Ok so i have been reading a wicca book. They speak of a ritual where they spin in a circle and chant names of goddesses. What effect would chanting goddess names as a mantra/chant have Should i use multiple goddesses or just one. has anyone heard some good goddess chanting music i am interested in the following an the following a circle is cast any experience with this thanks

hmm how to transcend lust. Look at the object of your lust. See how bewilderingly beautiful it is. lose yourself in it. find the tao in lust. its sort of like sandblasting a pretzel.

thanks for the tip. Im starting to figure what its all about. Seems to be some inner alchemy going on. the buddha encouraged skepticism. I think the way to approaching skepticism is to question why and how something works. To immediately discredit any new idea you encounter seems foolish to me. My approach to skepticism has lead me to a great deal of understanding about various things i have encountered. I have met many people that take the incorrect approach to skepticism. They like to be called southern babtists around here. (bible belt joke )

Hey guys i just bought a circle is cast by libanna (from my first post) its really beautiful chanting i will definitely buy the other two cds in the morning highly recommended (unless you have some sort 4 page vendetta against wicca then you might want to steer clear of this one )

it occurs to me that this could lead to kidney failure if people dont know what their doing. i think too much of one or the other (potassium or salt) can cause this effect. Could you possible explain your findings in more detail drew, possibly addressing the above information. something interesting ive picked up in my journeys: Sea salt is an essential nutrient. table salt is processed at high temperatures, and undergoes a chemical reaction making it useless to the body. thanks

i think its important to note that most mantras affect chi. all the ones ive used anyways rituals focus chi herbs use earth chi gods and goddesses invokes chi in the patterns they represent symbols arrange chi into patterns. sound is just a type of chi. i think thats right magic uses 5 elemental chi a lot it seems. which are different patterns of chi. I bet john chang could do better wicca than me.

ive come across a person who practices a form of ritual magic, im not quite sure which one though. Apparently he could astral project while walking. And as for judging a system based off of one person who has succeeded. Ive heard st. francis of accai was pretty badass. doesnt mean we should all practice catholicism, though i can see where youre coming from. the witches are in the initiation phase (1 year) in my book use the following techniques Deep breathing Visualization training. a tree visualization called grounding and centering. everyone in the group raises the kundalini with this tech they do some trance journeys after this. they practice in a circle to share energy they preform some rituals to invoke the 5 elements i also had some inhibitions about this practice, because of the negative stereotypes in our culture and the fact that it is widely practiced by nonmainstream schoolchildren. As a person of european descent i am finding it really interesting. It seems to be deeply rooted in our culture

vitamin c is working pretty well 2000mg per day. i think one gum bled a little bit during todays flossing, on day 2 of taking vitamin c. Sometime in history sailors were getting bleeding gums and teeth falling out. they called it scurvy. they treated it with citrus fruit naturally high in vitamin c. today i have the same symptoms and they told me to floss and use a fluoride rinse. they tell you that citrus fruit is very bad for your teeth. I wonder..... i am using salt water too. edit crests crossaction massage toothbrush is good too.

i practice while living at home a affirmation that i have found that helps is I focus exclusively on what i want and allow others to do the same. repeat it whenever you find yourself focusing on anything other than your "Bliss" All in all the situation is only as horrible or blissful as your attitude towards it. practicing at home may not be as peaceful as practicing in the woods at first, but it puts you face to face with your own obstacles to enlightenment. It can speed up the process to that end. It is possible that you are prepetuating the negativity by viewing it as negativity. When negative thoughts about your parents arise use the following affirmation. My relationship with my parents is peaceful and loving. what you focus on expands. Try being deliberate with your attention instead of doing the default of viewing your surroundings. affirmations used throughout the day to focus your awareness helps a lot. And it takes very little time. just a few seconds here and there.

Ive done it in college classes Listening to mantra chanting in the background I like listening to nature sounds like rain too of course sometimes listening to people being noisy in your own house/outside/in your mind and coming to terms with the beauty of it can be good for you too i also think spirit ape was joking. It can sometimes be difficult tocommunicate effectively over internet posting. It cuts out most nonverbal communication (except smileys ). when the human element is taken out of communication it can be hard to remember that we are dealing with humans. maybe mantra68 was also speaking in a lighthearted spirit.

when i want to make work more interesting i use the ohm mantra while projecting thankfulness from the third eye. people always tell me i look like im sleeping or bored when i practice this though this its really peaceful also the teachings of abraham advocate a practice called the rampage of appreciation where you just be thankful for various things in your environment. I love this room its really relaximg this is a great chair ect... i find that its harder to maintain than the ohm practice but works well in between repititions. like this: ohm i really love mantra yoga ohm its really peaceful ohm ohm ohm ect gratitude seems to put you in alignment with your higher self thanks

questions about kap distance training 1 do you offer shaktipats with the distance training for 150$ (i think that was the price on the website) 2 regarding your rainbow/light body work in the later course, has anyone in your system achieved the rainbow/ light body? thanks -
before i started practicing qigong and yoga my heart started racing when i took vitamins but my heart rate was really slow back then so it was probably a relative thing. on the plus side my vital signs were "excellent" as of last weeks visit to the doctor about a pulled abdominal muscle. It has healed now so i can resume 5 tibetans and stretching.
