Thank you for these beautiful words. We are trying to change things, external things, meterial things, people, to accept us, the battle is between our own inner world and the outer world. We are happy when the two worlds look the same, sad and angry when they are not. But what if there are no 2 worlds but one? when we use the outer world for the development of the inner world, you will start too see one, when you will give up to this one, you will feel it, and you will do nothing. it's not as easy as people say, but it is simple in it's nature, you stop judging creation, when you stop juding, there is nothing to FIX, it is perfect motion. The herd of ships that you hated and didn't want to become one of, is now dancing, they are not white, but pink(pink ships, how awkward...). If the herd is dancing what is the need of a shepherd?

Does it matter if you lose your jing chi, does it harm the practice? Do I need to retain my essence for the success of this practice? Thank you, ToL

Wow, this practice takes you from the fear of love - to the LOVE OF FEAR I wish I could do it more, it took me some time(20 minutes) to start getting some intersting heat and eventually I went out and felt for a couple of seconds what does it mean that you see a tree, and that's all you need in this world, beacuse the all world is singing this beautiful simphony, didn't cry tough, I wish i could go more further.... Thank you Chris and Max, very much.

Hello Chris, I'm practicing Kunlun and when the shake gets more intensive I feel that the lower part of my stomach pushes itself inward and I have pressure in this area(I feel as if it has something to do with the sex drive), and I feel alot of energy in my body that wants to break out of my body and it can't so I feel alot of stuck energy/pressure, especially in my jaw and forehead. It's hard to let go, because I'm THINKING about letting go, so do you have any advice for me? alot of time the kunlun energy tells me to give up, everything is bullshit(in a good way ) just let yourself fall, just fall. it's really scary but cool at the same time, it's like jumping into the river of death, wich is life in it's pure sense. Hello Everybody, I've been practicing Kunlun level 1 for 3 months now, every week the Kunlun takes me to a more greater experience, but I have not yet been in a seminar yet. I am really wishing to come to the next seminar in Europe, Does anybody know when will it be? Will Max and Chris be there?
