Whatever practice you do, seek for balance between heaven and earth. Have a good ground and be open to the sky, grounding is always important, for some it can sound boring and will seek only bliss and try to escape, it's not about that, go through your stuff, be they appear as demons, angels, always have a good grounding because the better the ground, the better you will be able to deal with your stuff and also to absorb more. That's just my simple experience, and i'm telling you as one who at first didn't pay attention too much to grounding, you'll get stuck in your practice or just feel high or get attached to things. Be your own grounding, don't find it outside. fiveelementtao and scotty gave very good examples, thank you.

Very good point. I read that many interpret the visions of Ezekial as a UFO encounter, maybe it is true, and if you read it in english it seems very true. But if you understand the words in their original form you'll see kabbalistic symbols, like the "wheel within wheel", that talks about different dimensions on the tree of life. My thoughts are that there's unknown life here on earth, be it in the physical and non physical, and also life outside of earth. Everything is alive, both within and without.

A year ago I started to have visions of tall blue skinned beings, I guess it's what they call a star family.. The reason I ask is because that movie triggered many familiar things in me, it really speak to the unconscious mind. The shamanistic scenes are amazing... Truley amazing movie.

That's a great idea. If this is too much big change for you, then do a small step. if you have 5 minutes, dedicate it to a spiritual practice you find good for you. you already have experience to dedicate alot of time for things necessary for your body. now do the same, for your soul. many people go like this beyond 60, you are 23, that's really great. determine what is it that you want to do - and go for it, even for 5 minutes. then even if you your fear will come (everytime when we want to change), you will still be there to make the choice for you . that is my friend, already a big step inward. -O- thank you, this subject is very easily read and missed. it's easy to read "don't follow", but it's in our society, to make idols in our minds. So go, do your practice, and take responsibility for it! for your great times. and for your bad times. live it.(now "live it" sounds cool, BUT what does it MEAN for YOU?) you don't have to be a saint, or be max, or anything. it's all there, we just seek for more and great, and big. I say this for my own experience, the mind gets bored, so you want another exciting thing to get a boost. but if you stop running after something, realizing you only running from yourself. will you find the truth you are looking for in the posts here? in words? in taobums? will you find it in blaming others, is the ultimate truth is that Max is bad? come on.. this is childish games. no system is perfect. you are not perfect. If people like to make idols, good or bad, so be it. people like to follow people, if you find your grounding in a person, you will soon fall. grounding is for your own legs. walking is for your own steps. following is for your own heart. hehehehe... I don't know, but maybe it means to Know why you are practicing, and opening your heart to this reason. PUT YOUR HEART IN TO IT, OPEN YOUR HEART TO THE PRACTICE. Give your practice an emotional reason why you are practicing, or a meaning. In my experience, I just SMILE : ) Cheers!

Max is still teaching, right?

For me it felt good and warm, floating, it wasn't felt in a measure of size, just being a warm floating gas. only at the end it was scary because I tought I was dying.
