Yes. I also studied some books that also said love was not an emotion. Or spiritual love is not an emotion. Emotions are states that come and go. Unconditional love does not come and go even when we are angry. My question is how do we develop unconditional love or spiritual love so that it is so strong. I'm not used to giving love, just feeling love when it happens... say when I fall in love. I've been practicing trying to feel love for others during meditation. When I do this I can feel changes in my body, heat rises, an aura of energy flow. After I do it I feel good, but it doesn't really last very long. Is this how its going to be? I went to a panichealing treatment once and felt great for one day. I didn't feel anger at all, but after I started meditation again, the emotions come back. This area is so difficult to understand because it requires feeling. I can grasp concepts, but when it comes to making you try to "FEEL" something like love all the time, its very difficult. The fact that you can LOVE someone that hurt you is really difficult. Or say you have unconditional love for someone that is trying to kill you is tough to swallow sometimes. I know this is extreme, but isn't this what unconditional love is?

I guess what doesn't make sense to me is, anger and love are two different emotional states. When I'm in love I don't feel anger. When I'm feeling really angry I don't really feel love. So if you are angry, do you just tell yourself I love when I'm angry and this is supposed to calm you down? I often thought the heart was a like a coin. One side is love and the other side anger. You cannot be in both states at once. Or am I wrong?

Sorry, its not available to the public. I just wanted to let the forum people know that either my teacher is for real and has his teacher still with him, or he is being lost in the psychotic episodes of energy work. I think he is really in contact with his master. This really reminds me of how John Chang says his teacher is still with him. For those interested in Tao, keep learning and I think in time you will find your teacher.

How do you love anger? Isn't anger the opposite of love?

This is part of an email he sent me... "I sent a psychic email to my old teacher, John. He emailed me that day. It had been a year since we last had contact. He is a master without peer. He has accepted me as a student again. I'm the only one now. And I have a very active group of guides in the spirit world. I don't have much trouble sensing them now. When in San Diego, it started to get strong. As I walked the beach and talked with my wife or son about the metaphysical stuff I'm doing, someone kept adding in comments. It was a guide named Charles. He would just talk with me as if he were physically walking with us down the beach. The vail is rather thin now. That happens a lot lately. John and I have been working on new ground. The twelfth chakra, which is above your head at the level where you can barely reach if you stretch your arm up as high as you can, has been one of our focuses. John teaches that there is a golden ring up there. I've been visualizing this ring for a couple of years (since the summer of 2006). That's what the wizard hat was about. I started to see a star up there more often. John decided to take my star more seriously and found it to be the female side of the twelfth chakra and that his ring was the male portion. "So," he told me excitedly, "you can spin the ring until it becomes a golden sphere then place the star inside of it. This will balance the male and female energies, merge the right and left brains." (his words paraphrased) I did that and had a vision that transformed my psyche. Quote my journal--- Here I go. I'll move through the Ring . . . . I see lights, like I am in the middle of one of those cosmic clouds, I am witnessing creation in the process of becoming. The Ring has grown like it is the rim of a volcano and I am hovering above the rim. I'll do it again . . . When I pass through the Ring, there is a pressure difference, like I'm changing atmospheres, or moving into no atmosphere. The Ring, the rim that surrounds me, is bright gold and giving off a steam or vapor. Directly above me is a white sphere, white beyond anything earthy. I move into this sphere. The pressure on my body is stronger. The rim that is the Golden Ring kind of moves up and surrounds me. It is spinning and has become a Golden Sphere. I'm in the Star looking out at the Golden Sphere from the inside. Light from the Golden Sphere is merging with the Star. The Star is expanding and filling the Golden Sphere. Rays of light from the Star are breaking through the Golden Sphere and absorbing it. The Star and the Ring are now completely merged and I am inside of a brilliant gold-white star. That was just the beginning. A few days later, I looked up and saw that I had a cone of light above my head between the twelfth chakra and my crown. Then--- As I looked at the Golden Sphere-Star combo, sitting at the top of a cone of light, golden-white energy came from it (or through it) and cascaded onto me by way of the cone of light. It came down in liquid streams. A feeling filled me like an electric current somehow made heavy, like a liquid fire or a light made of molten gold. I've been playing with other places floating outside of my body. You're welcome to read my journal on line---"

I know that I experience mental imbalance or emotional imbalance with energy work. The more energy you have the more it is going to throw you off. But I think with time, your body starts to get used to the extra voltage. I've stopped a few times because I had too much energy. I practice gradual energy work now. I'm curious to know how other practitioners are coping with this problem. What techniques have you employed that are effective?

How can we survive the coming disasters?

