal pieces can take some skill to make well, and it might be more cost effective to buy those. But for those who want to churn out dozens of the little muffin-shaped "tower busters" it might pay to make them yourself. I also made a cloud buster with a friend - now THAT was a challenge, but fun, and not difficult having already made basic orgonite. Dennis Griffin has video tutorials on the orgoniteinfo site. Edit: Also, this site might be of interest, which chronicles the use of orgone generators to heal the environment in S. Africa. www.orgoniseafrica.com -Karen

  21. Okay, thanks. Seems to involve belief in the authority of this person. I'm not doubting the positive experiences that you may have with it, and there are a lot of things that people feel can have beneficial effects. But I think it's important to understand in a more scientific way what is the principle it's based on. (And by "scientific" I don't mean reducing it down to material science). But like froggie's original question - I think it's important to be able to view these phenomena objectively, or at least be moving in that direction. I think that means being able to see the real inner nature of something, not just its empirical effects. And that leads me to another issue I think I'll post some thoughts about and see what others think.. about what's actually going on when we say that a healing method "worked" or "didn't work" in a particular case.. -Karen
  22. The digestion process can strip away foreign forces, but even that becomes more challenging the more astrality those forces contain - the more psychoactive the substance, the more astral, as far as I know. Smoking I think is a more direct infusion into the physical body through the air element.
  23. I have no idea.. I've only been able to get very vague answers from people who sell the tachyon products, as to how they "tachyonize" the base material. (Mat - do you know?) Oh yes, i'm sorry if I didn't clarify.. I meant that orgone generators based on Reich are fundamentally different.. unless someone can show that the tachyon devices are in fact orgone generators. Reich's orgone generators were made with inorganic substance layered with organic substance to form a matrix - basic info on the modern devices using polyester resin, metal and crystals is here. There are of course a lot of claims made about what they can do, and I've seen and experienced the effects, but mainly I look to the principles it's based on which seem sound to me from my study of Reich. Also, the modern "orgonite" devices seem to not accumulate orgone (as Reich's did and were potentially dangerous for that reason), but to transmute the negative, "deadly" orgone (DOR) into positive (POR). -Karen
  24. By theoretical if you mean speculative, then I have no idea how a theoretical anything could generate anything .. so I have no idea about tachyon. In the past I had tried to find out exactly how the tachyon devices are made, and couldn't get any straight info... OTOH, I've made orgone generators myself. The smell of polyester resin is not theoretical . Edit: For a while I thought that the tachyon devices might just be orgone generators and called tachyon for marketing hype, but this little piece of plastic I have doesn't look like an inorganic/organic matrix to me. Croft also included a crystal in the orgone generators for piezoelectric effect.
  25. Heh, that's why the tachyon thingie doesn't thrill me.. but the modern development of orgone generators (a la Don Croft) is based on Reich. The matrix of organic and inorganic material is the layering.
