Egyptian Pyramids as maps of the Duat
Seth Ananda replied to Apech's topic in Esoteric and Occult Discussion
Thank you Apech They represent different parts of the Duat or star realm? What parts or places do they represent? Naturally that would be Awesome! Would you lead us through it or describe the process? Where does one start? How are the body, ka, ba and shade conceptualized? Are there signs that it is working well? -
Thats fine, I do to. I like running, dancing, jumping and martial arts. My comment was about how to enter a deeper layer of experience, not a law saying that you can't run or go wild. I also agree that you can feel very connected being wild {and vigorous or fast) in nature. Shamanisms many millennia of trance dancing should be a good point. But, if you are wanting to start to see spirits, in various forms, then slow moving and using careful 'feeling perception' rather than mental observation is an exceptionally good method. Thats what my post was about.

haha, of course it does. That term (natures pace) is sometimes used because slowing down is particularly useful for facilitating deep states of connectivity or even union with nature.

Egyptian Pyramids as maps of the Duat
Seth Ananda replied to Apech's topic in Esoteric and Occult Discussion
Thanks apech, very very interesting. Sorry in advance for all the questions i am about to ask Is it true that it was also an ancient word for the female genitalia, and where we get the word 'twat' from? Yes! So many old traditions were trying to accomplish this, and my guess is Egypt was probably at the root of this? Do different chambers represent different parts of the Duat? Do different parts of the Duat correspond to different parts of the person? Also how much is known about the practices or magical acts for each location? Would you describe them? So while the pyramids still seem to be indefinitely booked out by tourists, how do we accomplish the creation of the Akh? Are the magical acts still functional without the pyramids enhancement? -
Moving out of thinking mind into a felt sense experience of the world. Take regular walks in nature, but walk at natures pace, slowly. Slow everything down. Don't jump your attention from thing to thing as the mind likes to do, but rather let your attention settle on each thing and really take in the 'impressions' of it, the deep feeling it has. Everything has its own existence, comes as its own little {interconnected} package. It has a feeling quality, some level of subtle intelligence even, but it can only be known through feeling. Belief has nothing to do with it. As soon as your 'felt sense' starts letting you experience the 'sentient' qualities present in everything, acknowledge them with quiet reverence. It all has its place in the living system. Even rotting vegetation or dried out husks are performing a crucial function or process within the whole, deserve respect and gratitude. The intelligences that coexist with these areas will start to show themselves more and more as you show yourself to be someone who is respectful and conscious of them. Feelling will take you into the actual ongoing relationship that is always happening just below your thinking mind.

Depends on the discipline. Many things I would say no to, but certain things can be done by almost anyone, and will start yielding very unusual perceptions...