I've always believed that humans were not the only ones in the universe. Anyone would be ignorant to believe we are the center of the universe. Even the enlightened ones knew and said other creatures exist. The fact is we humans are not running this country. We are being run by another species. Look at this video here and you tell me this is human. Watch it and look at times 1:12, 2:02. Look at his eyes. These are not human eyes. These are somekind of lizard. It is no lighting error either in my mind. You're talking about a reputable news agency. Never in my life and I watch a lot of TV have I seen this before. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qzZDTUtrmak Someone said somewhere that the alignment of the planets is causing the aliens to not be able to hide their true identity. The next video, there was a secret session in March '08. One of the senators was wondering why there is a secret session, when there has not been a secret session in over 20 years. The senator even said he was not going to attend it! They are passing a legislation prior to even meeting to vote. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Wp6TrTKse4 I have a feeling something is in the works about a coming crash in the market. The dollar will be worthless soon and a new currency will replace it. -
Once Enlightened, One Can Fall? - Kunlun Question
dragonfire replied to ddilulo_06's topic in General Discussion
I"m not a kunlun practitioner, but enlightenment does not guarantee you will lose your way. Enlightenment or know the truth is just one step. Look at Rojineshi or OSHO. He was no doubt enlightened, but he still spent lavishly on cars. Who the hell needs 20+ bentleys. When you are enlightened, I do think you have the power to escape samsara though after death. As a human living on earth, you are no different from any other human. YOu will still get sick and die. -

In the book Kundalini West, she mentions that every 12500 years the planets and sun align causing major changes. I think this is the reason we are experiencing global warming. It may not completly be pollutants. Do you think physics experts would figure this out? Yeah right? They are just starting to figure out that the universe is based on sound waves. Guess what? Sound waves create energy. We are energy. Matter is energy. The chinese figured this out a very long time ago. A physicist is limited by his efforts to study the universe. An enlightened person doesn't need to study. Everything is revealed to him or her, thus the reason I say they had many enlightened people. The typical human or layman only wonders about his lifetime... maybe 80 or 100 years. They don't think beyond that. They don't think that 10,000 years ago or more, thats 10,000 generations. I couldn't give you a figure for the amount of people... Its alot..., but don't you think that someone or others could have found the answers to our existence? We as humans are evolving! Our goal or purpose is to become better than we are and release ourselves from our human (cocoon) body and live as light entities. The human body is the cocoon. The light entity is like the buttefly that comes out. Its beautiful. So as humans we are really just the larvae. -
Just curious to know if anyone knows or heard of whether animals are capable of killing themselves. So far I think humans are the only one's capable of this. It is my firm belief that animals do not have the conscious or decision making to kill themselves. Stop eating is not considered suicide. Neither is whale beaching. Ever see a wolf or dog jump off a cliff? The wolf and dog sense the danger, and so does the human, but who does it? Isn't that something? Aren't we unique?

I"m not obsessed with calendars, just believe the Mayans new something that we don't. They probably had many enlightened people. They even knew that every 12500 years, something happens with the planet, and thus life on the planet changes. Our lives are basically revolving around the planets. When they change orbit, something major happens. We are forced to change our ways. -
I think these practices are effective for health and spiritual growth, but they are highly dangerous if not properly trained.

How can we survive the coming disasters?
dragonfire replied to Li Jiong's topic in General Discussion
I was just talking to a friend tonight about the year 2012. The mayan calendar says a significant event will take place that year. A major event! Thats just 3-4 years away. With all the problems happening right now, you would think we are heading right towards it. The economy is obviously very bad and will get worse in my mind. More and more people are losing their jobs. People are very insecure. We have a new black president that will probably get elected. Although the american people are not ready for a new black president, John Micann is no better. He is old and he has a woman running for VP. No offense to woman, but I really think John Mcann would have had a better chance if he picked a man. This woman he picked really came from no where. I never even knew about her. She is smart, but I don't think America is ready for a woman vice president either. Everytime a black person or a minority person changes the stakes and tries to raise the level of change or take it to the next level, he or she always get assasinated. Take for example, Malcom X, Martin Luther King. Both made change but ended up getting assassinated at some point. Obama is trying to do the samething, make history. So obama gets elected, I would give him about 2 years in office before someone takes him out. America is still white washed even though its stomach is a fruit basket. There are still white people who believe they are superior and will not stop to destroy or prevent the others from rising. Imagine an economy that is ready to collapse, with a president that just got assassinated, with global warming, with energy crisis, and with terrorism, I really see 2012 as a significant time period. It has already been 8 years since 9/11. Another major terrorist attack I'm sure has been in the planning for a while now. After 10-12 years, I'm sure they are itching for another blow at the USA. Again, we will be blindsided. Americans want change, but what we are seeing in 2012 make not be the change we are looking for. Even RUSSIA's new president is bad. I can see it in his eyes. He is nothing like Gorbachev. You don't come into power and then immediately dispatch troops into battle. Thats just wrong. -
Thats interesting. When I was in cambodia, I saw a small boy have his testicles inflated. It was filled with air, believe or not. I looked at it with awe and my jaw dropped. I thought it was going to blow, it was the size of an orange. His father just squeezed the air out. I was like, you take him to the Doc, before he gets older.

