you could try eating more iodine The iodine receptors are what absorbs flouride into the body. Im pretty sure thats correct anyways. try an energy exercise that detoxes the body. Kunlun, 5 elements qigong and tachyon work well.

Because the spirit isnt created by the mind. the mind is created by the spirit. Flouride cant harm the spirit. Its All in your imagination.

If we are going to die i think its better to die having truly lived. Dont be attached to life. Dont be attached to outcome. Act with love not fear. Death is only the falling away of illusions.

each practicioner has his own reason for practicing. each mentioned here is valid just as a general outline Merging with the void immortality/ascension- existing as a being of pure energy. ascension from matter to energy. then you can merge with the void at your leisure martial power health healing manifestation self actualization/ psychological health then of course super powers you may start out with a few of these goals and then change them as you are transformed. Dont be attached to the outcomes. The goaless goal

The ideal chi kung physique is generally described as steel wrapped in cotton. Glen morris says More like an athletic girl than a man. look at tai chi masters like mantak chia

I would suggest that instead of eliminating desire eliminate attachment. Desire moves forward attachment gets dragged forward kicking and screaming. Desire is love attachment is fear. Desire is arriving attachment is striving Some examples of people who have eliminated desire: The business man who works all of the time and neglects his family, health, and spirituality because of his attachment to money. He would probably find it difficult to retire if he reached that age. He will probably die long before because of health complications The woman who stays in a bad relationship. She constantly faced physical and mental abuse and refeuses to sever the relationship and move on because of her attachment to her relationship. Desire is what creates the universe. Desire is what drives you toward enlightenment. Attachment is what prevents you from getting there. Cultivate desire and detachment.

Cultivate love. when you have love the morals come naturally. The moral codes become empty and actually detrimental when there is no love. If you have love on the inside that is the effect you will have on the world. The bad is not really bad. It is an illusion. It allows us to know love, which is the source of everything. Love is the way.

Do taoists believe in karma and rebirth? Yes both. It is not always called by the buddhist names though. My understanding of karma is as follows Karma is a decision you make unconsciously Enlightenment is a decision you make consciously Karma is fear Enlightenment is love As for the what goes around comes around aspect of karma It is usually called law of attraction or manifesting. Basically you are the scource of the universe. The entire universe is a reflection of your mind. Everything you could ever imagine manifesting is inside of you. The negativity that has manifested in your life comes from the shadow or Fear. Love dissolves fear. Generally a taoist would not try to accumulate good karma or bad karma but to transcend the world of karma. Taoism teaches that enlightenment is available within this lifetime. Forms of meditation Taoists practice many Internal martial arts. Use chi to punch people really hard!! Chi kung (qigong) chi or breath exercise for martial arts, healing or enlightenment Nei kung (neigong) internal exercise usually a more advanced version of chi kung awareness meditation. taoist yoga -i dont know too much about this actually mantra meditation Chi kung is probably the most widely practiced of the above types.

welcome Oh yea if you dont plan to go to the seminar you can try the attunement technique in my practice journal http://www.thetaobums.com/insights-t6271.html It has worked well for me but probably isnt as strong as maxes attunement.

I understand. When i first saw the site i thought it was by far the most preposterous thing i have ever seen anywhere. The only thing that kept me from completely disregarding it was that it was considered to be a good system by some people i trust. i am in no way affiliated with the kunlun system. ive never even been to a seminar. My practice sessions looked pretty much like the people from the movie from the first day of level 1 until i started level 2. level 2 makes the energy flow a lot smoother. For additional validation a lot of people practice kunlun on this forum. you could try reading their practice journals. Try yoda de paradice phore Augustleo Rain Cat Lotus flower winpro07 Ben koontz Freeform And i acknowledge that it looks heavily marketed. But they only have one book out and it costs $20 or $30 if you want to go all out and buy the color edition.

i dont think the movie has ever come out. But the trailers are great in themselves.

The tao (consciousness, love) comes from the void (nothing). It is the void with form. Chi comes from the tao. All matter and energy is a manifestation of chi. Chi has polarity. it is yin or yang. Tai chi is a martial art that converts chi to internal power. Chi kung (also spelled qigong) uses exercises and breath to build chi. It is where the power for internal martial arts and healing arts comes from. Nei kung (also neigong)is internal exercise. its sort of like an advanced version of Chi kung. I have experimented with various taoist chi kung practices and tantra(general term for practices using energy) It never really took off for me until i started practicing kunlun neigung. check out the websights below for more information. Kunlunbliss.com lamathunderbolt.com The book contains the the kunlun neigung system and some other exercises Golden flower of maoshan (a internal alchemy exercise) Red sun (opening the heart) Maoshan traveling hands (spirit travel) 5 elements qigong (standing stakes to develop internal power for martial arts, it also cleanses the body) Climbing the peaks of mount kunlun (dual cultivation to be used with a partner) Kunlun neigung contains 3 levels L1 open up to the spontaneous energy (bliss) and clear out the body and mind of energy blockages. L2 compress the energy and add more. this stage leads to enlightenment and the golden dragon body L3 Cool the energy, grounding. The seminar is really intense according to people who have attended. You can also leard red phoenix there (Brain alchemy) Its the most powerful system ive practiced and the cheapest. i would strongly recommend it.

We need to focus more on the alternatives to the gasoline engine. Walmart gas now contains up to 10% ethanol if that helps. Walmart is really a much better company than most people give it credit for. At least from the perspective of an employee. They recycle cardbord and plastic, provide shoping bag alternatives, have some organic foods, and a decent herbal supplement selection. No reishi or raw honey though. They do have ginseng. Their philosophy seems to be focused on serving others. EDIT they do have raw honey i just didnt see it before
