I know somebody that has a problem for giving to herself(love), she's critical and she needs to open her heart to herself. she isn't into Qigong or Chinese medicine, but I think a good and simple practice of Qigong for self giving and love, and opening the heart to yourself can help her, a couple of simple postures. Does anyone know any good practice for this? I know maybe it's too much, because for development you need to give from yourself, but for someone who isn't into eastern medicine, it can be alot. she's 60 years old. Love to you all ToL EDIT: After thinking about it, I think that for some people it can't help, because they don't see it as development, but need a quick solution for their sickness, just like a pill. If you give the best beautiful, simple cure for someone he will do it once, and it will open things that he doesn't want to deal with(part of the healing/development) then he will say it make him sick and then give up. Give him something complicated that will satisfy his mind, it will cure him, as long as he have WILL. (placebo?)

I practice I-Jong and the 5 elements, wich I really love, but the thing is that I feel that I need to add more moving into my practices, and Bagua sounds a great practice.
-
I practice Red Sun every two weeks too, since it was published in the forum. It makes me shake after 10 minutes, when I started I taught that I need to do it more, but now that I have more practices, and because Max said it's good to keep it 2 times a month, every two weeks feels ok... Do you practice it after ALL the practices? What Experiences do you have with it? And what Experiences do you have with KL2?

How do you write "Ling Bao Bi Fa" in Chinese?

I think Chris said something that it will be for the students because some people take the trailer to wrong ideas, well I'm not a student yet, but I'm practicing and interested to see the movie. So I hope Chris will share some information about the movie, and if it can be available for someone who is not a student yet, but love the practices.

What do you mean? http://www.lamathunderbolt.com/largetrailer.htm edit: you think that the trailer is only an advertising for the seminars? mmm... I hope not

Most religions say that one must conquer his emotions, good over bad, desires etc. But how do you deal with emotions? I know that in Kunlun, you release them, so what happens to me is that alot of evil stuff comes out of me, so what do I need to do? restrict them, try to conquer them, control them, or let them express themself? If I let that happend, isn't this means that my emotions control me?

Thank you all for your answers, I think it is good to let go, but still stay in control somehow, I guess that's the problem for me. I will try to surrender more, it's crazy, it's like jumping from a mountain without knowing why, or what is down there. Maybe for those who are having this problem like me, I tried to lie down on a bed, and imagine i'm in a pool of water, drowning, sinking more and more... you then start to feel your weight more and more. After sometime you get that feeling when you are falling, let yourself fall. If you know more exercises like this I will be happy to hear maybe it's just grounding? (I haven't got the new kunlun book yet, maybe the I-Jong will balance my Kunlun practice?) *btw, anybody has some experiences with golden folwer & maoshan traveling hands? Best Wishes, ToL

Well, If I could I will go BOTH, sincerely, but unfortunately I do not live in the US, so I really hope you could add a seminar of Level2-3 of Kunlun in the next tour to Europe? I don't even live in Europe, it's just the closest place for me to come Kunlun 5 elements, sounds very cool! By the way, are you planning to come to Europe this year, do you know what month? Please consider if possible adding Level 2-3 to the next tour, I love the practice, I just ordered the second book, and I am really waiting to meet the crew and Max Best Wishes, ToL

Just a question about Kunlun: If I am practicing bagua, is it ok to practice kunlun? (because i know that there are practices that don't combine with it) thanks

I started my meditation at 5:00. every now and then I tought - What hour is it now.. I felt some little tinglings, in my left elbow, I was very tired I'll tell you that I felt a little warm energy that felt that it doesn't belong to me, I was alone in the room. I felt a little energy in the top of my head. When I decided to check what time is it(I thought it's not 6:18 yet..) It was 6:40. So, maybe I was ready for something bigger, but I didn't have anything spectacular.

Can anyone say what are the differences between Max's practice, and Wang Liping's practice? Are those practices at the same level, or Wang Liping's practices takes a stronger effect? Maybe they reach the same goals but Kunlun is the quick quick path? I heard about people studying Longmen Pai but not with Wang Liping, or any of his students. Are those different teachings? maybe there are others you can learn from other then Wang Liping... Anyway, what practice is more powerful?

Welcome, It's good to have you here, your blog is great source of information. I wonder if there is any way to get the book "Ling Bao Bi Fa"?
-
Too bad, I love kunlun, but I am also interested in the teachings of Wang Liping. So you stoped practicing the foundation practices? (Can you share your experience with them comparing to Kunlun?) Cameron, wow thanks for your warm answer. Currently I am not able to come to a Kunlun seminar, I am waiting for the next Europe tour. I know there is a chance to go to Wang Liping's Seminar this November, I hope he will have more Seminars in Europe in the future.. Can you say that in both ways you are independent from the teacher after the Transmission?
-
I find myself smiling second time at the end of your posts XSZ is what Wang Liping teaches? or does he teach something else? Maybe learning and combining both ways the "capacitor" and the "conductor" is good? BTW, I think Kunlun Level 2 is about moving the energy consciously.
-
great post freeform, thank you for your answer. I think the Longmen pai is preety ancient too, and has shamanistic aspects in it, that's why Wang Liping is called a "wizard", is this correct?
-
Maybe anyone in here had an experience with both practices and can compare and share his experiences? Mantra, Can you share your opinion with your knowledge and from what you have learned from Max? Joeblast, I read that you practice both practices, can you share some experiences and differences between the two?
