i have been changing my schedule frequently lately. Right now i practice for a little over 2 hours from about 11pm to about 1am I never yield to arduous mental conditions during meditation. I dont really know if this is a useful policy or not. It seems to me that it would be somewhat like postponing weight training because the weights just seem heavier today.

ok so i am going to attempt to learn some japanese. i have a knowledge of some of the sentence structure and some articles and words. not enough to understand a conversation, with any amount of depth to the subject matter. I own the japanese instant immersion 8 cd set, and >100 gigabites of anime that i watch sometimes. i intend to listen to the instant immersion cds when i sleep. I realize that this isnt scientifically supported but i think that it might work. Ive listened to music while ive been asleep before and it kind of stuck in my head so maybe a language could too. what do you guys think?

I meant more like find a place where you can upload pictures from your computer to the internet, then from internet to taobums.

i think the new age movement, refers the esoteric practices in a religion meditation, healing, qigong, ritual magic, yoga, ect.. it refers to mankind moving away from limiting beliefs into a new age of unlimited possibilities.