There is an old chinese saying... Read 10,000 books, travel 10,000 miles, to find the way. Good Luck.

Thanks for video Mantis... The one about the plastic coffins was pretty amazing. Obviously, they are expecting something otherwise, FEMA would not have had them made. I'm really worried about the state of the US economy. I'm worried because the people we have working in the house dont' know what they are doing. Imagine if the decision was about going to war. One day they vote No and the next week, they vote YES. How can that be? This is the US Government. They should have all the information available to make the decision from financial advisors across the country. The decision should only be made once. That should be the final decision. I think the US Government is crumbling. Its gotten too big and no over sight. Everything needs check and balances. I believe this bailout is just a bandAid. I hope the stock market doesn't crash. I have so much money invested in it. Besides my home, I got all my cash in the stock market. -
No other religion out there has ever been able to satisfy me. I don't even believe Jesus was born without a human father. I don't even believe Mohammad was the second coming. All are religious ideologies from other humans imaginations. The only thing I believe about these two religious figures are they learned the way. After 10,000 generations and possibly eons, someone must have figured it out, and they did. So, I have been asking these questions for a long many years now... Why am I here? Why am I suffering? Am I pon on a chess board for God to play? Why create me? Why make me jump through hoops to find the source? Why am I here? If there is beauty, why don't I see it? Why am I sad? Why am I depressed? If there is true happiness, where is it and why does it not last? Why am I here? Why is there so much death and pain in this world? Thats why I study TAO. Its the only thing worth studying... In Tao, I will find the Truth. All my questions will be answered. Then a smile will be eternally etched on my face. Chen

He seems to have many books. I find it funny though. As I was going through reading the books biography back cover and saw him, I found something quite funny. I thought all taoist masters grew in NEW TEETH? Yet, in one of his pictures on the back cover, he has silver fillings or crowns when he was smiling. That I find extremely funny. Lets just say I will buy his books last. -
Why is payment necessary for learning the Tao?
dragonfire replied to Li Jiong's topic in General Discussion
First let me say, knowledge is usually free, but the quality of knowledge or instructions is not always free. Its like going to a community college and ivy league school. You can't compare. If you decide to pay for instruction, be careful who you trust. -
Can someone refer a good Chinese doctor that heals using his own body's Chi energy? I would like to try it to see if I have any energy blockages that need removal and make sure my health is good. (Prefer Washington, Oregon, or California, but willing to travel outside also.) Thanks!

Oolong Rabbit, I'm just curious to know your thoughts now that the US government is planning on a 700 billion dollar bailout. Is this a good thing or bad? Chen I agree, I see the same. A few bumps here and there that will be learning lessons, but nothing major. What we are seeing are just corrections that needed to happen. I don't doubt that history will repeat itself. Everything cycles through death and rebirth. Even the universe cycles. -
Yes, I got the information from Drew. Chunyi Lin is all the way out in minnesota though. Its funny I sent an email asking about why the costs for distance healing was $20 and phone was $85. I haven't got a response yet. Its been 1 week. Also sent an email to Michael Mohoric about distance healing. He said he would give me a free trial. I said ok. I later sent him an email if whether I should provide more information like my address information, what region I'm at in the earth, etc... Haven't got a reply. Its been 4 days. His healing sessions is supposed to go out today. I'm just trying to get my emotional cobb webs sorted out before I crank up the voltage.

Why is payment necessary for learning the Tao?
dragonfire replied to Li Jiong's topic in General Discussion
Giving up his standard of living is not payment. It is giving up attachment. You can not be a good student and have time to seek wealth. They are opposites. Its either one or the other. It is only the realized person who understands that wealth is an illusion. Seek only as much as you need to live happily poor. I disagree. If your teacher believes you are meant to learn the path, he will teach you without asking for money. My teacher believes I found him because I was meant to find him. Even Buddha gave up his palace to find the TAO... He could end up being king, but he would not be the buddha would he. Wow... This scientology institutions is making some serious bucks off stupid people. Most of these people choose not to find the path on themselves, yet let others choose for them. I guess maybe they will learn in the next re-incarnation. -

I think Verdasi might have some level of knowledge, but its no secret, in my mind. The secret is already out there. Go find it. We have more resources today at our feet than even some monks in cambodia who have no internet access or libraries. He charges ridiculous fees... $7000 USD per course. Thats not even including airfare and hotel. Together its more like 10K per course. Thats a lot of money. I think he should lower the costs so more people can afford to learn if he really knows something. Plus, I don't even think the money should go to him, at least the majority. Most of it should go to charity or non-profit organization for the Tao. I'm pretty sure most of the time its all free. When you become a monk, you do work to help the temple though, not for any particular person. If a monk writes a book, most likely the money will be to help the temple expand.
