What the hell are you talking about? People buy books on normal breathing, MCO, reverse and vase breathing. Reverse breathing works whether you believe in it or not. You seriously need to consider how many friends you are loosing here. You are usually the first to post in nearly any thread topic that comes up, and your first post is presented as if an old Osho sanyasin {you} is the final authority on absolutely everything. And your assertions are usually plain wrong and sometimes verging on the ridiculous. Then you meander through other peoples threads making vague off topic or utter bullshit statements. You seem to have this Idea of yourself that you are canny and streetwise when it comes to spiritual topics and cons, and that everything you yourself don't practice is just a trick for the marks... Hilariously having been an Osho sanyasin doesn't mean you have 'seen it all'... Being old doesnt mean you have a greater perspective either.. My grandpa is proof of that.

And as for meditating on the Deities, when you start putting in enough time, some pretty amazing things start to happen.... like when they decide to talk to you... Always utterly profound... Not to be confused with an over-active Imagination. At earlier stages you may have your mind manipulate the image, or say mundane things or things that reflect your inner state, or things that you want to hear... Thats just your mind getting carried away with itself. A real communication/experience will knock your socks off and leave you energised way beyond normal levels, and it may last days or even months.

I still like Om Ah Hum/Hung for 3 Dantiens. om being the top, ah the middle, and Hum or Hung being the LDT

I have seen some teachers say that Manipur {which in non theosophical influenced texts is nearly always at the navel} is basically the LDT and I would tend to agree. Yogi's treat it like a stove, and it being full is a prerequisite to facilitating the awakening of energies that rise up the spine... Much like the dan tien... Reverse breathing is very valuable. It is brilliant for generating heat and energy for the LDT. {much faster than abdominal breathing} Ignore GMP's advice on this one. There would not be a single Tummo master in Tibet without reverse breathing, and all of them are far beyond GMP's abilities... Reverse breathing is used in most advanced Taoist practices. Johny Chang, Wang Liping, Chunyi Lin.. and the list will just go on and on... But thats all just window dressing and yogic faff... lol

Just a quick slightly off topic. in Kabbalah tifaret's earliest depictions are centered at the solar plexus. And I have heard Sufis referring to the solar plexus as the 'bottom' of the heart...

As far as dimensions go, I think spiritual traditions and new agers are talking about different things to scientists when discussing dimensions... So the 4th dimension described by a spiritual perspective, is quite different to the 4th dimension that is described by a scientist, and their mathematical equations...

In some texts yes, but in many others it is the solar plexux... it certainly feels to me that the solar plexus is a better place for storing energy than the heart, that can burn out with too much storage...

I have no problem feeling any of these centres, but which one is the real MDT. If I remember rightly Luks 'Taoist Yoga' puts it at the solar plexus, as do many older texts. Is the Heart position in older texts as well, or is it a 'newer' location? And GMP, even at the heart it is not located within the physical heart, but in the location/nerve plexux that we feel love, in the center of the chest...

I have a Love hate thing with Drunvalo. I first learned his meditation Techniques in the early 90's and did the 'pre' Flower of Life course, before the official FOL structure was released. I experienced so many weird things, and I still have to say the Merkaba meditation is a blast, but... I am convinced he is a conman and a fraud, at least in part. He would tour, telling everyone sufi's from turkey had a special living water that if poured into the sea's would turn all polution into pure sea water, and that everyone should do his expensive workshops on enviro tech, and buy his expensive sacred geometry tech devices that can clean a city's air pollution in 1 day... of course none of it happened, and none of it worked. But this was before most had even heard of him. Years later when the New Age really 'discovered' him, he did the same run again... sufi miracle water, sacred geo tech for sale, and presenting it all as if it was new... I have seen him live, and he claimed he had stood in a room with the Sufis and members of the gov and the secret gov, and watched a demonstration of that Sufi water being poured into a drum of pure oil, and that before their very eyes it turned into water. He said that gov officials all took some back to their own countries, and the secret gov agreed to call of the mass culling that they had planned for most of the population, as the enviromental damage all of us cause could now be averted... On the first round and again on the second much bigger round years later, he claimed that within the year they would have poured it into all the oceans making them pristine again. Which made it our job to buy his tech {i never did by the way, but friends did} and use it to fix the air. This is just low to me. Cashing in on peoples desire to heal the earth... So he pisses me off. He is a liar. But at the same time I feel kind of indebted to him for his techniques...

I personally just find Osho painful. And as for lineage, well it is at the root of Vedanta, so if you are disregarding one of Vedantas main principals, then you are not studying Vedanta {outside the realm of a scholar or an outsider... }

Sure if you wanted to, although I have never found it to be any more effective so I always thought why bother?

Sorry Umezuke, I dont know of any specifically in Bris. But There are some good kungfu schools there. I think there is a Hok se tong long school there with a great reputation, and they may have qigong forms.
